Skinny latte and mushroom toast are delicious

We've hat a delicious Chicken Bowl. They've had a free refill water Station.

Typical chain restaurant the location is great, close to Trafalgar Square. You can use the wii-fi and enjoy an excellent break in peace.

I can’t believe a central location pret like this one had a toilet “out of service” we spent like 20£ on coffees and pastries. I am pretty sure certain type of hospitality buildings do need to provide toilets. If this was a one of fair game but by the label on the door and the staff response I am certain they either had it locked so they do not have to clean it at the end of the shift or simple the management of the building is not doing a good job at keeping the building up to standards

It is a cold place with no minimal services. They don't let you enter the toilet. even if you have consumed. A shame.

One of the bigger Prets I've visited. Organic coffee and food always seems fresh and well made.

Should be closed down, no warning of their toilets being closed but yet they are allowing customers to sit in, against the law to not provide a toilet service if you allow eating in facilities.

The toilet is broken here and in all Pret cafes nearby

Lovely staff! They know what i drink ☕️ and prepare my coffee before even asking 😄😄 Always clean and plenty of fresh food on the shelves.

Kept me dry during the rain and was adequate for a conversation for a couple of hours

A busy Pret but still manages to have very friendly staff and enough seating that you can usually snag a seat even at busier times. Staff are not just welcoming but also very efficient - even when busy my drink is ready super quick. My suggestion - please get rid of the “queue on both sides” sign! It’s very well established that we queue to order on the left and wait for drinks on the right. I have seen multiple times people thinking they’re in the queue on the right when they’re just stuck behind people waiting for drinks.

Useless shop. Says it closes at 8 pm but got told to go at 7:30 pm. Useless manager

Merry berry hot chocolate is delicious!!! The cappuccino not so good. Very friendly stuff.

Please, make sure you get another high chair for babies asap. Thanks There are a couple of small steps at the entrance so not wheelchair accessible but doable with a buggy.

Good fast service, ample seating with one toilet. Location is good.

Can someone tell the stupid employees who are serving the coffee to not serve undrinkable hot drinks to customers. This is the fourth time I make the same remark to the people preparing the drinks.

I am a regular customer of this branch, specially every Saturday. I am very happy with the staff particularly Mr Hamim and Ms Sumaiya who are very warm, experienced and hardworking. The environment and Atmosphere of the shop is very convenient and friendly. Recommend to everyone. Extremely satisfied!!!

It was somewhat of a nice place to go for lunch. It’s quiet and there’s plenty of places to sit. The problems were the price and quality. I spent £8 on a wrap and a cold drink, to sit in it costs extra. The food wasn’t as good as I was expecting especially for the price.

Experienced the worst service I have ever had in the uk. A short female staff gave me the wrong drink, I asked to change and she basically ignored my request. I don’t know why this bad attitude should exist in this shop. Other staffs are super friendly except her.

Very poor service attitude!!! My friend was supposed to order a latte, but an Asian waitress gave the wrong drink and wouldn't admit she heard wrong. Recommend firing her, thank you.

Local limpio, con baño y muchas mesas y asientos disponibles. Los camareros muy simpáticos y amables.

Достаточно приятное место и главное доступное по цене. Выбор хороший для кафе. Можно взять свежие бутерброды для перекуса, свежие салаты с разными ингредиентами. Здесь можно купить горячий кофе и что-то небольшое из десертов, маффин или чизкейк. Цены невысокие. Здесь самообслуживание, покушали - будьте добры выкинуть мусор в специальное место. Есть туалет, хотя и не самый чистый. Он доступен и для тех кто сидит в кафе и для тех - кто просто идёт по улице и ищет данное место.

Jsou úplně všude, je těžký je nenavštívit. Chutnalo nám všechno, káva výborná. Koupila jsem si jí i domů.

Yes I like Pret but have become aware of how they seem to be everywhere, very pricey (like everywhere else) and perhaps a bit too uniform, corporate?

There is never enough staff working at key times.

This shop of Pret has a ridiculous customer service. One tall lady with very long black hair had a worse attitude and behaviour with customers. I have ordered double espresso compana instead she gave me a double espresso and argued with me saying this is strong espresso u have ordered. I have asked her to put some milk and she were keep repeating with laugh tone WE DINT DO THAT.WELL IF U DONT DO THAT U MUST LET UR CLIENT AHEAD U CANT PROVIDE WHAT THEY ASK FOR NOT SERVING ME WATERY COFFEE PRETENDING U DID UR JOB.People with no knowledge of what they serve are placed there to be face of the company and provide a best customer service to achieve great profits which she can't be excused of any point. First visit to this branch after a visit to the gallery next door. Seemed nice and clean, a decent choice of hot and cold food available and friendly service. Plenty of places to sit, I shall definitely make this my regular on my next visit to the gallery!

Have not visited this branch in a long time but the service was good as was the speed of service. Lots of tables to sit at if you are eating/drinking inside. Nicely located by Trafalgar Square and The National Gallery

Typical central London Pret. Fairly busy but we found a table and had an enjoyable break. Only the disabled toilet in use.

Went at lunchtime so very busy, could do with a better system to differentiate between those waiting to order and those waiting to collect their order. Sandwiches were good and plenty of choice.

Dirty tables with lots of rubbish everywhere. Arrived just before 4 pm and already nearly nothing left to eat with a drink. Order a hor chocolate and a macha latte and received 2 hot chocolate...

Very misleading and disgusting practice of selling half wraps appearing as full sized wraps by placing the wrapper strategically around the gap. Terrible experience.

Food and drink is fine, a good place to take a rest for few minutes after visiting the museum.

Worst experience I'veevee had in any Pret a Mange and completely ruined what should have been a lovely day. We were heading to West End Live in Trafalgar Square and so I decided to run in and grab drinks and snacks while my daughter queued. At the till I only had cash on me so handed over £10 but was told card only. I explained I only had cash but she refused. I said we needed drinks as my daughter was in queue outside and that they had to accept cash as legal tender. The assistant told me that I should go somewhere else and spoke to me as though I was homeless and had wandered in off the street. She's then said no change in till so I told her not to worry and to just take the £10 but she carried on telling me no. We had no time to go elsewhere. As queues were huge in the show itself I had to leave half way through with raging headache as I suffer from migraines. On way to station I stopped at Pret Leister square. Paid cash no problem. Disgusted with treatment by staff who ruined our day

The size of the wraps have decreased to the point I can no longer justify the cost which has increased dramatically over the last few years. I understand that companies need to make a profit but it seems Pret have not only increased the price across the board for all their items but they have also engineered them to keep their profit margins high.

This Pret is conveniently located next to the National Gallery. The staff are friendly and the coffee is great! Lots of food options for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Thank you for excellent service!

Well made coffee but not a place to linger - I decided not to buy anything to eat as the interior was freezing as they leave the door wide open even in cold weather.

This place is open contrary to what is written on Google map This place is quiet and the staff is very nice. The food is common to all the "Pret à Manger" so we know what to expect

It's a pret it offers what it does and that was as I expected the reason it gets 5 stars is because the chap serving served an older lady who was in front of us who was frail and he supported her to a table carried her drinks across for because she couldn't and that is how you provide good customer service he apologized to us for the delay and of course this wasnt necessary but again demonstrates excellent polite service sadly I cant remember the chaps name but pret it was the 14th of February at about 18:00 so you will know who he is say well done to him

It's a fine place but lacking restrooms atleast you can get in WITHOUT paying anything.
