I'm not usually a fan of shopping but I could have spent all day here looking at the cards, the books, the beautiful wools... but what a treat was in store on reaching the café. Delicious lunches, luscious cakes and fabulous iced coffees, all at very reasonable prices. The crushed pea/feta/radish on toast was stunning with a mouth watering variety of tastes and textures, beautifully presented and served by lovely staff! Just perfect!

Wasn't impressed at all with this place.Staff seemed really unorganised didn't seem know what they were doing.I asked for a cappuccino.Payed over £2 for one out of a packet you get from the pound shop. That price I should of gone to Costa.

Orders my usual sandwich. Waited over gal hour and it was brought out wrong so had to wait another ten minutes and it was brought out wrong for second time and the bread had been buttered on wrong side so went all over my hands. Which point I had to get it to take away as had no time left to sit and enjoy my break. No discount or apologies where made. Very disappointing

Gorgeous hidden gem in Rochester. Came in for a bite to eat, enjoyed perfectly-made food. Would definitely recommend 👍 5 stars!

Pub has a great atmosphere. Staff are lovely and there is always someone around to have a good chat to. Lots of live music, a great place for young people and also the older punter. Nice selection of drinks and snacks. Pool table is a great addition, and the garden/courtyard, although small, is a nice little space. The pub dog is great and the ginger girl behind the bar is lovely too.

We’ve been coming to Tiny Tim’s for years, though it had been a while since our last visit. Unfortunately, things have changed. The place feels run-down and we were the only customers in the cafe. We even saw two families leave after being told of the limited menu options. The lights are hanging off the ceilings, full of cobwebs & dust. The walls are scuffed & chipped, the floor is peeling up & the toilets are out of use. The young waitress greeted us warmly but informed us that there were no breakfast items or hot sandwiches available. We decided on a burger and two jacket potatoes instead. However, she quickly let us know there were no burgers, either. When we asked what was available, she replied with only cold sandwiches or jacket potatoes. We went with three jacket potatoes. After a 25-minute wait, the first two arrived (with cheese and beans), both clearly microwaved and one was still frozen in the middle, so we sent it back. Ten minutes later, the third jacket (with curry) arrived, overcooked to the point the potato was gray and the canned chicken curry had an odd pinkish-gray colour. We tried to eat what we could from the two potatoes while waiting for the returned one. During our wait, an older gentleman entered, announcing, “I have the shopping,” and was quickly directed downstairs—likely with the missing jacket potato. Shortly after, the waitress went to the shop and reappeared with three cans of beans. Fifteen minutes later, my wife finally got her jacket potato. The young cook explained she was the only one working in the kitchen, though we were the only ones in the cafe, so it seemed a single microwave was causing the delays. By then, we just wanted to leave and barely touched the final jacket potato, still put off by the previous frozen one. The bill came to £42, which was absolutely not worth it. If I hadn’t already paid, I certainly wouldn’t have paid after the food we received. The two young girls left to hold the fort tried their best, however it seems they need further support in order to deliver quality food and a quality service. Unfortunately this was not the case and management needs to support them better.

Enjoyed a great cup of coffee over business. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Had a great range of food on offer too (cakes rolls etc) but had recently eaten so didn’t try any of these this time, though a relative assures me that they’re delicious. Rustic charm may not appeal to everyone, but i liked it, and the seating was perfectly comfortable. Will be returning soon!

Its basically a young persons Bistroteque but Sunday Lunchtime is given over to the older fans with the revived popularJazz venue transfered from the Eagle. Jazz has been thriving in Rochester for over 50 years with headline players sourced from Ronnie Scotts amongst others. It fits surprisingly well with great support from the owner. Best of all is a wide selection of classic bottled real ales all at reasonable prices. IMHO a great live music. 1-4 pm Sundays - BTW no food Sundays
