Arabica Caffe in Cheshire West and Chester

We ordered a range of sandwiches and wraps for my mother's 80th birthday party a few weeks in advance. We agreed a price and delivery to the venue for the party. Everything was delivered on time, and the food was delicious! Normally, vegan options tend to be a bit predictable, but they were a bit different. Likewise, the main selections were varied and interesting. It wasn't a place that we would have initially thought about to cater for an event, but we are glad we did.

Sausage baguette over priced no butter and very poor. Baguette was small and food was tasteless. 3.50 for that was robbery not impressed.

came today, perfect front of house service the food came quick and was really nice. Will be coming back soon. All the current guidelines are being followed. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area or if you want it to be delivered.

It's a great cafe and really handy to have on Gadbrook for all the workers. Although, I do feel they could do so much better and probably be much more popular. No one in the office will order from Arabica due to previous wrong orders and being over priced. I thought I'd give it a try - a couple of times at lunch when getting a sandwich, although a little pricey, got what I asked for. Although, all the other times (I'd say about 4 now) the order is either wrong or over cooked. This is the last time I 'give it another try'. Shame as this place could be a gold mine. I would also be much more reassured if the lady cooking food wore a mask (I know this is not compulsory). I also find it strange that the lady behind the counter makes the effort to wear a mask and wears it under her chin!?

Went in for a bite with my little one and had a pleasant experience with a very good looking and better tasting breakfast. The staff were also friendly and very helpful.

Great as they are really convenient as they can deliver to peoples desk the food is always good and the delivery staff are very friendly, I have had the odd issue with a item being forgotten but this has always been dealt with efficiently and quickly, can’t fault this company one bit. Amazing

Called into the Arabica around 12.00 after a business meeting on Gadbrook Park. There is a good offering of hot and cold food - see photos of menu. I opted for the Beef salad with Parmesan cheese sandwich and a regular latte Cost was a very reasonable £5.95. Wi fi was good and so was the on site parking. The restaurant was clean and tidy as were the toilet facilities Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Arabica has friendly staff, and the food and drink are good. I had come to the cafe prior to a meeting, and was meeting some colleagues here beforehand. It may be that I am not the target market, in which case that's fine, but a couple of things need improving: 1) Wifi - the Wifi is incredibly slow. I couldn't really get a web page to load without timing out. I ran a speedtest and is was 0.04MB, and given that I was one of three people there didn't make sense. It would be a very small investment to improve the Wifi speed and make it slightly more simple for people to get online by advertising the code. 2) Plug sockets - I couldn't find any that I could use to charge my phone/ laptop. If there had been any then I would have stayed longer, paid more money and would likely be returning in future with more people. The sockets that do exist have been put in place from the ceiling and are not accessible from any of the tables. I don't think it would be a huge amount of investment to run some sockets around the side of the cafe so that people could plug in, providing of course that they are buying a drink/ food. Arabica has promise, and some attention in these areas would drive more footfall and repeat business. If there is no desire to have business travellers then the decisions make sense. Thanks

The soups at Arabia are really great. They are freshly made on site, healthy and delicious. I've tried pretty much all of their varieties and they are all good ..but my favourites are their Thai chicken and sweet potato.. and the red lentil and chickpea which are superb. Definitely would recommend if you are passing.

The staff a really nice and always happy to help. It's convenient if you are on Gadbrook Park, however the food is not always great. They cannot even seem to master a jacket potato, I usually get a microwaved jacket with a spoonful of beans and lots of cheese for just under £4 its ridiculous. May be if they had competition they would up their game but for now I will make sure I go elsewhere

Having finally got over the bitter disappointment of my bacon sandwich at Arabica in November 2013 I thought I may risk giving it another try this morning. So the order was simple enough Bacon and Brie on white toast. When it comes to how cheap rashers of bacon are cooked I am a little fussy - "Very,very well done bacon. Think cremated, Think Frazzles crisps" So we wait patiently in the office for the tasty treats to arrive. When the door buzzer goes and the sandwiches handed out I can only compare my excitement to that of a small child on Christmas day morning about to unwrap their first present. I think you can guess how the rest of this story goes. From excitement to despair in the blink of an eye. Safe to say that a good vet could of resuscitated the bacon and to call it "pasty" in appearance would be kind. Lets be right about this - this is not a difficult request. To help I have attached a picture of genuine "well done bacon" along side a picture of what Arabica believe well done bacon looks like. To sum up - I'll try again in another 3 years.....

I usually never leave harsh reviews, but...

My company are based on Gadbrook park and we order from here everyday. Good variety on the menu some hit and miss like the jacket potato delivered comes with hot cucumber salad under the jacket, not enough cheese and the con carne is always bland and lacks salt. Their sandwiches are better but for some reason they never read the notes when you ask them not to put an ingredient in. There are around ten of us and we have all found these issues are consistent. Not bad food considering it's the only one on the business park but not the best by far.

Inconsistent food with sometimes really poor portions, sometimes appeared too busy to apply consistent quality.Some staff were over serious and we were concerned to here staff member was questioned and made to feel she couldn't go to doctors.

friendly prompt good quality tasty food. cannot fault it. best to eat in for breakfast but take away soups are great. they take suggestions for specials but have never added my idea!!

Enkelt cafe med väldigt trevlig personal och sköna soffor. God kaffe och enklare mat som är prisvärd.

Tiene un monopolio de Gadbrook Park, sin embargo, la calidad sigue siendo un buen.servicio de entrega es goodto todas las oficinas. El personal de la cafetería trabaja muy duro y siempre tener una charla y una sonrisa para ti. gente bien hecho!

Gran servicio, un amable equipo!! La comida es inconsistente a veces, los añadidos desde aquí son tan buenos como la chaqueta patatas! El chocolate caliente también es buena. La única cosa que no creo que es tan bueno son las cosas para el desayuno! Son o muy grasienta y no muy caliente o simplemente mala calidad. Es agradable para comer en también aquí pero puede llegar a estar muy concurrido y lleno!

Thisis a friendly and fresh place to eat or takeaway. Recommend it for taste and value for money. All food is freshly prepared on site

Didn't expect to find such a good cafe on a business park. Had a great veggie sausage sandwich and a perfect flat white. Great staff, very welcoming.

This is the ****only place***** to buy food at this business park, and it shows. Oddly there is no board or notice on the wall to say exactly what's on offer, so new customers are left guessing until they get to the till where there are black takeaway menus, so think fast and pick something in the 10-20 seconds you have to decide. Really strange, possibly the only cafe/sandwich shop in the whole country that fails to point out what they sell !!!!!!!The food is mediocre at best, but unfortunately over priced and small portions. The one and only good thing about this place is the Smoothies are very nice. I will not be buying my daily lunch here, they are missing out on so much business it's unreal. Considering how many office workers are on the park and there's no competition, this could be a little goldmine......unfortunately it is not......and I am more likely to drive past and go elswhere than stop in the cafe againExtremely disappointing

Visitamos Arábica para reclamar sándwich y café gratuito como regalo para ciclismo a trabajar. Me alegro que era gratis porque no merecía la pena. La orden fue lanzado a mí, el café era perder de la orden (sin duda no demasiado difícil) y el sándwich era difícilmente comestible. Este lugar tiene un monopolio sobre Gadbrook y le vendría bien una competencia.

The best prices tea and coffee around plus the bacon butty for my mum was great!!!The service was fantastic but best of all I didn't need a mortgage to buy the said items :).Great place to visit in friendly surroundings.ThanksDave

I've been to this cafe a few times now to meet business colleagues. Cafe doesn't really describe it though as it's much better than a cafe. It's modern, clean, bright and spacious. There's always a great range of fresh food and the prices are more than reasonable. I've always had great service. I can sit there quietly doing a bit of work or comfortably have a catch up meeting with clients too. If you want somewhere with delicious food and good coffee, quick service and value for money, you really should try this place.

The food is nice however slightly overpriced. The main issue is that they constantly get orders wrong. Forgetting things or sending the wrong stuff. It's not just happened to me a few times but I've lost count of the amount of colleagues that have had problems with this place. One colleague of mine received a completely different sandwich than she ordered. I appreciate they are a very busy place but something is going wrong to so many orders wrong.

A simple request "Well done bacon sandwich, with brie on white" Not a difficult request thought I. Having the bacon well done makes even the cheapest rasher of bacon tasty! What I got was run of the mill, cheap, fatty under cooked bacon on white with brie. To be fair, when a colleague contacted them, they messed her egg sandwich order up twice - another difficult request brown sauce NOT red sauce was the stumbling block this time, they did come back to rectify the situation.Based on this experience I wont be in a hurry to try them again though.

lovely food, lovely staff, who make sure they remember your name! friendly atmosphere! some items over priced, but can be expect on a business park! strongly recommend!

My friends and I regularly meet here for coffee, smoothies, Snacks and a chat. It is very friendly andsy clean. The food is Good, Special menu changes often and the staff and service are fantastic! Much better than Costa lot any day.
