Subway in Cheshire East

Went for a sub was not impressed by one of the staff members, before the bloke went to serve me he blew into his glove before putting it on, very unhygenic & then was rude to me at the till. Not happy at all, will be going elsewhere

This venue is convenient for the nearby Travelodge. The food is reasonably priced. The service is excellent.

Did not visit i the store, only glanced through as going to shop for essentials but absolutely shocked to see the staff still have to work through this pandemic, your putting there family in Danger so you can make a pretty penny, shame on you.

My daughter ordered a sub and for me a salad box. We asked for extra pickles in the salad box and it came with no pickles and there was barely any chicken it. The sub my daughter had was ordered with extra pickles and extra cheese it came with barely anything on it and missing the extras. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here and both times they messed up, the 1st time we ordered 2 salad boxes one with no sauce one with bbq sauce and they covered the wrong one with bbq sauce

Staff were too busy chatting to each other instead of customers. Food was disgusting, didn't cover the bread and the staff weren't wearing gloves when handling the food.

In my opinion Subway have rightly widened their choice of healthy food. Great food choice at a reasonable price.

Very fast, good food, some of my favourite foods. Well served by very smiley people. Quite busy which is always a good sign to me.

Good fresh food at a value price, friendly staff to assist in your choosing that ideal lunch, plenty seating.

Not my wow kinda place it’s just a usual sandwich shop but still delicious for a quick nibble!!!!!!!

The lad serving was really helpful - made me a bespoke 6" sub, thank you. He also made sure I didn't pay over the odds as I didn't want much in it!

I went in to buy some lunch, and an old man without any money looked partially disabled asked for a glass of water. The lady on the till refused him for a glass of water? Saying they charged for the cups? The man explained saying he had no money and she refused him again. I ended up giving my drink from meal deal as I felt so guilty! It’s a glass of water - absolutely disgusting customer service!

Came here pretty much every week while I attended university nearby for 3 years. The service is always efficient and friendly, the staff make the sandwiches exactly how you ask. If you’re in or around crewe and fancy a sub, this is the place to choose.

Staff don't change gloves if you requests a vegetarian sandwich or salad or from taking money. They don't seem to want to be there and generally felt like we should't be there either! Sandwiches are mediocre for what they are!

Usual subway food, but at a convenient, but busy location. There is a little co-op nearby and it is on the same site as a Premier Inn Hotel. Staff are helpful, but the wait is sometimes unacceptable.

I have got no kitchen at the moment so using lots of convenience foods. I love subway it is always tasty and you can choose what you want staff are always polite and helpful and with a card you collect points for free food!! Bargain

Very busy at lunchtime, but unfortunately rather small and stuffy for the amount of custom it attracts. onthe first hot day of the summer, it wassheer misery for the 4 of us, staying next-door ath Travelodge Crewe, to eat in any degree of comfort.
