the food arrived stone cold and soggy and my drink was missing. tried to call the subway but the line was busy. Very disappointed concidering how much it cost for a meal deal. It went straight in the bin. completely inedible.

Missing drink, crisp qnd cookie with meal deal, nothing toasted i paid for extra cheese didnt get any cheese.

was ridiculous im at work and couldnt even eat it as was passed my break time

I asked for a toasted sandwich and it was cold I also asked for a Dr Pepper which didn’t come but the pepperoni slice did

We did not receive the correct items, one of them was completely wrong, due to this reason I have given 1 star for quality.

Wouldn’t bother ordering from this branch. Overpriced, poor quality sandwiches. They don’t toast them. Hardly any sauce or meat. The meatballs were dry and looked like they’d been sat out all day. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely disgusting, the steak was inedible and was cardboard, and the meatballs in the new BBQ Baller sub were black, charcoal back and rock hard you couldn’t even try to break one, worst subway going in the uk.

Seems a lot better and not so dark and dingy after the refurb, first time I've been in for a while. Staff member was polite in serving, although some people don't agree with the changes in the menu, it doesn't affect me as I'm not fussy, grabbed a BMT create your own and had a coupon to use. Bread was fresh, and tasted just how it should. I'll make sure I return.

When the food arrived 55 minutes late it was all completely cold the nacho chicken bites were cold and soggy because the order took 55 minuets I’m not impressed at all

I was waiting for nearly an hour for the driver to be assigned to my order, whilst under the promise my food wouldn't be prepared until a driver was assigned. The food has come as cold as the cucumber out of the fridge. I am totally unsatisfied with the food quality as I was expecting atleast warm food when it arrived.

Food that was supposed to be hot/warm, was delivered cold. When rang to complain, asked if I could go to the outlet. If I could have done that would I have bothered in ordering it, at a premium and cost of having it delivered. 'We're short staffed' That's understandable for the delay. But how does that make the hot food being delivered cold? All they said was you could try and claim it back from Just Eat

Cracking sangers as per and I also liked the 2 shifty guys it took to deliver it, one on lookout and one gingerly doing the hand off, it was great, felt like I was in a scene from Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrrels! 5 stars all round

Incorrect drink and when opening the salad box it looked like it had been taken for a spin in a tumble dryer, splatted all over the box but presentation doesn’t affect the taste I guess

I would like a refund as the food was sloppy and unpleasant. But worse the drinks were not correct as you sent full sugar pepsi and we ordered pepsi max with no sugar as diabetes is dangerous. Full refund please

How am I supposed to get what I want if I can’t customise the salad I want on my sandwich. Isn’t this the whole point of subway? I don’t like onions but it’s the standard. Go back to the old way where we could choose what we wanted

Half order missing and missing items

They refused to take a Scottish £10 note!!! This is legal tender and what they did was illegal and I shall be taking this complaint to the very top unless I hear back from their management in the next 24 hours !!!

I would be happy with early delivery if the order was our😂received completely different items. Our order was nearly £20, the one we got was £5...so not impressed! Trying to get a refund via justeat is very challenging also...

The sauces are given separately which is odd and the plant barbeque which was ordered was very little. Not satisfied

1.Ordered the italian footlong, it was honestly ruined by the sheer amount of tomato puree put on it, i still ate it but wasnt happy about it haha! 2. this one was a chicken tikka wrap, it was 60% tortilla so it was abit rough on the mouth, honestly could of made it better myself sorry to say. 3. chocolate chip cookie tasted strange, can't put my finger on it, ate it either way.4. was a spicey doritos..like a bowl of cheesey spicey doritos with steak bits, was nice and i ate it all.

Food was cold due to late delivery. Also missed my sauce for nacho chicken bites. Will not be ordering from here again, as not the first time. Driver didn’t even speak or apologise for late delivery. They always get lost even though post code and house number provided to them.

Ordered 3 wraps only got 2 and a 6 inch sub instead, we keep giving them chance after chance as we love subway, but they keep getting the orders wrong.

Driver was great and explained the restaurant kept him waiting for a very long time, it’s a shame they did that for both wasting the drivers time and meaning my food took around an hour to be delivered

My delivery, didn't get delivered the driver took the food marked it as delivered and went up the street. The driver was in a black Vauxhall Astra... Massively disappointed. I understand this is nothing to do with Subway.
