Not what we were expecting, we hadn't been to Subway for about 4 years and oh how it's changed. The food was not as good , the choices were limited. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken, what I received was BBQ sauce chicken, it certainly wasn't teriyaki sauce.

Must have delivered to wrong house as i was tracking them now it says delivered and i havent received anything, nothing left at front door

Absolute joke non of my extras was added came freezing cold was all squashed my my Coca Cola bottle which was some reason on top of the sandwiches absolutely disgusting behaviour pal

Absolutely terrible experience. Food came wrong and cold, garlic bread had zero garlic just cheese on a sub bread. Customer service was terrible too when I called they were no help and didn’t care they messed everything up. 0/10 do not recommend eat literally anywhere else.

Wrap wasn't made right and wasn't tight just a slob don't recommend

Meal deal subs don’t prompt a “toasted” option after selecting bread. I assumed it would be. After my order has arrived I’ve seen a toasted option on individual subs. Why not on meal deals? At least clarify it won’t be.

Delicious me sub was really enjoyed it and I did same as my partner to will be back tho

I went in at 5.30 and was "barked" at it's takeaway only, absolute joke as someone was sat there eating a takeaway....utterly a joke

Just got a subway from an amazing member of the team. Very friendly and helpful guy while making the sandwiches. Gutted I wasnt able to get his name. Amazing service and great sandwiches. Put the perfect amount of jalapeños.

Food did not turn up despite saying delivered, worst delivery service ever

Went in for a hot drink as i was early for appointment, asked where the drinks menu was and was pointed to a poster in a frame behind me. Ordered two hot chocolates and when i went to pay i told her thats 60p too much she said the prices on the wall are wrong, i reminded her she pointed it out to me, she shrugged her shoulders and said well its gone up, i might have just left it there had she not had a bad attitude, i said youre breaking the law she wasnt bothered and attempted to walk in back of shop, i repeated you cant charge that and display a different price, asked her a couple of questions to which she replied with a completely uninterested "i dont know". Anyway she asked if i wanted my 60p back as though i was mean i said yes, sat down to find the so called hot chocolate was barely warm. Also one of their freinds or regular customers started attacking me verbally and they done nothing to de escalate it. Needless to say i didnt go back for lunch as planned

Missing items and terrible packaging

Everything was good, but my cookie wasn't in the order

I ordered the same wrap yesterday and it was normal size, tonight it was half the size. No sign of any caramelised onions, tomato was sparse (half a slice of tomato) no extra steak.

They gave my order to the wrong house, literally couldn’t even be bothered to check that they were on the right street and then when he saw that I was walking over the guy sped off

Honestly, a very unprofessional experience from the staff made me wonder if it was due to my skin shade. I’ll just leave it at that, gladly, some other reviews help point it out.

Loads of peppers on my sub, which I did not ask for and gave me the wrong bread. Sub was a mess in the bag

2 people working only - I could see this and didn’t mind the wait. Think they had online orders to do aswell. It wasn’t busy inside at all, probably 3 people in front of me and no one behind. Old woman who was serving was very rude, not only to me, but the people who got served in front of me. I was shocked. Very blunt and snotty. Maybe she was stressed, but why take it out on the customers? My sub was way over toasted and they didn’t have any olives.

Sandwich was quite sloppily made and fell apart more than once trying to eat it. All in all it was okay, but the quality of the food could be better and more care should be taken with orders

My sandwich was cold and cheese wasn’t melted at all when I asked for it to be toasted. The blond boy with curly hair was horrifically rude and spoke to customers very poorly. The elderly lady gave disgusted looks to people as they would walk into the store. A female who worked there forgot my cookies and kept signing whilst talking orders and abruptly slid my cookies on the counter. There were no friendly manners, no thank you or welcoming attitudes. Sandwhiches we’re poorly made. A lady behind me didn’t want her sandwich toasted to which the blond boy questioned are you sure u don’t want it toasted and pulled a face after the customer said no. The service and food was overall extremely poor.

My food hadn’t been toasted (which I’d requested) and my blt wrap had barely any meat in it, couldn’t taste the meat over the amount of salad and sauce they’d used.

Unfortunately an order of 3 cookies was missing. Otherwise it was good.

I used to get their sandwiches because they were nice and affordable. Now they are just nice.

Poor service gave me hardly any meat was also the wrong meat as well and the foot long was mainly a lettuce so felt like a rabbit

Honestly the worst subway experience I have ever had, the staff had such a strange vibe, there was a rather plump fellow a young guy and another guy, they all had a strange dynamic, I it was like I had either interrupted an argument or they were lovers an I really couldn’t tell, the way they spoke to each other was far from professional, the sandwich was thrown together, the meat balls were stone cold and chewy, in general just tasted awful, didn’t ask if I wanted salad and drowned it in sauce to the point it was dripping out the end, I will not be going back in this subway. Just wana say the young lad wasn’t really being strange, it was mainly the pump chap and the guy that didn’t speak, I dunno maybe he couldn’t speak to English, but I didn’t like the way the plump guy spoke to him, he was like “get more salami” an when he came back with it he was like “ finalllyyyy”! Just really rude and sarcastic, very odd experience

Food was what you expect, service was terrible asked for a footlong meal deal and kids pack, a kids pack being hard to miss hear so i come to pay and since i dont go often i think nothing of the price. Then the guys walks of so i asked about a cookie for my kids because of the meal deal "oh you didnt ask for one" yeah i did i do every time, no option to upgrade or pay the difference he just walked of, lot of people in the shop at this moment so i left should of just grabbed 2 drinks and crisps and walked out Decent food/terrible service

Ordered from Just Eat. My order came with missing items. When I rang the shop all I got was "Sorry" sandwich is barely filled and wasn't toasted like I asked. It came FREEZING cold. Terrible service. It also took 40 minutes to turn up. I didn't realise making an order with 2 items was so hard...

Hi I am writing this to inform you my entire order was incorrect. The drinks was incorrect, the sandwiches and the snacks. I would appreciate a full refund please as I spend a lot of money on that order for it to be nothing what I asked for.

Sandwich wasn't toasted. Wedges were missing requested seasoning. Large portion of wedges ordered, locked like a regular portion recieved.

You would think £9 on a sandwich i would get a healthy filling! This is by far the smallest most pathetic sized sandwich i have ever had from any subway! Brendan my server didnt even fill the pathetic sized spoon propely and when i questioned it just brushed me off...... do not use this subway

Cold hard bread, majority of ingredients had fallen out

I ordered 2 salad boxes and a 6 inch chicken & bacon sub, when delivered there was tiny portions in the salad boxes with no extra cheese as paid for, no filling on the chicken and bacon sub no extra cheese again as paid for. The bread for the sub was stale and not the bread i asked for. no compensation or customer service. An absolute joke, if i could have give this zero stars i would have, please don't visit here save your money.
