Delicious breakfast with sourdough bread; the staff were very efficient and friendly. I really enjoyed it, I recommend it to anyone🥰

Dreadful customer service and food. We had cheesey chips which were all squashed together in a lump with hardly any cheese on top. The toasted sandwiches were served in a paper bag instead of a carton making them soggy. Coffee was cold and overpriced. Such a shame as the view sitting outside is lovely. Won't be going back !

My advice to anyone thinking of going to this tearoom is Do Not! I have been going to this restaurant regularly for a long time. The staff were always polite and a credit to their employer. I visited about 3 weeks ago but will definitely not be going back again. The lady who served me was extremely rude. The tables in the Orangery (where everyone likes to sit) were laid out for afternoon tea. This was 10.30 in the morning! The previous staff would put a time on the tables from when these were reserved, meaning that if you left prior to this you were able to sit there. When we arrived there were only 3 tables that you could sit at and needless to say no-one arrived to sit at the reserved ones. I am also aware that it was the same for the afternoon. e.g Tables were still laid out but not occupied! It is such a shame when something goes down hill to this degree as this is a beautiful setting.

I have never in my life experienced such poor service from senior management. This place makes you pre-pay for your meal and then deliver stone cold food which is not edible. When I asked for a fresh hot meal which I paid for or a refund the senior manager refused and was completely rude. He took my food away and then brought it back saying we are not doing anything with your food. I’m not eating food that you have taken away and all the chefs are poking there fingers in my food. The manager then called sercuity as we kicked off about a refund which was refused along with a replacement meal. Thorpe park need to take a long hard look at this company who they have running the food bar as this is not good and to be spoken to like I was is damn right disrespectful

Cute cafe with great toasties and coffee. Staff really friendly and helpful with a good range of food choices including baked potatoes, toasties and sandwiches. Coffee was a good sized cup with a mellow flavour. Good prices and a great view over the Mermaid Beach.

My Daughter and I trying out different Cafe stops, as she cycles a lot. We were looking forward to this visit unfortunately it was a disappointment. Not many tables inside, but adequate seating outside. One toilet for the cafe and not very clean. I asked for a Flat White extra hot, for some unknown reason the server was rude in her reply. It was the smallest Flat White I have ever had and at £3.20 I was not impressed. Food wise, I had a Chris Hoy thick cut ham and vintage cheese Toastie. Sadly it was thin cut Ham it could have been any cheese. My daughter had Avo Toast, the advocado was purified and looked slimy on the toast, not a pleasant sight. It has a very small car park. We had to park in the Pay and Ride car park. But the sun was out and not much wind.

Booked online even though previous reviews were not overly positive. However, it exceeded our expectations and provided very good value for money. Check in was straightforward and we went to our room. Although it would have benefited from a really deep clean, it was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable and the en-suite had all we needed. The room was quiet and we slept well. We had booked breakfast the night before as it was cheaper to do this. There was a very good selection and we were well looked after by Fraser. The hot good was very good. We did the same for the next breakfast but we’re overcharged. I pointed it out and suggested they put the extra in the charity box. All in all a very good stay and we would certainly return there. To be fair, except for the deep clean and overcharge, it would have been 5 stars.

We visited the cafe on Saturday 8th March, and experienced appalling service. Waited ages to get served, the lady was too busy talking to the customer in front who had a little dog with her! Then two other colleagues started talking to the lady as well. Didn't think dogs were allowed in there, especially being in the cafe part. The lady on the till was back and forth, taking food to the table and orders being placed taking them out the back!! Terrible service, there was plenty of staff who seemed not to be doing much. We waited ages for our coffee's, got them almost finished our drinks before our lunch arrived, they were sandwiches, which to be honest doesn't take that long too prepare, plus they didn't all come out together, my son had almost finished his before mine and my husband's came out. The cafe wasn't even that busy!!

We have been using this Costa since it came to Bluewater but the last couple of visits have been a total let down. Coffee (lattes) today were horrible. I am sure milk had bern watered down - my Panini was medicore at best and would have bermen more palatable with salt and pepper plus £2.85 for a small Bakewell Tart is a total joke. Sorry Costa Bluewater goodbye

We were going to eat in the cafe, but were put off by the number of uncleared tables. The whole place looked a mess! And it wasn't even a busy time! And the customer toilets ( at least in the gents ) were a disgrace. There was no toilet paper in the WCs, the one soap dispenser was empty and one of the two hand dryers wasn't working.

Awful food. Jacket potato was cooked in a microwave and was soggy and tasteless. My toasted sandwich was soggy and I’m sure this was cooked in microwave too. I have been 3 times now as keep hoping it will improve but just awful quality food. I will go back to the cafe in marks and Spencer where I usually go where the food is excellent and so much more choice. This place seriously needs new staff, chef and food choices.
