The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

Meant to give 4 stars sorry. We enjoyed 2 lovely pre dinner drinks in a traditional lake land inn served by friendly staff. We loved puppy and other dogs and atmosphere and drinks were good. Hope to see you next yearxx

Lovely little find, very friendly and polite ..made us very welcome as well our two little dogs. Food was tasty and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend. We’ll be back Thank you .

not enough seats imo. its a majority student population, many are alone - perhaps stools for parties of 1.

We booked a table for a Sunday roast at 5pm but were not told beforehand that they had ran out of half the food! We ordered the “Three Meat Roast Dinner” and only had 2 meats available, beef and turkey! Half the beef that was served was a challenge in itself due to the amount of fat it contained. We were then told they had no broccoli, no stuffing balls, no more roast potatoes (but then offered us extra potatoes after telling us they had no yorkshire puddings), and we only found out that they had ran out of yorkshire puddings when I asked where they were as they didnt come out with the dinners! We then ordered cauliflower cheese which came with a hair found by my daughter who then couldn’t continue eating her food and a member of staff asked us for the hair which we did not have as we didn't want to keep a rouge hair on the table full of food while we were eating! When we challenged the staff on the poor quality of food and lack of food we didn't get as much as an apology or a dessert for the children just told “they would speak to the kitchen staff” which didn't resolve the poor quality and lack of food/service we had received! Needless to say we will not be returning again!!

Lovely little place with the standard Costa decorations. Fast service and helpful staff.

The food was, delicious enjoy every mouth full. Would go there again.

Excellent atmosphere, good selection of drinks, fantastic live music! Nowhere near local, but will be back!

Amazing party for our primary school hosted at The Spread. We love coming in, everyone is so nice like we are a party of the family. Food is really nice, better than the usual pub grub. I’m so glad since Molly and her team have taken over, we have a great local to visit again!

UPDATE - STILL THE SAME 😱 The coffee was luke warm. The exterior and interior needs painting. Very run down. Very slow to get served. One serving and making drinks and food and a very large queue.

Went in at 6pm and picked up a sandwich to be heated (which were still out on display!!!) Before I said anything, a man called Will barked at me "We can't heat that up now, we've cleaned the ovens down in time for closing". I asked what time Costa closed and he informed me it was 7pm!!!!!!! One hour before closing is too short notice to heat up a crappy tuna melt?? Please!!!! Won't be returning....

On Wednesday forty, yes forty, of us from a U3A Keep Active group had a pre booked lunch and everybody said how pleased they were with the hot food, the atmosphere and the excellent service ( especially from Karen). We are enjoyed ourselves so what’s not to like We’ll be back

I went here during a busy shopping trip and needed a coffee, the experience overall unpleasant. It was a very overwhelming atmosphere the staff seemed unhappy to serve us which made us feel unwelcome. Drinks were okay, but definitely not up to expected standards for a coffee shop, but it did the job. Will be avoiding this brand in the future as there are much nicer coffee shops close by which seem to genuinely care about its products and service.

Food was okay but staff not very friendly at all, I think they need further training before they serve members of the public

I visited on Monday. The girls on shift at the time were great. Friendly and very helpful. I felt sorry for the girl who served my chocolate and salted caramel cake, who seemed mortified about making a mistake of putting my cake in a bag and not a plate but I said it was not a problem. We all make mistakes 😊
