Infinity Bar & Kitchen in Runnymede

Really poor experience. Ended up coming here from The Cliff and it’s always been a really great experience. A lady at the door told us that there was another bar open which I didn’t hear so I confirmed with the lady who then became verbally abusive when I said “thank you”. She then had her cronies follow me and my party to where they recommended which was Annie’s Attic. I actually really like this bar but I’m not coming back because of the issues presented. I and we have been coming here for years, not any more. Contact us to change our mind? Or not, thanks. Rude? Yes she was. Confrontational? Yes she was. Horrid in terms of customer service? Yes she was. Bye.

This place is absolutely horrendous and I don’t think anyone should waste their money on this hell hole. £22 for an adult for pink chicken and frozen food you can buy for 30p at aldi. Don’t even waste your money on the bar either my family got simple sodas and they tasted of water you’d think a fanta would have a slight orange taste to it but i was surprised at how terrible the whole service was dreadful that even the staff looked embarrassed to work there. Please please please NEVER go here you’d be better off going to a cheap primary school cafeteria which was abandoned in the 50’s and find some form of sustenance there because it would be heaven compared to the cardboard and cotton wool they serve here

Now called vibes bar, ate breakfast as stayed overnight at Thorpe park. Food was terrible. Bacon so overcooked was beyond crispy. Eggs grey colour. Sausages needed a suntan they were so pale. Baked beans all sauce hardly any beans. Croissants was all gone and not replaced must be because they were the only edible food, good array of food just do disappointing end to a great stay.

This is the only option for food if you are staying overnight. They take full advantage of this by charging £22 for a buffet of the most disgusting food you have ever seen in your life. Staff were either rude or disinterested. Avoid this place and do not stay at Thorpe Park overnight.

Over priced. Did not eat here and we stayed two nights. Could not pay £40 pound for two of us excluding drinks per night. Have paid before as I did not know that was the set up. Was disappointed. Definitely need to re think and would eat if you could just have a normal menu.

I have been here several times and it was ok but last night was a shocker. The concept was a buffet but really it was not ( unlike the international buffet at Alton towers). You had 5 or six meals all laid out and you could help yourelft , i opteted for pie mash and veg. The meal in itself was ok, not brilliant, but ok.... But here's the sting £20 a head Ok there were some Iceland gateaux for desert and a rough looking fruit salad . Drinks were from the bar and not even unlimited refill on soft drinks. Personally i would never eat here again and next time will go into the local town instead. In my opinion for the quality of food £12 would be top price.

Now called Vibes Bar & Kitchen, we visited here as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, whilst staying in the shark cabins, to be honest we had no other choice. We ordered the buffet dinner at £20 per adult and £10 per child and a pint of Stella, we did not need to order any more drink as we had the freestyle refills available from our day in the park. Firstly the positive, the staff were very friendly and greeted us as soon as we arrived, the girl on the bar was very friendly and asked how our day had been and showed an interest in what I was saying. Location wise it is very close to the cabins and very accessible. Sadly that’s the only positives available, we were unfortunately left very disappointed by what was being offered, especially for £60. Firstly the buffet does not include soft drinks, whilst in know a lot of unlimited buffets don’t, I did find this strange as the pizza pasta on park does provide soft drink refills as part of the inclusive price. The food quality was very poor, and the amount on offer was very limited, you had a choice of a sort of Carvery that came with veg that looked like it had been sitting all day and a choice of either gammon or half a dried chicken, battered fish and pies, curries, sausages and chicken nuggets, there is also salad and chips on offer along with some deserts, everything however was of very poor quality and was not up to the standard one expected when paying as much as we did. The drinks prices were average for this area, £5.50 per pint and soft drinks from around 2.50. Overall we were left extremely disappointed and will not be using this again if staying on site, it certainly is not recommended. One family I saw had takeout delivered to the main entrance, I assume using a takeaway app, this would certainly be a better option and cheaper.

i had a burger, and it was fairly bland. but george was veery friendly towards us so we would probably come again if we're at thorpe park again

Ordered the Mac and cheese and got something more like penne with cream? (Picture attached) I mean it is millions miles away from being mac (macaroni shape pasta) and cheese (yes cheese, not white cream). Felt too awkward to return it as we waited 35 minutes for it. Such a shame … Even if the shape wasn’t so much a problem, but it was tasteless and far from being cheesy! Pale white plain dish.

Our drinks arrived 45min after ordering they where left on the side and partner went up in the end to get them, Food arrived after a 1.5 hours of waiting I got mine 1st and partner got his about 10 min after mine, the food was just shocking and Breakfast wasn't any better either no toast or eggs the main part for me of a English Breakfast. Your better off getting just eat order or eating out of the park. Stayed on 4th October 2021

All in all the food was good and average priced. Can't complain really, everything we had tasted good. The restaurant itself could do with a touch up as it looks a bit run down but that's the only criticism I would make. Sometimes I don't know what people expect when leaving such bad reviews..

Took an hour for a burger and and order of Mac n Cheese, only arrived after complaining and 2mins later food magically arrived. Over-priced, terrible service, knackered after park day and starving and since the park allows next to nothing in from home you are stuck, avoid if you can!!!!

We are our evening meal as we were hotel guests. The staters took 1.5 hours to arrive. The food is microwaved poor quality and way overpriced. If you are staying in the hotel, I'd recommend avoiding infinity bar and eating outside the park.

We recently made a dinner reservation at the Infinity Bar & Kitchen as we were staying at the Shark cabins overnight. On arrival we were seated, given cutlery and instructed on how to use the automated ordering system, which seemed straightforward enough. On perusing the menu I could see it was extemely limited; I could only order main courses from the dinner section which listed 12 choices, 8 of which were cheese-based meals. As I can't eat cheese that left four options - a vegan burger, a pasta dish, a salad or a rather expensive sirloin steak. No standard burger, chicken or fish dishes, the sort of thing I'd expect in a diner-type eaterie such as this. Not really wanting any of these non-cheese options I decided to take a look at the kids menu to see if there was anything suitable but, out of the 4 choices on offer, 3 of these were cheese-based. In the end we settled on ordering a couple of chicken wing starters (which weren't very hot) and some side orders to make up a meal rather than go hungry. On a positive note, they did arrive fairly quickly and service generally was pretty good. The restaurant did redeem itself to a degree the following morning as the buffet breakfast was excellent, but I do think significant improvements could be made by reviewing the menu and offering a little more in the way of standard fayre without the seemingly-obligatory cheese.

We waited an hour for our food for them to only bring out our sides, then we had to wait another 20minutes for our mains. My daughter fainted at the table because she was that hungry, we booked our table for 9 so it is obvious how many of us are eating. I did politely complain to the manager who offered me 25% off our bill but then only gave me 20% after she agreed to 25%. I went to complain again but she was no where to be seen, it’s completely out of order and unacceptable.

Don't bother! Air con was really over enthusiastic. Service really under enthusiastic and we had to wait ages. When the food turned up it was cold! While the 4 or 5 serving staff congregated round the bar chatting no doubt and failing to collect food....

Generally a good visit. Long que times but did visit in kids holidays. Several times we'd spent an hour or more queing, then the ride would break down. Never been to a theme park where its happened so frequently, or at all for that matter....

Thorpe Park was great and hotel was small but fun, Infinity restaurant could have had better choice of food but it's ok, Daniel and Alex made sure we had everything we needed which was good service.

The wait staff were friendly and courteous. The menu for food and drinks were a little limited, especially as a vegetarian, but it did taste nice. The food could have been hotter though. But my children did enjoy their pizzas a lot.
