Told to find a seat when I walked in and then Totally ignored Say there waiting for 15 minutes why staff walked passed not even acknowledging me First time here - last time Walked out and stood in door entrance and my exit was not even acknowledged Not the way to run a service industry

I love the sandwiches at this place which I takeaway with me. Unfortunately, my sandwich wasn't properly cut in half so when I went to lift one half of the sandwich out of the box which had mixed salad at the side, it brought with it the bottom of the other half of the sandwich. Salad and cheese everywhere. I will ask them next time to make sure they have it properly in half.

Very long wait, cold undercooked food, small portions! Such a shame as this used to be a lovely place! The standards have definitely dropped!

We had my best friends baby shower here at the weekend and it was simply perfect, the room is beautiful and the food was delicious 😋 thankyou to the team you were fab and super accommodating 👍🏻 5/5 stars

Took far too long to get food, bacon was still almost raw, eggs were over cooked, sausages tasted like they were from the day before and they got one order wrong. For the price I would have expected a lot better.

When we popped into the cafe it was very quiet - aside from one person, we were the only ones inside and there were just a couple of people outside. We got a nice welcome, shown to a table and our order taken fairly quickly. We had to ask for a choice of bread for the sandwich and made a point of asking for no butter or marg. I watched our server getting our cold drinks ready, taking time to swap the glasses for cleaner ones and really wiping both, which was reassuring to see and suggested we were going to get great service. I heard the squirt from the bar so knew my diet coke wasn't from a bottle and it tasted more like soda than coke. But hey, sometimes it happens if the concentrate is running low. After waiting almost half an hour for a ploughman's sandwich and chicken tikka masala panini, they finally arrived. We'd to ask for cutlery and that was swiftly brought, then we found the sandwich had been buttered and oddly my panini was a layer of masala sauce and plain chicken. Not quite what I expected. And although we had freshly cut side salads with both it was hard to see why it had taken so long for the food to arrive. We didn't get the opportunity to send the sandwich back for an unbuttered one as no-one came back to check we were happy with our food and after waiting so long (and the sandwich being rather uninspiring) were hungry enough to lump it. And after I watched another staff member preparing two more cokes and seeing a small plastic bottle of cola being emptied and the two glasses being topped up with squirts of soda I knew why my drink didn't taste right. We decided against ordering any of the nice looking desserts on principle and again, weren't asked if we'd enjoyed our meal. I can see why the cafe was so quiet and these are very simple things they could improve to give a much better experience but we won't be going back.

This Cafe is Excellent place to sit and have a nice cup of tea with lovely staff . Breakfast is absolutely Brilliant . Very Nice Place to Eat and Drink .

Been grabbing food and drinks from this place for about two years now and every meal and drink I’ve had has been absolutely delicious. The staff are lovely, funny and very helpful and welcoming. Great time! Haven’t had chance to check out the gin bar yet but I have a feeling with summer on the way it might end up being mine and my girlfriends hangout spot!

Visited for the first time today but it definitely won't be the last. Lovely paninnis, freshly prepared. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend

This cafe was a lovely friendly meeting place frequented by a wide age range of people and served by lovely staff. Young mums and young at heart grandparents with pushchairs could find space for a brew and something to eat. However the installation of a gin bar now means that there is little space for pushchairs and I personally don't want to sit in a bar with my grandchildren at 11 o'clock in the morning. You have lost this customer

Mum and I stumbled on this on a visit to Cleckheaton a couple of years ago and always call in when in the area Warm friendly welcome, smiley staff Plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs, with a nice relaxed atmosphere All food and cakes is freshly cooked, you may have a wait a little while, but its well worth the wait and all cooked to order, food is always nicely presented Would highly recommend Well Done Everyone

The cafe that we love was packed so we thought we would try here. Never again. Walked in to a member of staff saying they were very busy yesterday so were still catching up on the washing up so there were no teaspoons. Some tables were left with dirty plates on. I asked for poached egg on toast. Apparently they only do scrambled or fried. How can a cafe offering breakfast not do poached eggs? We won't be back.

Oh what a disappointment, been coming to taste for years use to be good. Tried for the first time since summer hols, what a drop in standards. less than half full, staff stood round chatting. No menus on tables, dirty tables, even cleared tables not wiped down, rubbish left on floor. Long wait for drinks, longer wait for food 18mins for 2 panini's. Very disappointing panini's lower quality ingredients than previous but more expensive. Staff were disinterested in the dirty napkin and cutlery they brought. Service was functional not friendly as before. Tables and mess around us still not cleaned when we left. Toilets we're not being checked as they had run out of toilet paper. Really disappointed to see what was a lovely cafe going downhill this much. We will probably give this a miss in future in favour of a wide selection of better options around the town.

We have just left this lovely cafe. Despite an extended delay on food, the baguettes and paninis were delicious and extremely good value. The cakes were also fresh and tasty! Our inconvenience was compensated for and the staff couldn’t have been more apologetic about our wait time. We would definitely recommend this cafe.

One of the best cafes I have been to locally. Always good food and service, friendly, clean and good vegetarian choices ☺️

Went in on Saturday for lunch the food didn't disappoint it was gorgeous i was still full at teatime

When this cafe opened it was lovely...sorry but it leaves a lot to be desired now. Staff not interested..tables not cleared..menus scruffy and water marked. no salad dressing (oil/vinegar) and omelette albeit it fluffy, was tasting of baking powder. Wouldn't go again.

Beautiful bacon sandwich, I had mine made on toast, the staff are wonderful and accommodating not to mention lovely, friendly and efficient. My latte was just the way I like it, nice and hot. It’s a big thumbs up from my niece too who loved her luxury hot chocolate and bacon sandwich. Thank you from us and see you again soon. Oh, and if you love cake, get yourself down there for amazing fluffy and light home made cakes.

Just been for breakfast at Taste, took 10/15 mins for drinks to come out, and then another 30+ mins for our breakfasts.

I ordered and payed for a drink then waited 20 minutes for it, during which time several others who arrived after me were served. I asked for skinny latte and a girl brought a normal latte. She took it away and returned seconds later with a watered down latte I could almost see through. Poor standards and service, no apology from the manager(?), I hate those sort of tricks. Won't go again.

My wife and I have used this place on a weekly basis since each of our three grandsons were small. There's extensive, comfortable seating including a large upstairs area and they open on Sundays. All the staff are lovely, really pleasant and their food is highly satisfactory. Should you want to eat something slightly 'off menu' they'll do their best to accomdate your tastes. Cleckheaton is a lovely Victorian town and this establishment compliments it tremendously.

Visited Sunday 22nd. Food took 25 minutes and we'd finished before the drinks finally arrived. Usually a great cafe, but not so today unfortunately. May have been short staffed but if so, wait times should be explained when the order is placed.

Visited today 14/03/2018 for our weekly lunch visit. My friend had a bacon sandwich with salad. Which was excellent the amount of salad on her plate was more than generous. I had the cheese and mushroom omelette without the salad. It was one of the loviest omelette’s I have had. Very generous fillings, cooked lovely. I would certainly be visiting again. X

Called on thurs 22nd got cheese on toast .the bread was still white,I took it back. They said they do it in the oven,I thought you did cheese on toast under a grill , perhaps I have been doing it wrong all these years but I don’t think so won’t go in again.

Lovely place for a catch up with friends, with lovely food, attentative staff and everything I had fitted in with slimming world programme, so win win all round 😁

Desayunamos antes de salir de la ciudad. El personal es realmente simpático. El desayuno tenía variedad de sándwiches de pan o rollo. Recién preparados bacon y tomate a la parrilla. Tartas buscando delicioso. Puede obtener aquí. baguettes, etc. Lugar es espacioso pero establecidos en zonas con un ambiente muy confortable. Una nota. No aceptan tarjeta. Los inodoros de arriba.

Me gusta ir allí y el personal servicial y muy agradable. La comida es siempre buena sabor y sólo lo cambiaría es ahorrar tener necesidades pagos con tarjeta deteriorada carretera cada vez jaja.

Recientemente tuvimos el almuerzo aquí encontrarse con un viejo amigo. Un ambiente agradable, sin presión para comer y salir, a diferencia de algunos lugares! El personal es amable y atento.

Mi madre y yo vinimos aquí para el día de la madre, me trató de el té de la tarde. Era simplemente increíble, parecía tan delicado y mi mamá dijo que me sentí como de la realeza para pasar el día. ! ! Teníamos unos cuantos sandwiches (que tenía la corte) y costras macarrones minúscula y tortas y luego un bollo cada una. Era absolutamente encantador, y como colofón El agradable caballero que trabaja allí vinieron y nos trajeron una copa de no alcohólicas prossecco, fue la guinda del pastel! Hicieron un 70 años muy contento con su día de Reyes :)

Por desgracia, mi grupo no llegué a comer el almuerzo en el gusto de personal era completamente enfurecí por nuestras necesidades incluso antes de sentarnos. Nos fuimos y nos fuimos a otro lado y no volveré a probar.

Have been to Taste a couple of times and not been disappointed. The all day breakfast represents excellent value and there is no problem exchanging the hash browns for an extra sausage. Freshly cooked and well presented. The staff are efficient and friendly.

What to say nice coffee nice to Sit and chill out . Had a sandwich plenty of filling and tasted really good would use again

I find this cafe cosy and the food delicious. The portion are a great size and not bad for the price. Can't wait to come back for the baguettes and a cuppa.

After a bit of shopping around Cleck, my wife and I popped in here for a warming drink and a bite to eat on what was a miserable cold and misty day. We were greeted with a warm smile and a physical hello from the staff as well as refuge from the cold. The place wasn't too busy and we quickly found our seats in what is a tastefully decorated cafe with a nice ambience. We quickly chose our food and drinks and were informed upon ordering that there was a delay in the food due to an influx of orders.Still, we were in no rush! My wife's tea and my latte arrived in a timely manner: delivered by a very amiable young waitress. The food was slow though and at 30 minutes were just about to enquire as to its whereabouts when it arrived, together with an apology for the delay. What we got was enjoyable though - hot roast pork with stuffing sandwich for my wife and a Philli melt panini for me. Both presented well on the plate with a small side salad and coleslaw.Overall good, but not if you're in a rush or pressed for time but given that the staff did warn us of a delay as we placed our order, I suppose it did give us the option of aborting our visit there and then if time was a factor should we have wished.Knocked one star off five due to the 30 minute wait for our food which was just on the border of acceptability even allowing for the pre-warning.

This is a busy cafe food good and drinks are varied i.e. good coffee to green tea. Placed in the centre of Cleckeaton handy for shopping best parking is large car park near Town Hall.

Had lunch with my parents and daughter. Everything was cooked fresh to order and was delicious. The staff were very polite and made us feel very welcome.

Nice quaint little cafe on one of the main streets in Cleckheaton. Great service and friendly staff. Large menu with lots of choice from full English breakfast to sandwiches/baguettes/Jacket potatoes/salads etc. A very nice place to stop off for some breakfast/lunch.

My wife and I attended a private wine tasting followed by tapas style starters and a chicken in tarragon sauce main course. All the food was very good and the service was bright and cheerful. We would happily return.

I attended my friends sons christening after party. We were informed there would be a buffet when we arrived. My friend had to go to tesco to buy some crisps and biscuits for the kids, as there were only sandwiches on offer which were not really child friendly!!I think that the price of a can tango at £1.45 is extortionate. We were at taste for around 20mins a waitress came out and gave my friend a bill of £68 for the sandwiches. She politely queried this as she said she believed the bill was settled. She was informative manager would be in shortly. The manager came out and instead of taking my friend somewhere quiet to discuss the bill she did infront of the 40 people there shouting and being rude because they had brought crisps. My friend queried what she was paying the money for as she asked for a buffet and only got sandwiches she had been confirmed the day before that the bill was all paid. My friend paid the extra bill and everyone left we were there around 40 minutes in total and it cost £218 for sandwiches for 40 people the majority of these were children!!The owner was very rude and has the worst customer service ever known.You do not make a scene infront of customers it is unprofessional I doubt anyone in the room that day will be going back

The way The Taste Cafe treated us was totally despicable never been treated so bad in my life in front of family & friends totally embarrassed appalling customer service. We were quoted one price for a christening paid the total before hand then handed another bill in front of all our guests, The sandwiches were awful nothing for children, they all had mustard and other such filling in, we asked for cheapest menu without soup well the took the biscuit, we got sandwiches so my daughter went and got crisps for the children, the owner went off her head saying it was diabolical how we took our own food, pointing her finger and getting in my face (a few crisps) They made the drinks prices up as they went along. If anyone is thinking of booking The Taste Cafe for a function don't bother they are nothing but money grabbing xxxxxx

visit regularly either sit in or takeaway,friendly staff,spacious,comfortable seats. Plenty of tables on 2 floors,good menu,fresh produce,good for meeting friends there,cater for young and old.

went here for a light lunch, coffee and a catch up with a friend. Had a grilled vegatable panini which was lovely, as was my coffee. My friend has a BLT which she also enjoyed. Reasonably priced. We were the only 2 upstairs and sat there for a very long time chatting, although i felt they had forgot we were there, it was ok as we had plenty time to gossip. Will definately come again.

In need of caffeine I stepped inside this cafe on the corner and was greeted by a young chap who suggested I take a seat and select from the menu. I only wanted a coffee but they brought it to the table for me. I joined a lady who looked very comfortable sat near the 'Fire' she had a toasted tea cake which she was enjoying whilst reading the paper. I joined her and did the same. I really enjoyed my coffee in the relaxing atmosphere.

This is my Favourite Café in Cleckheaton, Always clean and presentable and food is reasonably priced and always just right. Can't Fault it.

Family friendly cafe serving excellent food, reasonable prices and friendly helpful staff. I visit on a regular basis for an amazing omelette lunch. Does pay to order in advance if you are on a time limit and they do not accept cards, but there is a convenient cashpoint nearby. Well worth a visit if you are in Cleckheaton area.

Was so impressed last time I was in Cleckheaton I returned for a coffee again.Drink was good, service friendly,Food looked and smelled lovely, but I had eaten lunch already.

The Taste has a very bold logo and looks very inviting. The downstairs was full so me and my family ate upstairs in the cold dark room, only lit from daylight out of the window. I ordered a sausage sarnie and came fairly quickly which is always a treat. It was decent no doubt but could of had a bit more on the plate. Nice full cups of our chosen beverages. The main reason I have given it an 'average' was because it felt weird eating upstairs feeling isolated with so lighting and nobody there! Could eat here again definitely but wouldn't be my first choice.

Dropped into this cafe bar on a Friday for a quick spot of lunch, despite it been a Friday afternoon we were able to grab a seat, we ordered and after a slight delay when our order was lost our food was brought out, it was worth the wait, full of flavor and very filling, i ordered the Slow roasted beef & caramelized onions panini and my partner had the pork.Nice clean place, worth a visit :)

Went for lunch with a friend and have to say, the food was wonderful and very reasonably priced. I had an omelette, glass of white wine and a latte to finish. Sadly my diet wouldn't allow me to sample any of the wonderful looking cakes on offer so I can only imagine but whenever I feel compelled to allow myself a sneaky few extra calories this will definitely be the place I'll be doing it.

Called in here on the Friday afternoon, had a lovely Mocha and treated myself to a piece of cake too.Nice decor, friendly staff and prompt service.Took time to enjoy the free Wi-Fi while I enjoyed my Mocha coffee and watched the world go by as people were doing there shopping on Northgate.Reasonable prices, freshly made cake, friendly service with a smile.Thumbs up from me.

I've visited this place twice since my last review and on both visits the food was super fast... we even stayed for a second coffee, chocolate cake and scone with cream which was the best i'd tasted. now the thing i loved was our sons kids meal which was a regular ham sandwich and as like most kids meals we werent expecting much but when it arrived it was packed with proper ham not the crap plastic processed stuff... save to say we popped in again and the service was fab again !!!! well done The Tasty I'm hooked again.

I came across this cafe a while ago, its perfect they have a lovely selection of treats and all the food is home-made. I often go to have meetings with my clients its a lovely relaxed environment,unlike other cafes in cleckheaton. I always ask the staff if its ok to go upstairs its never a problem to the staff even if theres plenty of seats downstairs. I always order the chilli and rice its fantastic.

I have given the Taste Café a 3 * review due to my previous visit's, prior to my visit last month I had nothing bad to say about the café.When ordering I was advised of a potential 30 minute wait - it was busy at the time so nothing to complain about.Tick Tock Tick Tock - 55 minutes pass yet no food.... will not be returning for food in a rush.The coffee is nice though

After seeing a post on Facebook I decided to test this cake out.It was superb.Anyone wanting an afternoon treat should check this or the scones that also looked great out.

I have walked past this café a few times and never been in but thought I would try it.The staff were lovely, very accommodating, especially as I fiddled about with baguette order, but they didn't mind at all.I had mine to go but did have a look at the seating as I went to the loo, its well set out and very cosy, the seating not the loo ;)I will be back next time I am at the hairdressers, thanks ladies

I really like this cafe, found it by accident and now go out of my way to visit as the service is amazing and the food is great.The company branding is fantastic and complimented throughout the cafe which I love as it really makes it look super professional, their attention to detail is great and I always look forward to seeing what their window display has in store.Fantastic And homely.Please visit! Went in here for lunch with my husband, we ordered hot drinks and panninis. Drinks arrived after 10 mins, hot chocolate was luke warm returned it to have it topped up with hot water. Waited further 50 mins for the panninis, when a member of staff approached us apologising for our wait and offered us more drinks on the house, which was nice and hot ! Though we had another 10 mins to wait for our food, a total of an hour just for two pannini. Once the panninis arrived we were disappointed as these were nothing like any pannini we have had before, these were like a warmed up ciabatta, only slightly toasted the cheese was not melted and only luke warm. Whilst we were sat waiting we noticed how dirty the cream / beige carpet was, with food trodden in, needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment, which is a shame as it does look lovely from outside.

Randomly found myself in the area, found this lovely wee cafe. Very clean, good facilities and wide menu. Friendly staff (don't take card) but cash machine close by.

my first visit resulted in me leaveing after a 45 min wait.. 2nd visit patiently waited 30 mins when we approached the counter to ask for our food to take away we saw it just entering the oven .. childs pizza and a warm sarni.. i'm done !! really sorry

We called in for lunch today and was informed it would be 30minutes wait for food. Which is a long wait in a cafe for a sandwich but we weren't in a rush.The cafe looks nice and they have cosy seating. We did however have to clear dirty pots off the tables as there were no clean ones.After ordering it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks and near on 50minutes to get 2 Paninis.Other people around us were complaining of the wait and a pair of girls near us received their meals about 20minutes apart from each other.Staff were making reference to the rush they had on and amount of food orders they had. The cafe was far from full, a steady flow of customers which should have been easily manageable for any establishment.Staff were at times stood talking to friends who had come in for a chat and no one seemed to be doing a great deal of anything despite the "rush".I really was amazed at how incredibly slow and inefficient the service was. Definitely some of the worst service I have experienced to the point where it was laughable.It is a shame because it looks nice and has a cosy atmosphere with a nice menu and decent food.Staff need a real shake up though they are incredibly slow and offer NO personality with the service.I would not return unless I was stranded in Cleckheaton and had hours to kill.

After many visits i will Never forget the moment I walked in with my two babies, one pram and my friend. The large cosy seats next to the window were available except one of the waitresses was sat there eating a sandwich. She just stared at us as I looked for a spare table. Couldnt find one. She didnt move. I asked if we could squeeze in next to her. She had a face of thunder, got her lunch and walked off. Ive not been back since. Also previous visit I waited 15 minutes for an americano - surely two shots of espressos and hot water doesnt take 15 minutes. The time before that my cappucino luke warm and watery. Anyway, lost our custom after her rudeness.

I have been here a lot and it always has a lovely atmosphere, with good tasting food that is really well priced. I really enjoying having my lunch here, the jacket potatoes and hot beef sandwiches are especially good!

It was my first visit to the cafe today, I was thrilled to see a large menu as me and my friend are fussy eaters. I decided to have the home roasted ham,egg and chips, and my friend had Lasagne and chips. It was a lovely treat and we were equally impressed buy the food and excellent service so we will defiantly be paying another visit.

Enjoyed the coffee. I also had a meatball marinara sandwich which was wonderful.This was my first time I have visited and I'm probably going to go back, clean and modern decor with plenty of space to sit and chat.

Called in one afternoon on my way through town, ordered a latte and a meatball marinara, the service was fast and the staff very friendly. The coffee was the best I've tasted and well the meatball marinara was delicious,best I've tasted. The cafe was very clean. Will definately be making another visit to the taste cafe bar very soon to try something else on their fantastic menu!

Went here for coffee today with friends .... Was disgusted at how dirty it was the carpet looks like it has been in twenty years there was food on it and even a cigarette stub that had obviously been brought in on somebody's shoe . There was an awful smell of what was like mucky bins !! It was actually making us feel sick . The staff are miserable ... Apart from what looked like maybe the lady owner who was pleasant . I have been here a few times and thought it would be be better next time..... But it just gets dirtier !! From the outside it looks really nice . We will be sticking to our regular place which is Blend cafe bar in town.... Immaculately clean ... Amazing food ... Brilliant service !!!

We celebrated our daughters christening with a party here afterwards. We had a brilliant afternoon enjoyed by all our family and friends. The staff were all lovely, friendly and efficient. We had a hot buffet of cottage pie, chicken curry, lasagna and chilli which was of a high standard and received many compliments. We would highly recommend this cafe bar- we have had a lovely day!

My friend and meet weekly at this delightful cafe/bar. We are never disappointed with the menu, which is extensive. There is always a friendly smile when you enter. A lot of local cleckheaton people frequent the cafe and, you can always meet up with someone you know. The food is home made so you have a slight wait but, it is worth it. It's clean, comfortable and friendly. I would recommend the cafe/ bar to anyone.

What can I say - its OK but not great.I personally have any issue with the staff shouting out your order to all and sundry because they don't take table orders or even have table numbers.Service could be greatly improved by table service - they certainly seem to have plenty of staff around.Food is pretty good but they try to cut corners sometimes - sausages are cheap.Also don't visit in summer as it is unbearably hot with no aircon.

We Visit the Taste Cafe Bar at lease twice a week, the food is always delicious, the prices are good value for money and the staff are always very friendly and pleasant. The coffee is far better than most places i have visited. I would recommend The Taste Cafe Bar to anyone.

I called in this cafe on Saturday morning and felt i must post a review.The service was excellent and the young lady who took my order was very pleasant and polite.The service was fast and the food was very good. The lady who excelled was Dawn! I asked her name due to the top level of service received. (I work in customer care and felt Dawn needed a mention as the service I received would be the service I expect from my own staff)I do frequent this cafe on my odd days off from work, and have found the service in the midweek mornings ok & the food is still excellent. I would reccomend this cafe to all.

I am actually writing this in the cafe. I came in 45 mins ago and ordered a diet coke and a cheese and tomato panini. The diet coke came after 20 mins and the panini followed 15 mins later. I had to ask for a knife and serviette.Everyone around me is moaning about the wait, yet when their food is brought they say thank you !!!!!! In Jan 13 my father was dying and my sister told me to have an hours break while she took her turn. I came to taste then and was so angry, as I had to wait 45 mins forms food. When I complained they said that they had to cook it. I vowed never to go again,however a up year on I thoughts would give it a chance, nothing has change.As they advertise trip advisor all over the place I felt this was the best place to vent my anger. I have had 4 course meals served quicker than sandwich here, it is appalling. I don't know how they get away with it.

The food and drinks at the taste cafe are outstanding value for money. I would certainly recommend this cafe for breakfast, dinner or lunch or even just a drink to relax.All the staff are extremely pleasant and can't do enough for you I would certainly recommend a visit.

Yet again The Taste Cafe Bar doesn't disappoint! While passing through Cleckheaton i couldn't resist popping in, and once again i have nothing but compliments for the friendly staff and great food! I Must say that I am very surprised by a previous comment; and find it hard to believe that this is the same Taste Cafe Bar that I have experienced! Keep up the good work!!

I went to this Cafe for the first time with my wife, as it looked nice from the outside... However the service was terrible, I waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich and a simple warm snack.When I complained (twice) the food still didnt arrive, the manager eventually offered me more tea, but then seemed offended when I refused it! and then became quite rude! I asked for a refund, I left after being in the Cafe nearly an hour ( the food was just arriving at that point) it wasnt even that busy, I wont be reccomending the Cafe, and I wont be going there again.

I went to Taste Café Bar for the first time a couple of weeks ago for breakfast and was very impressed, can't believe I hadn't tried it sooner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was lovely, and good value for money! There is a good variety of meals and drinks to choose from, and a very nice atmosphere! I will definitely be calling again soon, and I'll be considering Taste for functions in the near future. Thank you.

Well what a surprise, after my first visit back in August when the THEN manager openly shouted at the staff, I was pleased to see that he had been replaced! What a difference it has made! This now friendly meeting place with great food cooked fresh and on the premises is a jewel in the little town of Cleckheaton! I would definitely recommend and will be calling again. Many thanks to the friendly staff.

Not a friendly service or atmosphere. Food was awful (cold chips+tiny omelette)..wasted time and money..
