HOTBED OF THIEVES -- AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. My teenage son got his phone stolen off the table here by a woman pretending to be homeless. When he told the staff, they told him it happens there EVERY DAY, in which case, um, why aren't they doing anything about it??? And the staff made zero effort whatsoever to help a distressed kid report the theft, etc.

Dreadful experience yesterday. Online ordering took our money but did not process the order. No sympathy shown by the staff on site. They insisted that the order should be cancelled and we should re-oeder. Outcome: we paid twice. Have had to complain to their head office to get our refund which is still on going at the moment. Seems their IT department will be told about the problem! Not a good experience.

We love Leon's food. Home made taste, healthy food.

The manager and staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly as it was raining so much and I lost my wallet. They supported me whilst I sorted my situation out. Thank you.

The music played in this establishment is extremely loud (over 85dB) which can cause immediate harm to the ears. Food is great.

Awesome bunch of staff. In the times that I have been coming here for mocha and occasional lunch, I have always been met by a friendly, smiling staff.

Extremely slow service, avoid if you're in a rush. Staff quite poor in terms of quick service, seemed overwhelmed by a store that in truth wasn't very busy.

Samil, Valentina and Rihab are super friendly with exceptional service!

It is still fastfood, but IMO better than the others. Portions are not too big, especially for men ;)

Okay experience, the food was nice but not much of it considering the cost. Coffee was fine but not anything to write home about and took a while to make. It was a bit busy hut that's not their fault it just is a bit much for me. The machines you order from were almost all broken as well so there was a queue for the two machines that worked, which should not have been the case. They seemed understaffed for being in such a busy footfall location, so when people were leaving the tables weren't really being cleaned - we were able to borrow a cloth to wipe it down ourselves, however. I sound super complainy, but a lot of these things kind of make sense / weren't huge problems - just a middling experience.

Lovely place to eat in. Since the moment I came in Kimberly had a smile on her face and served me with great attitude. The ambient is also nice and vivid. Perfect place for me to work with my laptop since its not massively crowded with customers.

Food not as good as I expected for the price I have paid. The staff was great even though was playing on their phone when not serving customers and who knows where else they were using that phone. The place is slightly run down - tables are falling apart, the walls are scratched and the internal design is slightly strange. Will I go back? Not to that one and only to check burgers maybe.

I've tried to buy a breakfast here twice and left empty handed on both occasions. The touch screen terminals for ordering don't work so I don't understand how they ever sell any products.

Perfect English breakfast and not too expensive. We took our breakfast there many times during our stay in London. Highly recommend

We visited in July on the way to see The Lion King. We’d allowed 25 mins for food and thought it shouldn’t be a problem. After 20 mins I approached the sever to advise that if it didn’t arrive in the next 5 mins, we’d need a refund and to cancel the order. At this point, we were provided with most of the meal, which had been sitting out for some time and had gone cold. I was advised the rest would follow. 5 mins later I approached the server for the rest of the meal. I was told they couldn’t provide the rest of the order, but they would refund the meal. The rest of the mean was immediately refunded.

Komal who served me was so kind and lovely! Can’t wait to come back. Her customer service was excellent and so friendly! Make such a big difference when you’re rushing out for lunch!

Leon has had a new owner for a couple of years and as usual cost cutting is the objective - so profit wins and quality goes out the window. I visited The Strand branch yesterday, the Rice dishes used to include a good salad portion, now it’s another few pounds for a miserly side salad, the garlic dressing is vile, glupey tasteless stuff, the chicken was more fat than meat. Selling small companies to multinationals never works and it’s the consumer who always loses out. Such a pity as this used to be the only ‘fast food’ place I would go.

Decent food options, quick and good prices. Nothing to write home about, but easy. Kids were impressed with the chocolate chip cookies.

Leon is a brilliant place to get a quick bite.

Schneller und freundlicher Service, Essen war hier aber meistens nicht so gut (Burger trocken und fad), Vegetarische Meatballs auch eher trocken.

I have had the Leon app for over a year and up until I came to this Leon had never been able to get it to work. I had ordered their veggie burger, salad and chicken nuggets. The counter staff did not know how to add the rewards from my meal to the app. and called for the supervisor to help. How amazing was this man. He reverse engineered the order to add the points to my app and showed me how to use the app in future. I feel really bad for not getting his name as he was so helpful and patient in dealing with me. A real credit to the Leon brand.

For a fast food joint they have a lot of good vegetarian options

The store does not open on time. The team started their briefing at 7am sat in restaurant, with no sense of needing to open up to customers. The branch down the road at Waterloo bridge was completely different.

Amazing and very kind staff and great porridge.

Self-ordering process was surprisingly seamless, save for obtaining a receipt for which one needs to enter one's email address. This is not appropriate in my humble opinion as there is no opt-out tick box to prevent receiving promotional emails. Food order was ready within minutes and quality and quantity of food was satisfactory. On the other hand, cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area leaves a lot to be desired as no periodic clearing & disinfecting of tables was observed. Moreover, trash bin was overflowing. More attention to detail is warranted to keep this place cheerful and inviting.

We visited on a rainy Thursday night and it was busy, but managed to get a table. Ordered coffee and cake. All very nice. First time at these restaurants so hopefully try something more substantial next time as it did look nice

What happened to LEON? The Lentil box was minimal and just mush on 'brown' rice - where has the salad, veg gone? The salad coleslaw was dry, stale, lifeless. The baked fries were just warm but, rubbery. Very hungry as I was - I just couldn't bring myself to eat it. What a shame. Admittedly, it's been a while but, my goodness LEON has gone down hill. Sad!

I used to like Leon when they opened up(not this particular one), but sadly, the quality of their food is just not up to standards anymore. The rice was undercooked and hard, and that's 80% of the meal. Of course, a lot depends on the branch as well. I won't be back to this one in the near future for sure.

Discovered Leon on a previous trip to London, and wish they were down my way too ! Really nice food, although I was disappointed to find fish finger sandwiches weren't available this time. Would still recommend though.

Not bad place, good stuf 🤗 butt.. the table was not cleared. potatoes, hmmm it was not a potato, it was coals, a burger ... not bad, the chicken was excellent, vegetables and greens inside. That’s all(

איזו חוויה נהדרת חיכתה לי בסניף הנפלא הזה! הגעתי אליו במקרה לפני צפייה במחזמר בתאטרון אדלפי ואני כל כך שמחה על כך! התפריט מציע אוכל מהיר, אבל עם מודעות לבריאות ולמגבלות תזונתיות. מזון מהיר עם יתרון גדול לעומת היתר. הסניף עצמו מרווח, נקי ונעים והשירות שקיבלתי בו היה מעל ומעבר. המוכר הנחמד השיב על כל שאלותיי והוציא את המנות במהירות מרשימה. אני ובן זוגי כל כך אהבנו את מה שהזמנו – נאגטס וצ'יפס זיג-זג, שניהם ללא גלוטן, משביעים ואסטטיים. יתרון גדול הוא המנות מסומנות שהן ללא גלוטן, מה שמראה על האחריות והמודעות לנושא. זו הייתה הפעם הראשונה שזכיתי לאכול נאגטס והיתה לי חוויה מאד טובה. בעלי שאין לו מגבלות תזונתיות אמר שאלו הנאגטס והצ'יפס הכי טעימים שאכל, שונים מהתעשייתיים שנמכרים ברשתות מזון מהיר זול ומשאירות תחושת כבדות אחריהן. ממליצה מאד!

É prático para comermos arroz com algum acompanhamento. O Sanduiche também é bom. Cerca de 10 libras um alimento e uma coca. Experimentamos diversos pratos, nada excepcional, mas vale pela praticidade e preço.

Had an extremely dry and hard to chew Korean Chicken wrap, and the fries were cold and soggy. Would not recommend this place, the food was inedible. The problem was I took the food for takeaway and was very disappointed.

Toilets needs to be cleaned regularly it was very messy and unhygienic, I work in healthcare and decided to treat myself to a green cleanse smoothie, very beautiful smoothie and quality although the concern of the toilet though this was not looking good. Infection control can really damage someone health especially if your immune suppressant and likely get covid.

Locale carinissimo, per un pranzo veloce e gustoso, prezzi contenuti. Box con riso e pollo buonissimo. Locale ideale anche per celiaci, diverse proposte senza glutine, pazzeschi i nugget di pollo, panatura croccante e pollo cotto alla perfezione. Diverse soluzioni dolci senza glutine al bancone, che però non ho provato. Super consigliato!

I don’t understand how my chips served dining in looked and tasted like they’d been on a deliveroo journey.

Went here as I thought.. Why not it's been a while.. Got a wrap and chicken nuggets which tasted like nothing special and quite poor if I'm honest. For the price paid it felt like I got robbed. The interactive ordering panel was troublesome, realised you now have to pay for Sauces which you didn't have to a few years ago. Geeza at the till was a bit wierd too.

Was looking for some were to eat most places hah a long wait found your place what a result I had a chicken burger and chips it was great and didn't wait long for the food I'll be back again

The food was really nice but that's not what persuaded me to leave a review. I was visiting for the day and the day was taking its toll on me. My anxiety and panic had reached a pinnacle at rather unhelpfully....the time I am supposed to be collecting my food. I stumbled into the shop as my legs wernt working and I'd lost all feeling in my face and hands and my legs were numb. I felt vulnerable and very out of place. It took me 40minutes to catch my breath and shake off the numbness. The staff in there were perfect, they didn't get involved, they didn't tell me to shoo like I was a homeless or a drunk... they didn't mention it, just gave me good service. Thank you

Outdated photos. This is now all fully automated so you have to order through a machine. In some ways that's better but I still prefer a human being (call me old school if you want)

Leon is my favourite fast food. This location on the strand is very nice, not a huge amount of seating. They have self serve order machines which are a bit annoying to use. Food was amazing as always.

The nice gentleman working Thursday 8th of December @8am held down the fort for front of house alone superbly, his multi-tasking abilities should win awards. Give him a pay rise!

I like a Leon, it's pretty tasty for fast food. I'm sitting in here now, my chicken burger is cold. The floor is filthy, the table next to me is piled up with rubbish, the ordering screens are annoying if you want a receipt.. I'll probably be back, but my expectations will be low

I had a very good experience in this restaurant. The staff is sooooo kind, I'm french and the waitress spoke a bit of french with me. It was amazing. The food was very good and the prices are abordable. I will come back as soon as possible !

Disappointing. The fries were cold and soggy and there were like 5 of them, the rice in the rice box was barely warm and 3x more than the bean stew. The box used to be twice the size as well

Got the sweet potato wrap. No good. It was tiny and the bread felt stale.

Staff rude. Refused to put my cold drink in my reusable cup so I asked if I could have it in paper cup. She said no and poured it into a plastic one telling me that j can pour it into a paper one if I want. Asked for ice, she said she didn't have ice, I said they offer iced coffee's, she said they didn't. I literally got one 4 hours ago. Guy emptying the bin, not wanting to be rude I asked if I could put my napking on the side as there was no bin, he just stared at me till I left. I guess the conditions are pretty bad for staff for them to be that awful so I shan't bother coming anymore.

Haven't been before but what a good first experience. Walked in and used the touch screen ordering system which was straight forward. Sat down where we liked and 2 mins later it was ready to collect! Tasty and perfect size portion, about 10 mins later the queue was out the door. Will definitely go again 👍
