Ordered over an hour and a half ago, hasn't turned up yet...

Shocking cold pizza 30 minute delivery 2 hours got delivered phoned 6 times to ask just rang then just engaged as obviously after took phone off

Ordered at 7pm for delivery 35-40 minutes on a Saturday. 1.5 hours later the app says its out for delivery 7 minutes away. Stays that way for another 30 minutes..? The driver gps is supposedly half hour away on the map at a school??? Tried calling the Godalming store several times and knowone answers... my family are at home hungry so I drive to the store. I enquire and show them my app as to where the driver is and they pull a bag from the many others sat on a shelf and say here it is... so it wasn't out for delivery?! The woman behind the counter asks me do I want to take it from here????? Yes it's quicker then getting it delivered geez! I am already here! Anyway she passes my boxes which are now stone cold and says we will refund the delivery charge.. she then walks away. Wow thanks love! Took my food home and had to re heat it in my oven. Won't be ordering again!

Ordered at 7pm via the app. Was told 30 minutes for delivery. Gets to 8pm and still not out for delivery. Tried to call several times to follow up and no one picked up the phone at any point. Gets to 9pm and the order is marked as delivered when it hasn’t been, we try and call again to no avail. We then eventually receive an order at 9.10pm, 2 hours past original delivery time and none of the items were what we ordered so sent back. We then needed to travel into the store at 9.15pm as no one was answering the phone, to issue the refund. There was mention between the team of us being ‘trouble makers’ when we always endeavour to treat anyone fairly and we ensured we were being reasonable whilst also communicating the situation. We eventually had a refund issued, however we now have to wait 5 days for this to be returned. We then had to go to the shops to get dinner in, luckily there were places still open. We have used this domino’s over the past 1-2 years and have always recommended it due to its efficient, friendly and quality service. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case and we will not be ordering from here again unless there are some drastic changes in quality and service.

This is the worst dominos ever. The food is always cold, deliveries are always over an hour late, and they never answer the phone. The employees are rude, lazy, and do their best not to help you with anything.

Ordered at 9.20pm. Was told 25 mins. After 40 mins, app said order delivered when it wasn't. Called up and was told it was 6 mins away. Called 20 mins later and told it was 2 mins away. Called after 40 mins and told they didn't know where the driver was. Called after an hour and was told they'd send another pizza. An hour and 45 mins later I'm still waiting on a pizza. I've had a couple of beers... you can imagine the pain!!!! Abysmal

After ordering many times, the food has always been good. No need to wait long.

Unfortunately I was spoken to in a very rude manner on the phone and wouldn't consider calling again.

It’s not a coincidence, it’s happened too many times, they can’t deliver the right order. More often enough, it’s the hot wings.

We don't have a Domino near Cranleigh.We order here and collect.Always happy with food its still piping hot when i get home.

2 hours wait, no food or explanation from them. Who knows where the pizza went. First and last time trying this branch.

Can order a beautiful pizza gogo from Guildford to Elstead on a 10 Mile each way delivery and still get piping hot food yet you won't deliver to us much closer by car. By way delivery charge was 7.99 still paid. Sort it out!!! Glad I don't work for dominos anymore.

Decent pizza but staff (or policy) a little ungenerous. Made a mistake with our order and so needed to add another pizza separately to get the full discount. Called a few minutes later to do this but they wouldn’t help. Perfectly nice about it, but I can’t now get the whole family fed. In hard times for people, would it have hurt to help us out?

Good pizza ate a lot here while at college, also they add insects for extra protein so bonus points for extra nutrition.

The bloke who took my order was absolutely lovely pizza arrived boiling driver very polite and also lovely! Full bellys happy family thanks dominoes #the best dominoes we've had!!!

So my friend and I ordered two pizzas and desserts from here. We had it scheduled to be dropped off at 17:30 (was ordered at 16:00). At first, when the driver came to drop it off he made it to our road, before turning around and heading back to the store. After this happened my friend called them up asking what was going on and they said that they would send the driver and our food back out to us. When the food came for a second time it was already 30 minutes after we had ordered, and the tracking app had said that they had dropped off the food. After checking we were made aware that for a second time the food had not been delivered. So we tried calling again, at first they did not pick up but after 5 tries they did, during this call originally they could not find our order. Then when they did they told us the driver and restaurant tried to call us but we had no missed calls from anyone, in which they said that it must be due to bad service. After this, they said that they could remake our pizza so that they were not sending out cold food, but this would be another hour wait. In the end, we decided to get a refund instead. I do not recommend them, as it is a lot of work to get your food and they do not respond particularly fast. The place seems extremely disorganised and very chaotic. Overall, was not worth the hour hassle just to end up with a refund.

Worst dominos store ! Waiting still for food been over 1hour and half … and now they are closed and not answering the phones ! Taken the money and not delivered the food ! You should close down your that bad of a store !

Its been nearly two hours since i ordered the app says its been sitting in quality check for 40 mins now, so basically sat on a shelf cause they don't have enough staff, if you don't have the staff don't accept my order.

Always good, sometimes they have issues when they are inundated with orders. Otherwise this is good pizza as domino's makes.

2 and a half hours, no pizza, no answer from the restaurant. Update: no food turned up at all, still no answer and the tracker still says pizzas are in quality check. At 9 months pregnant I could have really done with not waiting until half 10 at night to eat in the hopes my takeaway would turn up. Went in in person to ask for a refund, manager refused to come out of the office and speak to me, asking me to leave my details instead?? Suprise suprise there's been no call. Luckily head office have provided a full refund instead. I have no idea how this franchise is still in business, but wont be ordering again from here that's for sure!

You're horrible people. The things you do to the food on the delivery journey is criminal.

Used to be the worst dominos ive ever seen but quality and customer service has picked up significantly recently hopefully it keeps it up!

I ordered my pizza for my daughter. I opted to collect as they had delivery backlog. I opted for 50% off when buy £35 above. I ordered one veg supreme and one chicken tandoori hot - both medium in size and one side potato wedge. When i was about to collect, I received only one puzza. The person showed me only one puzza order. I realised my order did not add one chicken tandoori hot pizza for some strange reason, may be timed out or forgot to click add. Anyway, i asked him to add. But he refused and charged me for the medium pizza. I waited for 20 mins. I repeatedly asked if this one they made hot and the guy said yes. When i reached home and opened, i tasted it was not hot at all. Really not a great experience and moreover got charged more. Really bad customer experience.

food can be had from 7am , until 4pm. food freshly cooked and delivered by a very attentive staff member. I felt the prices were fair

We have been going to the Waitrose Cafe in our village for many years and were very happy when it reopened after the Covid scare. I had a great idea to put up a poster of my husband with a funny comment to be shown to him when he came in for his (almost) daily coffee (could supply a photo). I popped in the night before and asked Steve if it would be okay to do so which he happily agreed to sort out for me. We have known Steve since he ran his lovely toy shop. Not only was my sign prominently displayed we were then TREATED to three sticky buns and coffees by the friendly, efficient Barrista's Dawn, Chloe and Sue (who we have also known for many years). Nope nope and more nope, got told 50% off if I collected (an order that was placed for delivery) , so I went to collect, and it was sent out for delivery . Pizza was cooked at 20.47 and delivered at 22.30. I want HOT FRESH PIZZA not cold sloppy cardboard tasting food. It's really not that hard to make pizza and deliver it in good time or at the very least ring customers and communicate. I had no qualms with collecting instead but I only found out about the situation when I called after wondering why it takes so long to 'quality check' my food on the tracker. And if they were 'quality checking' my pizza then they failed miserably at that too because it was cold.

Had a pizza, garlic bread & a portion of wedges - cost nearly £30 - what a waste of money, very poor value - lesson learned - forget Domino’s next time.

This place is an absolute shambles......there was a queue of irate people when we visited all with problems. When we ordered the guy seemingly didn't understand English, then one of the items we ordered wasn't available.

If I cld rate it 0 stars then I wld First we ordered 2 pizzas then after about 50 mins it was don but they got the wrong order! Then after another 40 mins we finally got our pizzas, cold, sloppy, and alfull please don't go hear go to the Guildford one

My boyfriend & his friend recently ordered pizzas from here & the next day both of them had terrible food poisoning. Three days later & they're still suffering. Do not buy from here!

Ordered a delivery at 7:20pm when I was in London. By the time I was back in Godalming (9:10pm) the pizza was not yet in the oven and no one was answering the phone. I walked to the store and requested a cancellation/ refund. The store looked chaotic, with staff staring into space and nothing happening- production had ground to a halt. I was asked if I wanted a discount next time. I said that there won’t be a next time. £22 for a pizza and garlic bread that takes this long?! Don’t risk it. Buy an oven pizza and a nice bottle of wine instead.

Forty minutes late on a click and collect that should have been ready in twenty minutes ☹️

We visited Godalming today and tried to find somewhere to eat. We walked to the top of the main street and found the Godalming Cafe. Obviously, due to current COVID19 restrictions, we could not eat in the cafe. However, they had seating outside. The staff we extremely helpful and polite. We ordered three breakfasts and drinks. The food arrived very quickly and was piping hot, served in takeway foil trays. It was delicious and plentiful.This will definitely be on our list of places to eat when in the area again.Great Breakfast and great homemade milkshakes. We thought the prices were good for the size of the breakfast and a lovely pile of toast.

Speedy service, but pizza not brilliant to pay the money

Very slow and poor service. Also got order wrong and expensive and poor quality pizza.

Ordered for collection, arrived at store 20 minutes later, app said order ready. Ordered two things. They'd forgot to make one. Waited 10 more minutes. No attempt to rush to serve it ahead of other orders. Other item by then had gone cold. Love the pizza usually, but poor service and probably not going to use this store again.

Get a very nice fry up but not getting a tea/coffee with your set breakfast is poor - therefore about £2 more than most cafe's

Don't believe they know how phones work

Slow times, overcharged me, staff barley understand English and had to repeat my order 5 times and eventually had to write it down then it was wrong...... quality is lower than the one in guildford.

One of the best places around to buy pizza. I was there in person so can't say anything about delivery. Pizza was hot and full of ingredients. Delicious!

It was ok. Pizza took a long time to arrive and wasn't very hot once it did. We were hungry after moving all day so we ate it, but I don't think we'll order from them again.

Absolute shocker. Don't bother ordering on line. The order didn't arrive at the allotted time so 30 minutes later we attempted contact via phone, still no luck (at this stage they have taken payment) so elelcted to drive down and investigate. On arrival it resembled just shy of a war zone, with a queue of irate customers all in a position similar to mine. Ian the manager stood there none plussed and without any explanation or offer of assistance. 20 minutes lateri emerged with my order. I was one of the lucky ones!!

The delivery was a bit late but I loved the pizza!

Sent me the wrong order, then sent me a smaller pizza and no stuffed crust. I give up. Lost my business.

'What about dominos?' Said the soon to be once more disappointed person who has forgotten the hour long waits for their order outside the shop, which when it finally is ready (undercooked) is invariably not what was ordered anyway.

From godalming dominos the person on the phone was very rude and abrupt and was mumbling quite a lot so they were very difficult to understand. I got told over the phone I wasn’t in the area code for delivery but I checked online beforehand and I am and I have ordered delivery many times before. The person over the phone then just hung up and didn’t even apologise or check or anything! Not good service. Eventually used the app which LET ME GET THE PIZZA DELIVERED. Food wasn’t great and have gone down hill recently. Will be using another pizza company next time mainly due to poor service.

Great choice, reasonable prices, very clean, good service and friendly staff what more would you want.

The person who served us was so rude and immature! We where being polite and ordering and he shouted at us and HUNG UP THE PHONE multiple times, and I would understand if I was doing something wrong but I really wasn’t I was being super polite :( and I am hungry

Food never arrived. I called the dominos so they give me the drivers phone number driver did not answer no one care terible experiance overall . Not even mention that they cannot call European numbers wich are free of charge in UK

Great pizza, fast service literally all you need

Can never deliver on time, never answer phone calls and very irresponsible. I would recommend trying to find another pizza delivery place, if you live near Godalming.

We go for breakfast at least once a month that is my friends Mick,Dennis and my self for just a natter about life in general and a very good breakfast certainly recommend one of the only places you can get a descent hot coffee well worth a visit.

I have had so many odd issues with this place that I don't know what to say. New staff would help or even staff at all the number of times I have walked out as nobody appeared to be there to actually take your order! Still, I like the pizzas.

Shocking!! Took over 40 mins for food to ARRIVE and then they driver who could not speak a word of English forgot the dips that took another 2 hours to be delivered!!. Driver stunk of BO and had ZERO understanding where we lived from the tracker as he delivered to a house 2 roads from me then went completely the wrong way way to do two more drops and came all the way back to my drop I would give - 3 but the rating will not let me The food was undercooked and cold!! When it arrived Woke up the next morning very very dehydrated and feeling sick god only knows how much salt was in my food YUCK ! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! Probably the 8th time they’ve messed up my order and then it takes weeks for a refund to clear.

Slightly late but way better than ordering online

I haven't had dominos for a while or so and have forgotten how rude the staff are, I don’t know why they have a phone ( they never answer it ), how cold the food is, the fact that it's overpriced and arrived 1.30 hours later with wrong food DEFINITELY IGNORE 😡

We have visited the Cafe repeatedly with our two boys and little baby and always receive the same level of service and quality of food. It is a little cramped with the buggy but the volume of customers in there at any one time I think is testament to how good the food is. A proper cafe with reasonable prices and quick service. Perfect!

Worked there for a bit and everyone had no hygiene or manners. Unable to pick up the phone and it all manky anyway by the time you get it. Get pizza from Farnham domino's much better!

We visited Café Nero in Godalming this week and were delighted to find a sun dried tomato & ‘mozzarella’ toasted sandwich on the menu. Café Nero is now in the position of having 2 plant based sandwiches. Thank you for being one of the first coffee chains to cater for the needs of those who do not wish to consume animal products. It was really delicious and good to have a hot option in the winter - well done- simple, delicious and makes us feel welcome Only 3 stars because the café is not as clean as it could be. Tables need clearing and especially wiping thoroughly more often.

Ordered online at 7:30pm on a Thursday night, arrived at 10:30pm - after I'd been out, bought a pizza, cooked and eaten it at home. Seemingly will never pick up the phone, so don't even try.

How is this store still open?! It is by far the worst run franchise I've ever seen. The manager needs to read these comments and sell to someone who knows how to run the place. If anyone wants a pizza in godalming, order from piazza firenzi and collect!!

Frequently wrong on orders and no-one ever answers the phone

"Shall we get a domino's?" It's what you say when you haven't had one in a month or so and have forgotten how rude the staff are, their inability to answer the phone, how cold the food is, the fact that it's crazily overpriced and the 50% chance of food poisoning.

We ordered pizzas for my sons 11th birthday sleepover for 6 hungry children, which we ordered online. The app said it was delivered but nothing was received. We called godalming dominos about five times while we waited and no one answered. Eventually after an hour and a half we decided to buy some pizzas from the shop instead, but then the delivery man arrived. Pizza tasted ok but not great.

Horrendous! Recently moved to the are so thought we would try out 1st time they got our order completely wrong and when we called up to say so they got angry. We gave them benefit of the doubt and tried again. AGAIN they got our order wrong and forgot dips. Not only is it ridiculously expensive to change items on the pizza it is even more frustrating when charged extortionate amounts it is even more irritating when they don't even do it. The pizza and twisted dough cheese balls were so over cooked NEVER AGAIN

As per other reviews awful service and experience - 1.5 hours and still waiting for pizza. No one picking up telephone. Much easier and better to go to Pizza Express and collect.

DONT ORDER on Fri or Saturday night. There is a strong chance you will not even receive your order. Definitely don't pay in advance by card. As they will have your money and you will be disappointed. Made an order and it never arrived. I tried them about 8 times on the phone. Eventually I spoke to a Julia who didn't really seem to care. I asked for a refund. They said they'd confirm it by email. None came. No refund. No pizza. Avoid.

Really nice cafe, reminded me of the 70 with its decor, the staff server was friendly, the coffee and milkshakes were all good and it was busy at 10 ish on a Sunday which tells you something.This was an impromptu visit and we would all stop there on our ride again.

We stopped here today for food and drinks.We were served quickly and efficiently, despite us being a group of 8 hungry cyclists!I had a banana milkshake which was REALLY nice - great value and service with a smile.Will definitely be back soonThank you

I've been waiting for 3 hours and I've rung the store8 times and no one has picked up.

Dominoes is expensive but is so nice, this place has always been quick enough, never had any problems.
