The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Cheshire West and Chester North West

Ordered 4 baps...clearly been in fridge and stale. One day left on best before and served from a hatch ....where clearly old stuff is dispatched. Never again ..come on...this is Hoole ....raise your game but I suspect not. Avoid

Laura served me at the Starbucks counter and from start to finish she was happy, friendly and very helpful. She was also very kind and caring as she could see I was in pain. She had a smile on her face and served me like she wanted to be there and loves her job. I said to her that I wished all customer service people were like her as I left. Laura definitely needs acknowledging for this as a valued and excellent employee.

New breakfast menu offers a breakfast with cumberland sausage coil, beef tomato and Sourdough toast . Plus the usual bacon has brown beans egg . However what I got was an ordinary sausage, 1/2 a tomato and the toast was definitely not sourdough. It all looked little mean and lost on the plate. Also the loud manager in the red jacket carrying out staff reviews in the restaurant was a bit off putting, haven't you got an office.

Always good to visit the museum when photographing ships on the ship canal. The cafe here is good simple basic and welcoming. A limited but various menu serving decent food and drink. Very friendly staff and comfortable verlooking the canal with plenty going on.

Don't know about the food as I didn't eat, but popped in for a drink, it was a locals pub, a nice atmosphere and friendly.

First time visited this cafe, friendly service, I had the bacon sausage toasties & chips. Missus had sausage & mushroom bap. It was lovely. Plus the hot chocolate drink amazing. Will be visiting again next time in Chester.

Came in here, everyone friendly albeit a bit rough round the edges. If you want karaoke and you don't mind a bit of banter this place can be fun. Don't take your mum though....

Maybe I was unlucky as I called in at about 4.30 after work, when it was quiet, staff were great however the chips were terrible, hard , tasteless and chewy. Maybe fresh chips would have been better

Food was brilliant as always Service on the other hand was horrendous. I expected to wait 5/6 minuties for a take a way Yorkshire Pudding Wrap but ended up waiting 20 minutes. Staff disappeared for 5 minutes before starting to make my food then took forever to make it. And then when it came to wrapping it up for me to take away, I have never seen someone take so long to wrap up some food. By this point I was so annoyed I thought I’d time how long it took to wrap it in paper; 1 and a half minutes - TO PUT A WRAP IN SOME PAPER. Now obviously I could have asked for a refund, but: 1. I no longer had time as I had to get back to work. 2. They most likely wouldn’t have given me the food if I asked for a refund and I had no time to go somewhere else. I have supported this establishment many times over the years but unfortunately I will taking my business to a different bakery now.

Went there today, with 2 of my mates, and the big kid behind the counter was very rude and lazy, seemed like he didnt want to be there at all, throwing things around. Worst service ive actually ever received, seemed like he had a problem with me from the get go for no reason. NEVER GOING AGAIN!! The other fella with the piercings seemed alright.

Me and my other half was staying in a hotel near here and I came across this place as we were both hungry. I ordered a large donner kebab and my husband went for the battered sausage and chips. My kebab was worthy to be the worst thing I have tasted, the meat was rubbery and dry and the pita bread felt and tasted like it had been sat on for a couple of days. My husbands sausage was no where near large enough for my liking. The chips were also cooked the night before. The portion sizes were laughable as we both got near to nothing. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

A bit spit and sawdust but plesent enough to pop in for a cheap drink or two while shopping in town 😄

AMAZING food and great atmosphere. We ordered large mixed grill which was cooked perfectly. BIG shout out to Lisa (who cooked it!). You are a credit to the company. Thanks for making my birthday!!!
