Fantastic service and delicious meal at Papilion on Friday evening. The service team were so polite and attentive. The chef kindly ensured our dinner was served at exactly 6.30pm (time we’d requested) our waitress Codie was lovely and very helpful. I can’t fault a thing and would highly recommend going to Papilion for a meal

Estuve allí varias veces y el personal es siempre tan cálido y amable y las bebidas no parecen haber sido infectados por la inflación. Net aangekomen in Southampton zijn we hier neergeploft voor een biertje, om te kijken waar we konden eten. Toen we voorzichtig informeerden was de staff meer dan behulpzaam en regelden een tafeltje voor ons in de eetzaal. Dat kan ik echt iedereen aanraden, want ik heb zelden lekkerder short ribs gegeten en in combinatie met het Elvis-biertje was het dan ook een culinaire ervaring die ik zeker nog eens over ga doen! Ook goed om te weten is dat ze volop voorzieningen hebben voor mindervaliden en honden ook welkom zijn, dus geen excuus om ze niet te bezoeken.

This costa is dirty and disgusting. Every table was dirty and most full of empty trays and cups whilst the 2 staff stood around chatting to each other. Had to ask them to clean a table so I could sit at one with my 7 month old baby. Highchairs were gross, the straps have clearly never been cleaned and were just covered in gunk. This place needs a massive deep clean

Didn't like someone being out side the entrance along with people shouting and swearing.

Tuvieron una visita increíble y jugaron dardos interactivos por primera vez, incluso tenían una tabla especial para los usuarios de sillas de ruedas también. El almuerzo era excelente lo recomendaría. Volveremos pronto
