kris and Shannon was amazing for our first time here at the willows. Both attitude and persona was top notch, very helpful and great service from both. Definitely recommend bringing all family member and friends here at THE WILLOWS!

Sorry to write this but must say first of all that the food was very nice indeed, the mixed grill and the scampi. The service was good too. BUT - the cleanliness of The Willows left a lot to be desired, I’m afraid. Sticky tables, dirty salt and pepper pots, food left on chairs from other people, menus so greasy and badly marked. A thorough clean is needed please…..

Well what can I say, we've been staying in the hotel and it's been amazing! The waitresses molly and Stephanie have been perfect and have really helped us with all our needs! Molly always brings a smaile to our face and is a great laugh! I couldnt recommend her more.They've gone above and beyond for us and the company. The food has been amazing I really want to thank Tyler and baz for looking after us on that depart!

Met my sister here as it’s half way between us. Not been here before but loved it !!! Easy access from motorway and lovely inside and nice outdoor seating too. The food menu is great ! Lots to choose from. We shared a chicken bacon lettuce on toasted bloomer which came with a few chips for £7.75. It was just enough for us and great price too ! The staff were cheerful and polite. Very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. We will now make this our place to meet in future. Highly recommended. Thanks to the staff.

I went for my birthday meal which was a few days before, my son in law asked for a cake which they agreed too then when he went back tho ask for it they said the kitchen was closed now, also my son ordered bbq chicken wings as a starter which came still freezing in the middle, my 13 yr old was hungry and wanted to eat them but I had to stop him, they brought fresh ones out but the problem is the food isn’t up to much and the charge before you’ve eaten and ask for a tip before you’ve even been served so how can you tip poor quality service & food before you know what you’re going to get, not saying the the waiter was bad , he was I would say the only one who was polite (a young lad with pony tail and accent) and did his best in a badly run establishment. I said burger as it was the best looking meal at the table, the currys we got had Nan bread placed on top of the poppadum which made it soggy, all the food was frozen and not fresh so I can’t give it a good review

Standard Marston's family food pub. Not much real ale, but the one that was on was in good condition. Bar staff not really interested, though management seemed keener.

I cannot believe that we were charges £41.00 for 3 bacon and egg sandwich’s (which took 30 minutes to come even though the place was not busy) and 5 coffees… extortionate!!! Beware of breakfast here

Came in to the willows for a little family drink and was greeted by the lovely maddie ,,, we decided to sit outside and enjoy the sun ,, food came very quickly even tho it was busy ,, the manager came over aswell think he was called jimbo ,, all staff on the day was very friendly there was also another girl called molllie I think ,, but overall a good experience will be back again

We recently visited Willows to celebrate my daughter's good grades at school, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the waitress directed us to sit in the dining area, which we did. However, no one came to serve us, so I went to the bar to ask about the Taste Card benefits since I had just paid for mine. The waitress was clueless and said she had never heard of it. She was unpleasant and gave me the impression of "I don't care." When I asked for help with the Wi-Fi because I couldn't log in due to an issue with the date of birth confirmation, she again refused to help. Additionally, when I wanted to order, I noticed that the kids' menu was a coloring page, so I asked for crayons. Unfortunately, they didn't have any, which seemed odd given the coloring pages. Overall, the service was unhelpful and came with a lot of attitude. I will not be visiting again and will choose other restaurants that provide a more positive experience instead.

Came for my birthday and it was ruined by the manager shouting at a young girl who was rushed off her feet..her name was molly and my table and another table were absolutely disgusted how he spoke to her..she was trying to help as the bill wasn't right.also the bar area got very busy woth only 2 young girls doing there best while he sat on computer.he could of easily jumped on to help instead of sitting there letting them struggle. Quite honestly birthday meal wrecked by the atmosphere he created.

Had to stay for work reasons. The hotel is comfortable and affordable, and surprisingly quiet for the location. The breakfast is good.

Staying here for work. Room is great. Bar service and food is great value for money. The service provided by Beth was fantastic and will definitely be back.

Had the unfortunate timing of the venue having a large group of rowdy workmates in for after work drinks. Because of this large group the member of staff on the bar was struggling and when she asked her work peer to help out she seemed very unhappy about it because she was "on her break", even though she only needed to serve me and 1 other customer to take a food order. Food was okay. Nothing special. Venue itself looks like it needs a bit of work doing on the outside also. Looked very run down. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I’ve stayed at the Willows multiple times over the past few years. The hotel is always great and the staff are second to none. All of the bar and wait staff are lovely people and I feel extremely welcome every time appear! 10/10. It’s the staff that make the willows a worthwhile visit without a doubt!

I have stayed here a few times, usually around Christmas, but dropped in last night for something to eat. Staff were as always very attentive, and the kebab special out of this world! Superb.ĺ

We used to call regularly to the Willows at Guide but fell out of favour with them a while back, We have just called up today for a meal just to see how it was and WoW what a difference, Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful of the Natchos and meat feast Pizza I ordered and everyone at our table enjoyed what they ordered too.. We will definitely be back if this is the level of food being served. Big shout out to our server Keeva the most patient waitress I have had the pleasure of dealing with you are a credit to your establishment if anyone deserves a pay rise it’s you.👌

Dirty menus dirty tables dirty cutlery. Staff was nice on the day at the bar. It wasn’t till 4 hour after the meal that my symptoms first started - stomach cramps vommiting and sxxtxxg myself (same time horendous ordeal) went on all night and day! Dehydrated to the moon couldn’t hydrate properly for a week. The meal that caused this was off the kiddies meal menu! (chicken korma) i am absolutely disgusted! only by luck did a kid did not consume that meal. Horrible food that fortunately wasn’t liked by the child, So I ate it, more fool me! Vile absolutely discusting food and dirty establishment. The picture shows what your kiddies chicken korma did to a full grown man you dirty pigs! Be careful eating here, even better don’t eat here atall. Also you owe me some new pyjamas scruffs

It's a convenient place for my wife and I to stay whilst visiting relatives. It's clean with a lovely breakfast and lovely service.

I went last week with my sister and the steak and cheese sandwich was lively so I decided to treat my 2 daughters, big mistake!!! It was inedible! So chewy and tough, it also came at first without cheese so we had to send all 3 plates back! Will not be returning!!!

I stayed at the attached hotel for 2 nights during a necessary stay in Blackburn. First things first. The staff are awesome. Super welcoming, friendly and care about looking after the punters. Super service from Ryan, Erin and the tremendous hotel manager 'Pink'. Pink was ace and she really looked after me. The food for the price is tremendous. Pizza was great, steak for the price was pretty good and the breakfast was too much to eat in one sitting, without taking into account the included continental breakfast offerings of pastries, cereal and bread. The hotel accommodation is basic, but it's clean and tidy with a decent sized TV and tea and coffee. Certainly better value than the local Travelodge. Wholehearted recommends for a family and dog friendly pub with decent pub grub at a very good price. Thanks folks. Wookiee.

Lovely quick stop very nice staff an place

Had the mixed grill and my partner had the ultimate veggie burger. It was all very good. She commented on how good it was a few times and said she would definitely had it again. My only complaint would be the peas because they tasted a little weird, but not off. The meat was all very good. So was the service.

Went for an anniversary date with my partner, had the greatest experience. Would highly recommend to anyone and is also a very family friendly pub so great for young ones! I believe i was served by beth most pf the night and what a lovely person she was kept a great atmosphere throughout my visit! The rest of the staff are also very welcoming but really impressed both me and my partner.

Popped in off the cuff after being stuck on motorway for an hour after a closure. Ordered meatlovers pizza, steak pie and hunters chicken. Started off with the waitress delivering food, asked who was having “pepperoni” pizza. I said that it was probably mine but I had ordered the meat pizza, she snapped that it was meat, she just couldn’t see the rest of the meat on it. No wonder because of how burnt it was! Hunters chicken was pretty good, but the steak pie was absolutely rank. Rock hard pastry, filling looked like dog food and didn’t smell much better. Waited for someone to come over and ask us how the food was, and no one came over, tried to catch waitresses attention but she was busy slamming plates in front of other people. Let’s the marsden brand down.

All the staff were wonderfull. The food was done well and was good value for money. They treat my two grandaughters (10 & 5 years old,), very well and the landlady was both welcoming and helpfull. The Willows has significantly upped its game since we last visited.

It was such a great experience I went their for my birthday meal with my family. They gave me a free cocktail for the long wait but it was okay as there was quite a lot of orders. At the end they brought our cake to the table singing happy birthday. Everyone there was so nice and so so kind and lovely I even ended up giving them a peice of my cake for how lovely and amazing the staff was. Definitely will be going there again.

We came in for a family meal for my cousin's 30th birthday party, there was about 27 of us in total and we all ordered separately, because apparently we like being difficult, but the team at willows where amazing and all the food came out together, beautiful and hot too!

Excellent room very clean and comfortable with a peaceful feel really warm welcome at check in and the staff at the restaurant next door were super helpful wrapped my food and aloud me to take it to my room to eat made a special reunion a beautiful time and I can honestly say that the willows as a place in my heart and I will be returning in the future truly grateful to all staff God bless and a very big thank you
