The lattes were delicious! We tried both of the salads available that day. They very tasty and hearty, and kept us full for a big day of exploring London. Love that everything was fresh and that lots of healthy options were available. The location was very close to the tube station. Would definitely return on our next trip to London.

Este es un lugar caro pero de muy alta calidad para las personas que disfrutan de la charcutería gourmet. Ofrece una variedad de Jamón Español y otros tipos de carne. Para acompañar por eso el lugar ofrece una amplia selección de vinos para tener con el tipo específico de carne que hayas elegido. Hay una cafetería en el interior donde puede sentarse y comer lo que ha comprado. Caro, pero vale la pena probarlo

Good food, good service and value for money. Went with my friends from Dubai they enjoyed the food and service. Good and polite staff. I will recommend this restaurant for families.

Great for a lovely cute bottomless brunch with friends! Ask for Asif the best! He had our drinks and food flowing! Always checked in with a smile! We loved him!

Coffee is nice here but unfortunately the staff are a problem. I've been here twice now because of a recommendation from a friend from Greece but we were both let down by the rude and childish staff. Both times I ordered coffee and both times staff just didn't seem bothered and preferred to have gossip or conversations amongst themselves complaining about other people so my orders took a lot longer than they should. I've seen reviews here about potentially racist staff (I'm asian myself) and I certainly have felt some veiled prejudice aimed towards me here but generally I feel they treat most customers with disdain including my Greek friend. Sadly I won't be returning unless the staff attitude improves, clearly more training is needed.

Coffee is great shame about the people serving it. Slow paced, rude, uninterested and unfriendly staff. Go to Starbucks to get better service.

OLE & STEEN Northcote Road offers an Excellent Choice of Food and Drinks There are just so many Coffee Shops in this Strip but None other Compares. Suelo pedir mi café a Nero en Curzon Street todas las mañanas, pero he notado que no todos son agradables y educados. Los últimos días, jueves 22 de agosto y viernes 23 de agosto, me dejaron bastante decepcionado. Esto ha pasado antes, pero se está volviendo inaceptable que suceda todos los días. El jueves, pedí un café usando el servicio Click and Collect y fui a recogerlo casi 30 minutos después, sabiendo por experiencias pasadas que podrían estar ocupados o podrían olvidarse de preparar el café. Cuando llegué, el café no estaba listo, y no hubo reconocimiento de que mi pedido había sido recibido. Hoy, viernes, fue aún peor. Fui a recoger mi pedido después de 15-20 minutos, y no solo no se había vuelto a acusar recibo de mi pedido, sino que el ticket para mi café se arrugó y se tiró a la papelera. Este nivel de falta de respeto y desprecio por los clientes es vergonzoso. Espero que la dirección se tome en serio estos temas y mejore su servicio. Es decepcionante ver que un lugar que visito regularmente no cumple con los estándares básicos de servicio al cliente.

We went to 'The Westbourne' for their Christmas day lunch and it was the best xmas lunches out we have ever had in our lives. The pub was beautifully decorated throughout and also had decorations, crackers etc. on all the tables. The cheerful service given by all their staff was faultless and raised the 'bar of excellence' to a new level. For starter we had the venison pate and toast and the scallops and peas etc. which were delicious. a glass of prosecco was waiting on arrival which was nice. Also had a large glass of their scrumpcious malbec which can thoroughly recommend. For mains their full Christmas lunch was fantastic, a full plateful of delicious food and to follow their brandy christmas pud and icecream. The management their do a phenominal job there and the staff are simply amazing, they fully deserve a '6 Star' review! We wan't to already book for next year!

Popped into Las Banderas with client for after work drinks and bite to eat. Food is always great tasting. Staff pleasant. And now they’ve fixed the door issue.

Really enjoyed a drink here a bit to noisy and tvs showing sport but real ale in perfect order and staff on the ball with cleanliness definitely recommend

I hosted a charity pub quiz in the Brass Monkey and it was a close to perfect evening; organising the event was a breeze, the space was perfect, and Anamaria and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, even helping me to clear up at the end of the event. The food was delicious and drinks reasonably priced; I honestly couldn't fault anything about Brass Monkey and it'll always be a special place for me now; thank you Brass Monkey and team!

Stopped for a quick snack and drink on a busy weekday. Delicious but small menu- couple of sandwich choices, a few cakes and smoothies. Such a simple concept but worked very well. Chicken and avocado roll was delicious ( brioche bun) and excellent smoothie. Very friendly service and competitive price for central London. Clean loos too! Will return.
