The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Went for breakfast, coffee and cake and it was absolutely worth it. Prime location in piece hall with outdoor seating, wonderful staff and customer service and delicious goods. Also quite affordable and a friendly ambience. Would definitely recommend! Is on lower ground floor next to library has wheelchair accessibility.

Great breakfast & value for money.

The cakes are absolutely rank, it was so stale I could of ruined my veneers and the service was just as stale as the cakes. Would not recommend and won't be eating there again!

Found this gem of a pub by accident. Food was delicious.

Good pub, good beer, good service... What's not to like

Good pub with cheap beer However the absolute nonsense policy regarding digital devices, it’s borderline illegal If I want to go in on my own, and drink a quiet few pints and check cricket scores I can’t If I want to take my autistic Son in and set him up quietly with headphones I can’t. In those 2 scenarios nobody (and I mean nobody) would be bothered in the slightest and it wouldn’t detract from the pub So I (and a lot of others) will take my business elsewhere which is a real shame as I want to support local pubs and venues

Used to be one of our favourite pub in the area (more than 10 years ago) now is….ok, not much different than other pubs.

Qué día fantástico ayer en la fiesta de bienvenida. Las niñas fueron más allá en la fiesta de Pascua, fuimos a por mis pequeñas 7 cumpleaños. Tuvo el mejor día de la historia. Nunca nos sentimos indeseados allí y los niños lo pasaron muy bien ❤️ El personal es amable y servicial y fantástico con los niños Muchas gracias y bien hecho

Good food, great service & beautiful ambience.

Visited the cafe today, to have a cuppa with my brother, while he tucked into a full English breakfast. Excellent value for money and according to my brother, tasty too. But best of all, Carol provided excellent service, supplying a mug for my tea which incorporated a brilliant design for coffee. I felt right at home.

Just returned from a short break at The Statoon Tavern. What a lovely experience. Staff and management were very friendly and helpful, they even went out to get my partner his favourite tea. Wonderful food, great atmosphere and perfectly placed for exploring a beautiful area. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing service today when I went in , ordered a chocolate fudge frappe and got it in the space of 2 minutes nice and quick and the lady behind the counter was really polite and had brilliant customer service . Her name was Courtney and made my drink brilliantly definitely gonna come again .

A lovely experience at Marmadukes today, they were very accommodating for my allergies and the coffee was superb. All the staff were friendly but a special thank you to the gentlemen with glasses (apologies I didn’t catch your name) who answered my many questions re barista techniques (and resulted in my buying the beans!) If the owner is reading this, please consider doing barista lessons as I for one would pay to attend! Thank you Charlotte
