Plus points: Good coffee, good snacks and nice to be able to sit outside on a sunny day. Minus points: only serve coffee in takeaway cups even when you're sitting in. No customer toilets - is that even legal?

Decent enough, no real cups though, even though the store has seating. Barista put chocolate on my cappuccino even though I said I didn't want it, so pay attention to what they're doing to your drink 😆

the staff is so unprofessional and uncultured, they want to kick out the customers on a rainy day when a person wants to get a hot coffee or tea and they run air conditioners to cold air, I asked them to turn them off or switch to warm but they told me they were sorry and they won't do it because their refrigerators will break, given that it's 10 degrees outside, it was crazy to argue with them, that's why I would never come back here again or recommend it to a friend.

Great coffee, nice and fast service. You can read a book in silence, with nice music in the background. I recommend to everyone.

While I was in London I went every morning for a good coffee and tried their Christmas specials. I recommend them. They are also very friendly and it is a cozy place to have breakfast or spend some time.

Generally they follows the instructions, but today out of surprise, I ordered latte with whole milk, I can see she is using semi skimmed milk in front of me, and when I asked, I ordered whole milk, she lied on your face,"I use whole milk" , I mean I am having my coffee with blue milk every single day from Costa, I know what it tastes like, and I clearly see you are using semi skimmed milk, but still you can lie to customer, so not Costa customer service, don't know her name but she really needs a proper training!

Great place. Only downside is that there are no toilets. It's a shame that I had to give up my table just to use the toilet elsewhere.

Costa is always the best for me

Very small but handily placed meet up for the town hall. There are no toilets available so beware. I thought it was mandatory for restaurants but apparently not. Coffee was normal standard as was service.

Staff are rude and discriminating. Every time I've been here the staff ask most customers, "Eat-in or takeaway?" I've never been asked, I'm always given a to-go cup. I don't know if it's the way I'm dressed or the way I look but I notice this happens specifically at Costa, a lot.

I was walking and just wanted a snack. Went for the ginger biscuits! So good. You could really taste the ginger. Service was pleasant and quick. I stopped literally for 2 minutes. Looks like a small branch. Product range was limited.

It's Costa - the shops don't really vary; it's pricey okay-ish coffee. If you want good coffee its 3/5, if you want to sit in a Costa its 4/5. The shop is smaller than a regular one, and the seating is irregular with a few high tables and other seating lining the windows. If you want to sit down, I would go to the nearby Pret.

Llegó a esta Costa antes de partir de la estación de Marylebone. Nos cobraron 14 por dos ofertas de comida a pesar de ser después de las 11 am para la oferta de comida (5 cada uno). Entonces notamos que la unidad de aire acondicionado tenía fugas. Fui al mostrador para notificar al personal sobre esto, y me miraba sin decir una palabra. Regresé a mi asiento y vi que el empleado que le dije miraba la unidad de aire acondicionado y se alejaba sin volver a hacer nada. Otro empleado se puso de pie y reabasteció los sándwiches de espaldas al aire acondicionado, casi fingiendo que no lo había visto, antes de finalmente ajustar las aletas de la unidad (todavía estaba goteando a pesar de esto). La comida era buena, pero el personal parece un poco vago y no está listo para resolver un problema, y mucho menos decir una palabra después de notificárselo.

Nice spot to stop and have a coffee

Bueno, fue encantador sentarse allí disfrutando de un buen pastel y café mirando hacia la plaza. Estaba de espaldas a la tienda, así que me sorprendió mucho cuando me di la vuelta con la intención de ir al baño. La cola estaba afuera de la puerta y casi nadie se sentaba adentro. Pronto me dediqué a lo que ocurre, serán los guías turísticos que están afuera en el camino, aconsejando a los turistas dónde encontrar un baño. Ninguno de ellos estaba parado allí con un café, no puedo culparlos, pero es molesto para los clientes, pero al menos ahora sabes a dónde ir con urgencia.

Obviamente, una Costa es una Costa y esta era tan buena como cualquier otra, pero lo que realmente nos gustó fue la pequeña área exterior donde podíamos sentarnos 'afuera' a pesar de que hay un techo en el edificio. Fue muy agradable y realmente nos gustó aquí, además el pastel siempre es bueno.

Standard Costa. Good coffee for a chain. Can be difficult to get a seat since it is usually very busy. Also noisy so not a good place for laptop work better to go to one of the small independent cafes in the area if you want to eat.g. have a business meeting or get some work done.

I had a pleasent experience here . Their is a large selection of beverages and very nice sandwiches. The staff are cheerful and they helped me with my tray, bringing me my food. I will revisit.

Whoever might say that the superlative service of this little shop's staff is not up to expectations has clearly not sat in front of a mirror for an intense self analysis. I proved, by crowning myself as the average customer, that if you truly understand the essence of your desire it is possible to come up with a way of expressing and describing the nature of what you really want. If you address this specific description in the form of a request to one of the members of the staff (I found out that the English language is the best way to communicate in this environment), you will end up receiving the exact essence of your first desire. I wanted a medium cappuccino and a medium cappuccino is exactly what I got. Do not blame the staff if you don't get what you want. It is all up to you. Any critic should be directed to your personal insecurities and your complete ignorance toward your personal taste. Also great playlist.

The cashier and the barista had a row the whole time when making my drink; the barista didn't hesitate to project her angle onto me by almost throwing the drink on the serving station. What a fun morning with this duo.

One of my favourite coffee shops in the area, with wonderful and kind staff and beautiful view towards the sunset. Today, I had the pleasure to be served by Joanna, one of Costa's employees who was very friendly and quick with my order.

Nice little coffee shop, off the beaten track in Baker Street. Swift service, decent coffee, and somewhere salubrious to sit to take a phone call, or conduct a bit of business on your way through London. Note: This branch of Costa plays music through various speakers dotted around the shop, but not so loud you can't get a bit of work done, or join a conference call.

Ok coffee shop. Flies in evidence. Not air conditioned. Drinks very nice.
