My friends and I came for lunch after 1 previous visit before lockdown. We all opted for the roast dinner and wow - it was absolutely delicious!!! We all said it was the best roast dinner we'd ever had!!! Every part of it tasted amazing and we cleared our plates! We also couldn't resist having a dessert and those were also amazing, we're already planning our next visit!!!

Greenwise is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or coffee and /or cake . Lovely cosy atmosphere, really nice , healthy food. The lunchtime options are particularly good and the smoothies are wonderful. The ( small) shop is good too, lots of organic & unusual things are available . Really love it here.

We stayed at 51 Degrees North for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay; the room was beautiful and very clean . The food at cafe downstairs was delicious. The staff were very friendly.

Proper Fullers pub with all the best Fullers ales. Proper pub atmosphere. Sport on the TV, Dartboard. Friendly staff and accept Blue Light Card, well worth a try.

We’ve visited twice in the last week, once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was lovely both times, pub food done really well. First time we had the pie of the day and venison sausages, both very tasty and with plenty of veg. On our evening visit we tried the fish and chips, lasagna and a different pie of the day. We also shared some starters. Everything was great. Service was very friendly. The menu is small but works perfectly. It’s great to be able to visit a proper country dog friendly pub with a nice fire and a good atmosphere that hasn’t been swallowed up by a chain and ruined.

This was so outstanding that I had dinner twice in the same night (Don't judge, I took leftovers back to the house where I was staying). The fish and chips were perfect. Not greasy, The chips were properly thick with a crispy exterior and soft interior. The fish was even batter. excelent batter. I also had the Quiche dinner and a mincemeat tart in a flaky crust for dessert. I would have taken a few of those home if I could have afforded it. Even the wine (a Light Rosé) was wonderful. And all gluten free from a gluten free menu.
