The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Cheshire East North West

A gem of a place, we stopped here after a long flight, arrived later than planned and they had kept the kitchen open in case we needed anything, A warm welcome a good pint comfortable nights sleep, and a hearty breakfast.

The order was very good- have been critical in the past of here but this time I could not fault it- warm, fully of filling and no mistakes!

Mid week the Harrow had plenty of space to accommodate an impromptu family gathering. I know that at weekends it’s really advised to reserve a table. We’ve been coming to this pub pretty much all our lives, but was impressed by the upgrades and expansion. The menu was interesting and didn’t disappoint. The service from Shane was awesome. They have some great offers and discounts online so that diners of all budgets can enjoy it. Definitely putting this back on my “visits Home” itinerary.

Very disappointing food. Brunning & Price need to CHANGE their menu. We frequently go to The Morris Dancer, Kelsall (another Brunning & Price venue), and the menu is so poor. They need to consider those who prefer fish (without potatoes or batter!), and more lighter bites, i.e. risotto, pasta or salad options. Having recently eaten at The Pheasant Inn, which was excellent and a great menu for everyone's tastes, we were really disillusioned with the food - sorry but maybe B&P need to take note and change their menu!!

Sorry but the food was tasteless served by young staff, who are pleasant but could do with more training. Shame really as this could have been a great experience. I don't like eating bland food!

Nice to see the place reopened after its revamp. Great improvement,good atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. Food delicious, well worth a visit.

Parked in what we thought was the free pub car park, received a parking fine for £100 one week later. We arrived when it was pitch black and due to COVID restrictions couldn't leave our table once we were seated. Hence, we didn't have a clue we had to pay to park. The staff didn't mention it to us at any point. Strange considering how many terrible reviews they're getting for the exact same reason? Why oh why.

The Cock Inn is closed. So sad. Please get your act together and open up soon with a revitalised offer. There is a whole new customer base just opened opposite.

The worst food I have eaten at a wetherspoons. I returned the steak as it should have been medium but was cremated. When they replaced the steak it was raw and the rest of the food cold. Clearly they had not replaced the whole meal. My husband's chicken was awful too. Dry presented very poorly and the coleslaw missing . We would certainly not recommend this Wetherspoons. Awful.

Charles is amazing, such a gent. Gave great advice to us as we had no clue where to start with our planters. Also, helped take our purchases to the car. I can’t give enough praise for this place.

Nice little cafe with reasonable prices. Ordered basic breakfast for both us (eggs slightly overcooked) which portions are just enough for us, will come back again next time.

Visited, whilst waiting for an appointment, for a coffee and a bun. Staff very friendly and the coffee was good. Facilities immaculate but at the top of a steep set of stairs which may be difficult for the elderly.

Overpriced and dreadful scones. Not much selection of savoury dishes so opted for a fruit scone. It was very dry and crumbly. Couldn’t really eat it as just broke up in to crumbs. Soup was very expensive.

Fish and chips are A1 .Had the home made fish cakes last night .They are that good I have just ordered the same .They are to die for people !!!!

Went for a sub was not impressed by one of the staff members, before the bloke went to serve me he blew into his glove before putting it on, very unhygenic & then was rude to me at the till. Not happy at all, will be going elsewhere
