I'm not usually a fan of shopping but I could have spent all day here looking at the cards, the books, the beautiful wools... but what a treat was in store on reaching the café. Delicious lunches, luscious cakes and fabulous iced coffees, all at very reasonable prices. The crushed pea/feta/radish on toast was stunning with a mouth watering variety of tastes and textures, beautifully presented and served by lovely staff! Just perfect!

Whilst I enjoyed Victoria’s, I’m REALLY enjoying Leonard’s. Tucked away at the amazing Store 104 book shop, Leonard’s does amazing soups, cakes and coffees. There is a hint of the old Seaplane Works cafe about it albeit with a lot more sugary cakes! It’s a gem.

This restaurant has been on my radar for a long time, but with the dark windows I could never gauge the ambience, but as my local go-to was full, I decided to go for it, which turned out to be an excellent decision! I only popped in for a quick sandwich, but ended up having the special which was a delicious curry (with just the right amount of heat) and came with rice and a samosa. Even the regulars recommended I try it. Such a lovely couple who run it, they were the perfect hosts and really interesting to talk to. I will definitely be back. They clearly take a lot of pride in what they do and with that level of friendly and sincere service, they deserve every success. Prices were extremely reasonable, and the lemon drizzle cake was gorgeous without being too sweet. I'll be back again, and will make sure I try the Pakistani chai (with notice, of course).

Not a greasy spoon, builders cafe, more of a coffee house, they do a all day breakfast was ok sausage makes a breakfast and frozen jumbo like a fish and chip shop. If a little more like 50p a breakfast and quality meat they would be a very busy business.

Best Traditional Breakfast! Popped in around 9am craving a proper breakfast and a good cappuccino — and I was not disappointed! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful, and it was super filling too. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. The atmosphere was lovely, especially sitting outside in the morning sun with my breakfast and two cappuccinos. Pure bliss — I was truly in my element! Instagram: _matty_k_
