Tried it for the first time today. Started with decaf Americano and coffee cake for a late elevenses, soon followed up with an early lunch consisting of their soup of the day with a warm cheese scone and lots of butter, and a second decaf Americano. Everything was excellent!

One of the few cafes open on a December Monday so we went in for a coffee with our little dog. We were warmly welcomed and the shop was full, at least one group who obviously meet there regularly. We expected to get lunch at one of the pubs in town but the food looked so fresh we decided to go back and they reserved a table for us. Lunch was lovely and we took some sweet treats away to enjoy later. Will definitely go again next time we visit Sidmouth. Special thanks from Lola the Patterdale Terrier!

A group of us had a super lunch at Blinis yesterday. This is just to say how perfectly the fish was cooked and presented, along with the starter of pears - a beautiful blend of tastes! Worthy of a Michelin restaurant and I mean it! So thank you to your Chef and all involved and especially to Mike who looked after us all so well - as ever! Third time I've been in Blinis this week, others were for meeting friends for coffee which was served just as we like it. Thank you all.

3 of us popped in on our way home to West Sussex. Oh my goodness......all three of us wholeheartedly agreed that it was the best cream tea we have ever tasted. Thank you so much for accommodating us, not long before closing. Garden is beautiful, sat in the sunshine to enjoy our warm scones with jam & cream. Tea was plentiful, service fabulous. If we could give 10 stars ...we would. thank you so much

Great pastries, staff were very young but doing a great job for their age and still building their confidence in the service trade. This place lost stars for me because it is a cashless business and for a business attracting tourists I think this is very sad and only going to benefit one! My family had already sat down so I felt pressured to pay card but I will not be returning unless cash will be accepted. I went back to the counter to get 2 extra sauce sachets and they wanted card payment for the 80pence, needless to say we didn't bother with the sauce.

Alot if the tables were reserved however we had a table ordered a tuna and cucumber sandwich which was doorstep thick accompanied with salad crisps and coleslaw my friend had a prawn sandwich she said it was one of the best she has ever had, also chips and onion rings. Definitely worth the money which we thought wasn't overly expensive as we also had a latte and pint of coke all for £29
