We visited on June 5th for my sons birthday. I originally booked for the wrong date and they quite happily changed my booking at short notice for the same day. I must say, Adinas customer service was 10 out of 10. She was so friendly and helpful and made my sons birthday weekend that little more special. We were in london for the weekend but would definitely travel back to Staines just for Creams as the service was impeccable and waffles to die for. Thanks again for a great experience, Adina is an absolute credit to your cafe!

They were out of what I wanted ‘Ferraro rocher milkshake’ but the guy serving was positive & upbeat so I got something else. Polish guy with curly hair and glasses

The choice was amazing and the service by Adina was great. She was so friendly and great with my Granddaughter. Thank you for a lovely time. We will visit again soon.

As a civilised young gentleman I expected to be greeted at the door , I had no such service at this establishment. They wouldn’t let me eat my subway sandwich either that I had brought in with me.

My first visit was this Sunday (28/10/19) and I am 100% in love. We visited Creams after brunch and so only had a small sampling despite drooling over all the choices available - from waffles, sweet crepes, milk shakes, gelato and ice cream.I can safely say this was the best chocolate fudge cakes I have ever eaten and it was very nicely plated as well. I also stole some of my boyfriends white chocolate kinder bueno milkshake - something I was not expecting to like but loved just goes to show that although some of Creams offerings might sound sickly sweet, they can actually be very, very tasty. The staff are lovely, plenty of seating despite being a smaller venue (according to my boyfriend) and the toilet was nice and clean.

We visited the store today with my grandfather who has dementia and what an amazing experience, the manager clearly knew something and was just so kind and helpful and made everything perfect. He had an awesome time and loved the food.The manager is a credit to the store and creams and we will certainly be back.

Very rude staff. They hardly acknowledged us as we walked in and waved us towards a table. Then, when we went to order our food, the lady behind the tills was very harshly spoken. She aggressively told me to wait while she served another customer (despite me quite clearly waiting a distance away and not putting any pressure on her whatsoever). When she took my order she spoke down to me as if I was an idiot. The waiter who brought our orders to our table very rudely asked for the menu back, and looked down on us as if we were dirt. The menus were in tatters. They didn't serve half the things on the menu. We both ordered Forrero Rocher hot chocolates but they didn't come with the Forrero Rocher, as the menu described.Very poor customer service. Will never set foot in there again.

Come into creams all the time, adina is absolutely brilliant at her job and always makes us feel welcome. Definitely a credit to have on your team!

Our first (and only) visit. If the staff were being paid to assist customers the employer was cheated. Frankly it would have been more pleasant at a self service canteen where at least people could guess how the establishment worked. The desserts were ok, but nobody should tolerate such rudely indifferent waiters and waitresses.

After a meal with colleagues we decided to visit creams for our desertNone of us having been here before we sat down with menus and waited to be served.After 10 minutes an employee asked last and said they were busy so we would have to queue up at the till with everyone else.After standing in line for almost 15 minutes the server then told us that they would not be taking any more orders for at least 15 minutes as they were too busyWe left without ordering and I don’t think any of us will be returning Very disappointed

myself and my friend went to creams last night last minute just to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings and we assumed it was closed as the workers were placing chairs on the table 45 mins before closing time. However, they said they were just doing so as their were not many customers so after we got seated, we wanted to order waffles. when we went to the till and asked for strawberry waffles, the strawberries were finished. when we asked for lotuf biscoff waffles, that was finished too. So, the variety available was very bad. we were then advised by the workers to purchase a chocolate fudge brownie which we agreed to and me and my friend assumed their would be chocolate sauce on it. when the dessert arrived, its appearance was not pleasing and the sauce used was toffee sauce which myself and my friend did not like. Yes, i admit we should have read that dessert however, we were advised to go for this one as the previous ones we wanted, the ingredients were not present for it.Then, my friend and i decided to ask if we could change the sauce on the waffle and we dont mind the fudge cake on it. however, the staff member started to get loud and say we could not change it and that we should read the menu, however he said he would ask another staff member. That staff member was even worse than the other one and started to show a lot of attitude and completely blame us rather than help us on coming up with a solution. We let the staff know we have been to many restaurants and that we have been to other creams restaurants in different cities, and that they would help resolve the issue and are more friendly. Then, they started to ignore us, saying their is nothing they can do. When i said fine we dont want the dessert can we have our money back, they refused to pay us back. When i asked for the managers number i was told his number is private and that i cannot have this. myself and my friend left the restaurant but honestly i advise no one to visit this creams. I would rather eat no dessert at all then eat at that place where the customer service is atrocious and ridiculous, the staff are so bad mouthed and just talking to them made me lose brain cells! They are very unprofessional, rude and useless. God knows how they got the job or how they were raised as they see it appropriate to hold attitudes and act disgustingly towards young females. P.S I have worked in customer service before and if i acted like this, i would be out of the job like no tomorrow. Also, the jokes on them as my friend has contacted their bank where they will be paid back the money and on top of this. Creams in staines has lost loyal customers.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Stood waiting to place an order for 15 mins. The staff just ignored everyone stood waiting (there was 6 people waiting) shocking service, everyone walked out, and I am sure like myself, will not ever return again.

Decided to have a family trip to Creams whilst the grandchildren were visiting.

I just want to start this with I have never left a bad review as I have never been so disgusted.

I attended the store yesterday evening around 9pm as my wife and I planned to have some dessert after our meal, which we had elsewhere. It was out anniversary and we had had a great meal and wanted some dessert at creams in Staines as we had a great experience in there before. We are regular customers and never had any issues. When I walked into the store, which was not that busy in my opinion I was the only customer waiting at the counter. 5-6 staff members appeared busy rushing around and bumping into each other. I noticed they were preparing orders for pick-ups and collections due to the conversations they were having. There were three orders listed on the computer screen and at least two members of staff appeared to not being too busy.

Came for dinner and a movie with friends came now to creams had a sugar crave please fill your boots with icecream and all the sugar goods from Creams here in Staines. Thanks for helping with my waffle and choc icecream guys.

We had hot chocolate and cookie dough, both were delicious. Generous portions and service was quick. We don't go too often as it's quite expensive. The music is awful though!

Desserts were nice and served quick but don't think we will be back to that particular Creams. We waited 10 min to be served with few people running around which looks like it's a lack of organisation. When finally our order was taken, it was no any sign that you are welcome, more like you another customer bothering them.

My word the staff in here today cannot be bothered. (30th September). Myself and my son have come in this afternoon for ice cream and after taking our order we have been waiting 20minutes to be given an ice cream in a cone. There are two other couples who have paid and are waiting and we are looking at each other in bemusement. There is no queue either! Two staff members just roll there eyes when we asked if we could have our ice cream

Absolutely top shelf, staff are great and clearly enjoy there job. They all show passion in there work creating creat food. All of this is fuelled by a cracking Manager Mayid who has a great Heart remembers our group on every visit greeting us with a hand shake and a free slushy. Keep it up guys will be back soon.

Two friends and I were walking through Staines on Saturday evening, in need of a completely different experience for dessert (having had an appalling meal elsewhere).

Lovely place if you fancy something sweet. Both waffles and crepes are delicious. Cant comment in ice creams as never had it in there. But lovely drinks too. Defo worth a try the Mocha. Only downside is music is usually quite loud so not great if you want a catch up with friends.

They provide loads of choice and (as long as you have a sweet tooth) everything tastes delicious. The staff don't seem to happy to be there, and I'm not a fan of the atmosphere, but it's worth it for the sugar high.

We visited your creams branch in Staines to find at the entrance the manager arguing with a group of teens. We walk in to find a big queue and only one till open. We've decided to join the line and wait patiently as we have got 2 kids with us that were excited about having ice creams. Whilst waiting we've observed one of the waiters arguing with an Asian family. That ended, we (a lady friend of mine and myself) got to the till, placed our order, the lady with me settled the bill. That's when manager says "what kind of gentleman are you? You should pay for the lady". That comment made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. When i told him to mind his own business and not interfere. He answered "if you don't like it you can leave". I asked for the money back, he refunded me and told me to get out. Throughout That whole confrontation he had 4 guys standing behind his back as they were preparing to charge. They mumbled something in Arabic or some middle eastern language. Apparently they come from the same region and they formed some kind of a gang where they intimidate people. We came with our kids to enjoy some lovely dessert and we ended up being humiliated and insulted.

Went to creams with 2 friends on a hot day. Most ice cream was run out. Tables weren’t cleaned and still had dishes on. Queue was very long and staff were just standing around not doing anything. Menus are ripped and cello taped back together with dirt on. My friends had to go up and get their food they ordered instead of having table service which is usually what happens, and then had to go back up to get spoons after being spoken to rudely and told to “get a spoon” by a worker. The food is nice and it has good presentation and tastes good, but it’s rather pricey. We were told the back was reserved but no one was sat their the whole 40-45minutes we were in their.

This was nice but a bit too sweet and sugary. Wouldn’t go again because just not too my liking. Thank you for reading

Came here Sat early evening and they did not have any cookie dough left! Had apple pie and custard which was delicious. Chocolate waffle also delicious. Not cheap but good food.

Had a lovely time at creams! Food was amazing, service was quick, staff were lovely and facilities were clean. What more could you want? (Ps. The glittery wallpaper and disco ball were amazing) :)

We were with friends and family, a total of 7 including a 2 kids and 1 infant. The place was hardly occupied but when we arrived the staff asked us if we could adjust on two small tables to which we said no. He again insisted us to sit on another table which was suitable for four. We wanted to sit on the sofa at the end to which he initially said it was reserved (At 9pm on Sunday night) but after we insisted he rudely said sit wherever u want.

food is ok, but definitely not worth the money. although I did enjoy the waffles quite a lot ... but that's about it

The manager needs to go on a serious customer service course this place is so overrated and overpriced definitely will not be returning.

3 friends went here for ice creams, all were fab if a tad expensive but great for a little treat..well big treat the portions are very big!

RACIST OR POOR SERVICE YOU DECIDE? if your Asian don't bother coming in, I am a patient person, I have been waiting in line to place my order, A lady pushes in front of me (no problem as I am awaiting to be served next) A guy sees me waiting but decides to order anyway so I say excuse me to the person taking order, i am still waiting "sorry didn't see you" she replys (I didn't realise I was invincible as I told her). At that point the manager takes the order of the guy that jumped in (yet he saw the whole thing & didn't offer me the same service or to take my order at that time) no questions I won't be going back or anyone I know

La última vez que fui allí me decepcionó un poco, ya que el lugar parecía estar un poco viejo, no sé si el personal han cambiado, pero había dos muchachos extranjeros que sirve y miserable que sólo era malísimo el entusiasmo fuera de mí. Ahora tuve el gofre con canela, estuvo bien pero siempre he preguntado si mezcla la canela con azúcar en polvo para que la canela no es demasiado amargo. Mi petición es siempre señaló y hacen la mitad de canela y azúcar en polvo en mi medio waffle. Esta vez el chico me cobraron por el azúcar, así que no me impresionó mucho. El lugar estaba vacío y que normalmente dice algo. Es una pena porque me gusta cremas, pero supongo que aún así nos Kaspers la vuelta de la esquina para probar. Busque esa crítica! !

Took my daughters for a treat after a day full of sports at school. Service was good, waffles were amazing and i had very happy children.

Awful experience. The guy was rude from the very start. Wanted us to sit on a table when almost all the booths were free & when I asked for a booth they said no they were for bigger groups (the booths seat four and there were four of us!!) so I said no thanks I'd prefer a booth and would rather wait so they reluctantly (with rolling eyes and no communication) pointed to a booth. Another woman complained while I was there too. Waited for ages for someone to take our order - in the end, I went to the desk where they said there is no table service but the menu didn't say anything to indicated that we needed to order at the desk (no signs anywhere else either!). The same guy whipped the menus off the table away from the children - my eldest daughter was literally leaning on one and he pulled it from under her so her elbow slid. When the (very expensive - £20 for 3) Ice cream arrived it looked amazing but didn't taste of anything - even the kids didn't like it! One left all of hers it was so bad. Only came here because Kaspas was being renovated - never ever again!!

We came here on the hottest day of the year so far to try and cool down. Not the cleanest place I've eaten in but the ice cream was good.We stood at the counter checking out all the ice creams when we were asked if we were eating in or not. We said we wanted to eat in and so we're shown to a table. It took us a while to realise we still had to go up to the counter to place our order, which we thought a bit daft as had the chap left us where we were we could have placed our order and paid before going to a table! I'm sure there was some logic in there somewhere.Ice creams when they arrived were good and very much needed with the heat outside. Still would have preferred Caspers ice cream but we had found unfortunately they had closed down

If your looking for ice cream, gelato, waffles, chocolate and just gorge yourself on everything thats naughty then head straight here. Forget dessert menus at a restaurant this is what you need.

Went here with my mum yesterday and we had a waffle each which were both lovely. Good selection of desserts on the menu and at reasonable prices too. The thing that could be improved is the friendliness of the staff... they all seemed miserable and didn't look at you when you asked them a question. The cafe could have done with some background music or something too

The ice cream is extremely good but sometimes you get small portions... I guess it depends on who is serving. Ate only as a take away.

Tables were dirty and not wiped. Food is standard. I'm not sure why they use that cheap diluted chocolate sauce, why not just used regular melted real chocolate???? The crepe was good and strawberries tasted nice but you expect clean tables at a restaurant.

On arrival we were told to come back in 45 mins even though they were open and no customers were there. We were told there had been a mess up with Orders/delivery and only take away cones were available. The guy said to sit down and that sundaes we could have. My children seemed to enjoy the ice cream but would not recommend the coffee. If you do go here I'd recommend that you do not use the toilets, they were smelly and dirty!!

A real bad experience. Toilets filthy.. coffee awful. Heard so much about it was a let down. My grandsons enjoyed ice cream that's about it really. The music was loud and awful.

Not sure what to make of the Staines creams branch. At the time we arrived there was about 6 other people seated. My boy and my partner popped into the loo. (One of every customer) My partner came back with proper face on her.Asked what's wrong she told me that the loo was filthy, and I clearly saw in her face that she wanted to go.But if we did we decided to stay as we would never of heard the last of it from our boy. He would have made our life hell if we took away his chance of ice cream. We ordered a lemon crepe, chocolate and coffee ice cream and a knickerbocker glory (HUGE)The crepe needed just a little bit more cooking time (bit rubbery) the ice creams .... well they were ice creams. The joy of this place is to go with a large group (kids birthday or something) and I'm sure the atmosphere would be a little more lively than what we experienced... it was pretty dull... sorry

Went here with my friend on one occasion & husband on another. It is the kind of place I would have loved as a teenager & 20 something. The food is amazing & something you would only see in an American movie. You can get anything naughty & indulgent & the price is great. Music inside takes you back but with the door open it's a bit draughty but back in the day that would not have bothered me at all. Can't wait to take my young daughter here.

Went to creams with a friend and i have to say it is excellent value. They do the most amazing desserts ever and the staff are super friendly. I will certainly be going back. 10 out of 10 creams.

My friend treated me to trip here on Saturday night and i wish he hadn't.There was 3 people working at around 9.30pm, when i tried to sit down i was abruptly told i had to que to then be told to sit down anyway which didn't make any sense. The music was so loud it was like a nightclub and we couldnt really hear each other talk, but worst of all i tried to use the toilet and it was disgusting filthy!! It smelt, and clearly had not been tended to all day, which was made apparent when i noticed on the back door where there was a rota for hourly checks had not been filled in all day. Avoid if possible

Having gone to the glasgow branch I was looking forward to my pancake . The chocolate sauce was watered down and despite eating none of the food I was declined a refund . Do yourself a favour and go to the desert place round the corner . It's most enjoyable there .

I am normally never one to complain. However, Creams in Staines was the worst experience.Terrible customer service.Extremely rude and grumpy members of staff. Especially one of the girls who took my order and money. I really don't think these people should be working in a place like this, where people come to enjoy a desert.Really disappointed.

Amazing place, the waffles in there are superb, the staff is very friendly and the ice cream is just perfect!! Very nice place to go with family or friends. Highly recommend!!

I've never visited a Creams before and I will be back.The staff were friendly and attentive and the waffle I ordered was simply amazing.If you have a sweet tooth, I can highly recommend this place :)

After shopping in Staines, we spotted this oasis, IF you're into desserts, big style !!! The choices are numeros and mouthwatering and definitely not for those watching their weight or figures, but hey ho, life's too short !!! The place is clean & tidy and well worth a visit.

I have been sat in creams Staines now for 45 minutes waiting for our order to be served and watching one overworked (most likely underpaid) very polite young girl working This ONE girl is the only person working here not another person at all so she is taking orders making up the deserts serving tables and still managing to keep her cool !! Meanwhile I have watched at least 6 groups of would've been customers walk straight back out after realising how long the wait will be. Creams !! I won't be back in a hurry

Popped in for a quick treat. Lovely. ..and the restaurant was clean as was the toilet. Would recommend to others and would definitely come back.

First timer as a creams diner nice American diner decor really good feel so I went for the waffles white chocolate indulgence oh lord gotta say never really understood the just a dessert kinda thing but Wholey converted gotta say that was pure perfection unbelievably scrumptious will definitely be going back

I always have to think hard before I give a poor score. Usually I just don't review but this place is worth mentioning for how bad it was.As I arrived a group of young lads ran in, shouting. All bar one went to use the toilet at the back of the shop. The remaining one ordered something but the staff just stood and watched them.The ice cream tasted nice I'll give it that but over priced and really nothing as special as I was expecting after having seen the web page and menu. My ice cream did not come as pictured or advertised on the menu, the skittles were rock hard.Plonked on the table it could have benefited having a saucer underneath to collect the melted stuff that ran down the side of the glass and all over the table. I needed the loo but I had to wait for two young ladies admiring themselves in the many mirrors, to come out. They had not bought anything either.Then I came to pay and suddenly was asked for more money than on the menu. When I queried it I was told it was a service charge. I asked where that was advertised on the menu and was told it wasn't. I didn't pay the service charge needless to say.This place is not local for me I was in the area and had looked up things to do in the area whilst waiting for family having fun at Thorpe Park. That's why I went, it looked good.Well if I'm ever in the area again I'd give this a wide berth.

Not the cheapest ice cream sundae I've every had but certainly one of the best. What more can I say but yum yum yum.

I visited with a friend, before children came out of school so it was lovely and quiet.My friend had a waffle and I had the hot melted cookie and ice cream.Very sweet, so I'm glad it wasn't a large portion.Tasty though.I looked at the various gateaux on display when we arrived but they did not look at all appetizing- sad,rather dry looking individual slices on plates. I can understand them not wanting to put the whole gateau on display ,especially at a quiet time of day, but ' we eat first with our eyes' so food needs to be visually appealing. My cup of coffee was disappointingly small for the price too.

You can't beat icecream at any time of day but late in the evening is the best time of all in my opinion. This place ticks all the boxes and whilst it is far from the cheapest place to get an icecream it is excellent quality and the staff are very friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

This place is always short staffed. The staff are always rushing around! Nice ice cream though!Its also very very loud with music.

Went with my son who suggested this visit as he goes to the Egham one . Had the Belgium white chocolate crepe with cream . I love desserts and would favour any day over dinners . But I'm afraid I just didn't enjoy it . It was stodgy and the chocolate was just to sickly . Other people have commented on the cleanliness. The skirting boards were very dirty in some places but the staff were extremely friendly. Expensive for what you get .

If your a fan of things cold and sweet then this is the place for you. I have passed Creams in Staines on a number of occasions so decided to treat the kids and the missus one Wednesday afternoon after a spot of shopping in Staines town centre. As we arrived we were immediately greeted and seated in a black, sparkly booth alongside a handful of other diners before being handed a typically American styled menu filled with Ice Cream, Waffles and Shakes.We decided on our selection and were surprised at the enormity of the treats when presented. (See pictures) Our three year old son loved his choice as did we, all be it feeling slightly over indulgent by the time we'd finished. The restaurant was neat and tidy and the staff friendly, my only criticism is the price. Three ice cream options and a shake came to £25 (give or take) even after having to remind the cashier to include the Wednesday Waffle discount of 10% (Worth approximately 40p). They didn't forget to slip in the service charge though. An unnecessary addition to the bill which left a bit of a sour taste. At least it would often done if my mouth wasn't numb with ice and sugar. All in all a reasonable experience and a decent treat for the kids.

Popped in with a friend for an Ice cream treat after a day shopping.Quite expensive for what we got; The Cafe Latte sundae had a poor coffee flavour with some suspicious 'bits' in it, not sure what they were, but couldn't eat it. Friend had a Coconut Sundae and enjoyed that a lot.Not sure I would recommend or revisit this one as a lot of other places offer the same desserts but do them much better at reasonable prices.

best pistachio ice cream we ever had. Lively place and good coffee too. The children loved it there.

very warm inside, although good range of desserts, would like to see gluten free options, as I went here for a friend's birthday and although I done well on my new health regime I felt had to have a dessert which isn't great but the sorbets are nice

Bit cheap tasting desserts as you can tell the quality isn't great. They spent too much money on the decor and not enough on the ingredients. Wouldn't pick it unless everything else is closed.

We had creams come to my sons party today, they were great could not do enough for us! Food was great and all the kids and mums were talking about it! A great party choice my son was really happy!

After having a walk around Staines we decided to grab and ice cream thing we would just get an ice cream cone each. After viewing teh menu our opinion changed adn we ended up with full sized desserts. Friendly staff and great choice of Ice creams and desserts at a great price.Lovely decor and really clean

So we had been to woking and had the crowd pleaser which costs a whopping £27.95 but was well worth it and a fabulous treat for the kids. As Staines had opened and was closer took a different set of kids for the same treat .... what a disappointment! At Woking it was an amazing platter double storey platter of ice cream, waffles, cones etc. At staines it was one layer of ice cream with the same extras. You choose 12 flavours and in Woking you got 12 scoops of each flavour with a few of the flavours doubled up so you got about 16 scoops. At staines i am not even sure we got the full 12 but when we notice this it was too late to complain. I tried to go on the website and complain - you can complete all the details but you cannot submit because of some strange design of the bottom of the screen. Not happy on many levels.

Went after a meal at Roshni's Indian for desserts. Was okay but on the expensive side. Atmosphere strangely low key. Not as interesting as i though it might be.

We went to creams, Staines last night and my dad had a waffle and within ten minutes he was violently suffering from diroherra. This morning he is still suffering and in pain,

We were seated with a toddler and a child in a booth at the rear of the restaurant then left for rather longer than necessary before our order was taken so little ones were beginning to get a bit restless. A new server arrived to take our order and was able to quickly bring small kiddie portions along which helped enormously. I felt the menu was extensive and exciting but over priced and though the sundaes etc were good, they really weren't anything special.

The dirtiest place serving food I have ever been to in staines. Flies and dust and dirty staff . Yuk .

Came here with partner and children, rude staff member, was sat at a filthy table, floor was filthy and after 10 minutes of not knowing how to order as nothing was explained we walked out. Go to kaspas, same menue but amazing service there.

So one Sunday morning we decided to rush out for some shopping and decided on having breakfast outside. Sadly, everywhere was finishing so we committed the cardinal sin....have desserts for breakfast!!!!!!!!!The staff were very nice and the desserts came out very well. The crepes were nice and fluffy and the waffle was soft and perfectly cooked and not burnt at the bottom like other places.One slight suggestion, leave all the loud dance music for later on the day maybe. It's a bit too much for a Sunday morning. Apart from that this is one of the better creams franchises we have been too

Visited as a family of 4. We were keen to take my husband after myself and the children had a great visit to the Camberley one. This was a completely different experience. The ice cream display wasn't as good disappointing for an ice cream store. Service was slow and for a Tuesday afternoon it took a while to get the 2 sundaes ordered. The Oreo sundae here was very poor compared to the one we had in Camberley. In fact this one had just 1 Oreo in the whole thing! I compared it to a photo I had taken at Camberley and it didn't compare. The volcano sundae was fine but neither were wow. When I went to to pay by the bill I noticed service had been added? Not sure quite what for when you order and pay at a till point?? I wouldn't choose to visit this store again.

Yummy waffles before the movies. Not too busy for a Friday night of the bank holiday weekend but we were served quickly. Got to sample some of the flavours whilst making up our minds. All great. Parking free after 6 pm all evenings. New in Staines but will fit right in.

Four of us drove from Old Windsor as we knew they closed at 12:00am, we walked through the doors at 11:25pm to be told they were closed. When we questioned why they were closed, they said they had decided to close early.
