Subway in Cheshire East

Don't bother going here not worth your money there's much better ones then this one in Crewe Very rude staff Ordered food and had blood on piece of the chicken Had blood on ham sandwich We ordered 3 sandwiches only mine was ok staff were constantly on there phone aswell when should of bin working no supervisor or manger was on shift Slamming stuff around even while wereing gloves put his hand by his mouth when should of changed gloves very poor hygiene standards and toilet was disgusting aswell hope something gets done and I won't be ordering from there agin just thought to let people go not worth it

why is it everytime I order my food is cold or things missing

I literally just go for the cookies but as far as subway go it's decent and does what it says on the tin. It's directly in the town centre with parking directly opposite It does tend to be cold though so I'd rap up. In summer it's nice though and even had outdoor seating

Where’s my food!! It’s saying been delivered but it hasn’t????

When it today and got served by a young girl (katia) who was amazing she was basically running the whole shop the 2 lad who are also working where just doing nothing and left her to do all the work

One sandwich was completely wrong , no sauce no veg no cheese the other was right but there was no cookie for one and the wrong cookie for the other one was toasted and one wasn’t, overall poor quality

Currently at this subway. Poor customer service, poor stock management. Whilst there is a backup of about 5 orders ( including delivery) one of the staff members decided to engage in a happy chat with a customer he knows while complaining loudly about his day. The other asked what I wanted on my sub and then proceeded to do the opposite and gave me a (fallen apart) sub. Also the freezer is frozen. I don’t know how else to put that.

I ordered through Just Eat, just had my food arrive, it all looks lovely. But had a note on my order apologising that they didn't have the drink I ordered so they sent some cookies to apologies. I feel that is a lovely gesture and just wanted people to know about this. Customer service is fab and it has made my day.

Arrived on time only to find that the reason it was so quick was because my sub and the cookies were missing so they had basically thrown In crisps and drinks, when I've tried to contact them no answer!

Waited almost two hours for delivery and the entire order didn’t turn up although it states delivered on the app. Tried to call the store several times but there was no answer and I’m now out of pocket as Just Eat want photo evidence, how can I take a photo of something I don’t have!?

Courier was absolutely lovely with a huge smile. Food was hot when it arrived, very good quality. Thank you all 😊

Subway always have a wide variety of choice for, snacks / meals to choose from, or you can choose your favourite choice (The disision is always yours), Also that's why I've given them a 5 ☆ personal Recommendation, Also i recommend that you TRY them for yourself, Also i haven't been to subway in Crewe for the past 12 months, But I regularly use the subway takeaway in my hometown, thank you 😎

Food was freezing cold didn’t pack the sauces and the crisps

It was a very nice experience in subway the workers were very nice, helpful, and friendly, really do appreciate the hospitality and support. however the female worker was very rude towards her staff, and the sandwich I ordered was missing cheese from the top of the bread and it was every soft on the top instead of being crunchy on top ;which was made in the morning I came in, I wasn’t happy about that.

Footlong tuna usually has 4 scoops tuna Standard size. She put it 2and half scoops . Not happy 😞

Expensive, very slow customer service if the staff concentrated on serving customers i stead of talking to each other perhaps it may get a star or 2 more .

my daughter ordered a meal and also a treat of a cookie which she never received the receipt said it was paid for but not received.

Wouldn’t bother ordering from this branch. Overpriced, poor quality sandwiches. They don’t toast them. Hardly any sauce or meat. The meatballs were dry and looked like they’d been sat out all day. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely disgusting, the steak was inedible and was cardboard, and the meatballs in the new BBQ Baller sub were black, charcoal back and rock hard you couldn’t even try to break one, worst subway going in the uk.

Seems a lot better and not so dark and dingy after the refurb, first time I've been in for a while. Staff member was polite in serving, although some people don't agree with the changes in the menu, it doesn't affect me as I'm not fussy, grabbed a BMT create your own and had a coupon to use. Bread was fresh, and tasted just how it should. I'll make sure I return.

I was waiting for nearly an hour for the driver to be assigned to my order, whilst under the promise my food wouldn't be prepared until a driver was assigned. The food has come as cold as the cucumber out of the fridge. I am totally unsatisfied with the food quality as I was expecting atleast warm food when it arrived.

Food that was supposed to be hot/warm, was delivered cold. When rang to complain, asked if I could go to the outlet. If I could have done that would I have bothered in ordering it, at a premium and cost of having it delivered. 'We're short staffed' That's understandable for the delay. But how does that make the hot food being delivered cold? All they said was you could try and claim it back from Just Eat

Cracking sangers as per and I also liked the 2 shifty guys it took to deliver it, one on lookout and one gingerly doing the hand off, it was great, felt like I was in a scene from Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrrels! 5 stars all round

Incorrect drink and when opening the salad box it looked like it had been taken for a spin in a tumble dryer, splatted all over the box but presentation doesn’t affect the taste I guess

How am I supposed to get what I want if I can’t customise the salad I want on my sandwich. Isn’t this the whole point of subway? I don’t like onions but it’s the standard. Go back to the old way where we could choose what we wanted

Half order missing and missing items

They refused to take a Scottish £10 note!!! This is legal tender and what they did was illegal and I shall be taking this complaint to the very top unless I hear back from their management in the next 24 hours !!!
