I went here during a busy shopping trip and needed a coffee, the experience overall unpleasant. It was a very overwhelming atmosphere the staff seemed unhappy to serve us which made us feel unwelcome. Drinks were okay, but definitely not up to expected standards for a coffee shop, but it did the job. Will be avoiding this brand in the future as there are much nicer coffee shops close by which seem to genuinely care about its products and service.

We tried Miffin Break for the first time today and we where extremely pleased. The food and coffee is of excellent quality, service is very fast and the staff are courteous. We will definitely be back here again.

Staff are UNBEARABLY rude. Been a few times as we love the food, but have never had a good experience with the staff there. Such a shame.

Food was ok but the lady who served us (name on receipt was shenaz) was very rude and used no manners.

Got the orders wrong even after correcting twice , and forgot one of the orders . Rude service didn’t ask us for any syrup options and when the other guy asked us he corrected him saying we wanted plain when we said iced latte multiple times and he made a plain iced tea with no sugar or syrup -cuz he didn’t even ask.

Was ordering some freshie racist man gives some attitude and made a face at us when we mentioned to put almond milk instead of regular milk as one of our friend has lactose. When we got our orders it was completely different orders

This place has the best coffee in town. Great atmosphere and people too. Always here almost everyday

Awesome place & nice variety of hot & cold food & drinks. Very nice comfortable place to meet up with family or friends in the mall for drinks & meals. They have a really nice chai latte americano coffee & english tea also lots of smoothies too. Food is really good lots of varieties of sandwiches & toasted sandwiches. Hot food like cauliflower & cheese macaroni. Cheese & chicken pasties. a big variety of cakes muffins & cookies. Very comfortable seating & tables to have a quick snack or drink or have a nice meal & just relax & chill. You can take out food to eat in the comfort of your own home

The food here is very hit and miss. THE COOKIES DELICIOUS!! Best cookies I’ve ever had. However, the red velvet cake awful, its dry it doesn’t even taste like red velvet cake. For savoury food I’ve only tried their fajitas/wraps? which are mid, they’re nice but nothing special. The drink selection is a little sad, not enough options plus you’d think because they’re a Muslim business they wouldn’t support and sell certain brands that are against watermelon or at least have some boycott safe drinks. The service is kinda hit or miss half of the staff are lovely and helpful but the other half make u feel severely uncomfortable.

Bought the biscoff cheesecake and chocolate brownie to takeaway along with an oat milk latte. Was passing through Blackburn to attend a hearing otherwise I would have had lunch there as they have a good selection of sandwiches.

Usually impressed with this place, especially the desserts and hot drinks. Today I ordered the macaroni, cauliflower cheese and I was really disappointed. It was microwaved so the topping wasn't crispy as its supposed to be, it was soggy. Took a while to come out too. Wouldn't recommend this option on the menu, I will stick to the sandwiches and paninis in future.

Asked for a caramel macchiato, received an espresso shot 😂 wasnt filled to the brim, literally a quarter of the cup?

The man on the till who handed us the handheld machine to pay didn’t say how much it was and i should have been charged £3.40 for an americano with hot milk He actually charged me 6.80 for some reason & my banking app flashed up, so I went back to ask him why he charged me that price ? He said I had asked for 2 drinks !! Which I didn’t I was alone , he was trying to make a quick profit so how many more people have they done this to ?? He begrudgingly gave me £3.40 for the over charge !!!!

Bit too expensive for me you can cheaper and better breakfast if you look around 😉

Good Coffee. Staff nice friendly which is a mood boost , but one can be unsmiling i put it down to tiredness but it does put me off abit. I had a muffin it had no taste to it which was disappointing.

Great place to visit. Will be going again next time we are in Blackburn

We stopped here for a coffee and cake break after shopping. Fantastic piping hot cappuccinos. Lovely fresh carrot cake and coffee cake. Tables were sticky and needed a clean down. It was really nice. Will definitely be back.

Not a bad little cafe, very busy, nice smile faces on service..

The food was absolutely shocking, didn't taste how it should have, given what we ordered. Felt physically sick after eating some of the food, due to it being so bad most of it was left. We left unhappy and felt like the prices are definitely not worth what you get with the food. Bad experience with the food, certainly won't be back.

Questionably 'fresh' sandwiches...and the strawberry tart leaked water (presumably from frozen cream). Not worth what they charge; best off finding another cafe for a quick bite

Visited on a whim. Walking past seeing display of prepared sandwiches which all looked amazing! Picked out the Salmon and cream cheese bagel which the girl behind the counter offered to heat up for me. Really tasty and decent portion. Really recomend it. Tasty grub

I wasn't keen on the food and drink I've had on both occasions. The hot chocolate taste like it's smothered in salt, It was replaced by another that taste the same. Service was great they apologized and was more than happy to help

I was on my way to Costa when I noticed the scones in the counter here - they looked lovely so I thought I’d try it out! I had a large latte and it was excellent. Well made and good temperature. Far superior to Costa and the scone was soft and delicious too. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the Mall.

First time in this cosy little cafe. Hubby said it was THE best mocha he’d ever had and my hot chocolate was Goldilocks (not too sweet, not too chocolaty, just right!) Nice attention to detail regarding presentation with very friendly counter staff. Definitely worth another visit

Very bad slow service busy talking on their mobiles had to shout for attention and not talking english. It is not a cheap coffee shop although good quality of food there. Other coffee shops give the service that is required.

Choice of snacks and drinks freshly made, still well priced.

Love it here! Staff are always mega friendly, I get a Gluten Free muffin before my shift and they always have freshly baked ones, and a different flavour most days the price is not even that bad too. The Chai Lattes are amazing too! 😍 will come here for my morning fix before a shift!

Not been for awhile so thought would give it a try, service is still SLOW tables dirty and not being cleaned we even asked one of the ladies to clean the table for us and she ignored the request. When food arrived lady told us wrong food but when we challenged she got arsey because we challenged her on it.

Not very good l ordered 2 toasted tea cakes , one came after a few minutes had to ask where the other one was, its still in the toaster they said. It came about ten minutes later it looks like it had be burnt .

Its okay, the staff were bickering a little so made me feel slightly uncomfortable m, food was average, coffee okay. Think ill try somewhere else next time, wasnt bad but nothing tk sing about

Delicious, halal food with good customer service. I had turkey and cheese toasties with a latte which I thought was really nice. I've had their coffee and walnut cake and the mud cake in the past and both have been delicious. My only constructive comment is that the staff, even though their friendly when you speak to them, are generally quite quiet when serving, maybe seem that their lacking in some confidence? But they are still respectful and get the job done. They could upsell a little more and that especially works well with confidence. Other then that, a lovely place. 😍

Good quality coffee, some coffees have too much froth, these are ideal.

When I ordered my hot drink I was told to sit down and they'd bring it over as I had my hands full with my baby. I started breastfeeding then they shouted me and told me I had to come back and fetch my drink, which meant I had to stop my baby after he had started feeding which caused my baby to cry. The hot chocolate was nice though. Find the staff not very friendly
