The disabled toilet is not disabled accessible. There is no need for a code and a key. I watched people struggle and leave.

I had a wonderful experience at Pret St. Martin, and Lisandro’s exceptional customer service made it even better. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything was just right. It’s rare to find staff who go the extra mile to create a friendly and positive atmosphere, and Lisandro did exactly that. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the overall experience was fantastic. It’s always a pleasure to visit a place where the staff genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be returning!

I like the chain and go there often, but in this specific store a clerk (much older than me) was insistent and inappropriate towards me, and I preferred to leave immediately after he even touched me

Today my phone was stolen by a woman with several gold necklaces but acting homeless begging for help and speaking gibberish, with a newspaper and chips from nearby fast food burger shop. She literally stole the phone on the table directly in front of me. I should have known better. I knew she took the phone almost immediately and I followed her out the front door. It was very crowded she was lost in the street.

Coffe is ok but the food it's very pricey for what it is.

Busy place Grab your coffee and go

I discovered it in 2008... and now it is a reality present in many areas of London... excellent for a quick snack or a snack to warm up for a moment on cold winter days... fresh food and reasonably priced prices to be close to London

Probably the worst coffee and hot chocolate we’ve ever tasted. And a big lump was at the bottom of the coffee cup ! Cappuccino, 2 latte, 2 hot chocolate all tasted of old water 25 euros !!!!! Terrible not recommended

We had coffee and crisps. Nice atmosphere, good service and plenty of seats.

Our salvation after the ballet was to get something warm to eat.

It's a very popular chain in London. It's very convenient if you don't know where to eat. I personally find the prices high compared to the food offered. A big flaw is that eating in the restaurant costs a supplement.

I come here very often late evenings because it is open until 11pm, but sadly it has declined. There are too many people that are not customers, being allowed to come in and sit at tables and chairs for hours on end without buying anything or bringing their own food in. Same faces every day. It means genuine customers cannot find anywhere to sit down. Staff are very aware of these people but do little about it.

Impeccably trained servers and an always welcoming vibe. A reliable oasis if you want to pop in for a toasty respite or borrow the loo... One of the chain shops worthy of continued patronage.

Hate when I ask Google for 4.5 and above coffee shops, and the low grade chains are pushed on me, just because the big corporation paid, stopping me to find the great ones where they really care... We have to stop giving money to these corporations who then in turn try to corrupt us...

We need a lot more in France, it was really excellent and not expensive!!!!!!

Brilliant customer service! I just want to thank Inga - we were eating-in and ordered coffee, which Inga suggested we come back for in a few minutes, because of how busy it was (lunchtime). We were eating our food and I was about to get our coffees, when Inga walked to our table and brought it to us! I thanked her, and she said that she didn't want the coffee to get cold! She didn't have to do that. Excellent customer service, thank you Inga.

I recently visited your store and took a few seconds to decide on my coffee order. Instead of offering recommendations, Maggie, the waitress, rolled her eyes and walked away. When I asked her why she’d reacted that way, she replied, ‘Oh, sorry, I was just thinking of something.’ I believe she could benefit from additional training in customer service and sales skills. A more genuine and accommodating approach would enhance the guest experience and reflect better on your brand.

Tables almost never cleaned. They let homeless people sit inside. WiFi is a disaster. Half of time it doesn't work at all, or you get disconnected constantly. Speed is bad.

Good place, it is appreciated to be able to take a break in your establishment. But one of the worst coffees I have ever had in my life, horrible.

Pret a manger needs more vegetarian sandwiches, baked made with apple sauce in place of eggs. More vegan food. Vegetables on a baguette 🥖 with butter.

This could be because I am getting old but I remember Pret being a great place to go for a quick, and good value, bite to eat that tasted really good. You can just tell everything is now done to reduce costs rather than increase taste. The sandwiches are just average now, to the point where they are only slightly better than a supermarket meal deal. The carrot cake, always a joy, is a shadow of its former self. Same with the orange juice; much smaller and much less tasty. Maybe it is my rose tinted spectacles but it’s just not premium any more and yet continues to charge premium prices. The care and love isn’t there anymore.

You pay for a coffee and if you're not careful, they give you the leftover coffee. Unprofessional, today I had to say it to the guy who looks Indian.

Allergies taken seriously which is amazing. Manager Inga was called straight away to take me through the allergy book and made my drink herself for an extra peace of mind. The drink was also delicious. Recommend!

Fast food service but usually plenty of seats to eat at your leisure.

I had a particularly unpleasant experience today at this Pret. Ordered a coffee, spent 20 seconds getting a sandwich as an afterthought - and found the coffee was never made or given away. I was then accused of “disappearing” though I had watched every coffee that came out and none of them were mine and it was never offered. And when I tried to have a conversation about it I was cut off. The order never went through, again - an exact repeat of the last time I had ordered from this Pret and from this particular server too. And anyway - if I buy a coffee I’d assume it means I have a contractual right to a coffee. But maybe I’m wrong. Edit: The branch has improved a lot so have updated review. Service is fast and polite despite the massive foot traffic they have to deal with when compared to any other branch.

I just love that Pret & Manger makes me get fast food but healthy and delicious! Today I ordered this quinoa&rice salad with feta and hummous that was incredible. Everytime I come to the UK I always end up at pret, and I absolutely adore it!

I go there a lot! It is democratic, has several options. You choose, pay, sit down, charge your cell phone and eat! People spend long periods working! It's worth trying the hot soups!

Fuera estaba agitado debido a los eventos de fútbol y la policía en la zona, así que no había nadie para pedir instrucciones para el teatro que no habría elegido para comer en este lugar si me hubiera dado cuenta de que carecía de cualquier tipo de instalaciones de Internet.

I wouldn’t recommend this outlet to anyone, the staff are rude and impolite. Didn’t recall what hot food I ordered. Making excuses regarding the quality of the sites cooker facilities, which they said was poor. I only went here because Costa wasn’t open

In my opinion it is the number one go to place in UK, varieties of both cold and hot “on the go” food and drinks whilst made at an excellent quality with a good price, and it is at every corner. I love this place.

Very present coffee shop chain in London. They serve tea, coffee and smoothies as well as sweet and savory breakfast items. There are also products for brunch or lunch. Everything pre-packaged. Fast service.

Recently thought the service and cleanliness had declined. It has gotten a little bit better, and they have a few more very friendly people behind the counter now. But half of the appliances behind the counter looks like it's been derelict, only about half of the sockets work if you need to charge your phone, ice is often unavailable, toilets out of order, and the coffee has been rank on more than one occasion.

Highly recommend. It’s a pretty good Pret (so as far as food and drink go you know what you’re getting), friendly staff, good service. Usually go between 6:40-50 and service is usually pretty fast. No complaints! My boyfriend says it’s the same as any other Pret.

Always busy here. The staff is friendly. For us as regular customers of Prets is a standard to us order on one side and collect drinks on the other side but it seems to be a challenge here with the tourists. Maybe add signage such Order here & Collect Here. The toilets could be cleaner.

It is a super option to be able to eat quickly and at a good price if you go as a tourist 👌

Very bad customer experience. The barista will serve you burnt coffee to take revenge if you complain. You are just another tourist who will never show your face again, so it doesn't matter to them.

never open on time. people waiting outside for 10min cause they're not ready- change your opening hours if can't manage. not professional at all and terrible customer service. ridiculous. also half of the time they don't serve HALF of the menu- no iced drinks, no shakes, no coolers etc. again, change your menu if can't manage. people waiting 5min in queue just for them to tell you they don't serve half of their menu.

It shouldn’t be on the customer to explain to workers how to make a cup of tea properly, I asked to have the milk separately which wasn’t done initially, and when I asked the man in question to make sure the tea was allowed to brew before chucking an excessive amount of milk in, I got blamed for not explaining properly and he initially refused to remake it, even though it was their mistake! It really isn’t that difficult to work out that not everyone likes their tea weak and milky, because that seems to be the default these guys are operating under, anything else they get snappy and defensive with you. They did eventually rectify their mistake, but absolutely awful customer service, and I won’t be coming here again!

A standard "Prets", but a little disappointing. Food choice had not been replenished so choice was limited. 2 of the 3 toilets were out of order (including the disabled toilet). Thankfully not too busy so a seat was available. A good place to sit and watch the world go by.

Just visited and the gentleman who served me was so polite which made my morning. Also really large with plenty of seating and all the food was laid out well. Will be back!

Too much clutter and even though staff are brilliant, it's the store layout that is so depressing.

Because of the location this place is always almost standing room only, I managed to get a seat last time but it's a really unpleasant environment; once you have a seat you get looked at as if you just stole the chalice of immortality from someone's dying son 🙄 because it's busy I understand the staff are very stressed, however the manager was also really rude last time I went in - so generally you know what you're getting food wise, but don't expect a relaxing lunch if you want to eat in 🙈

A nice change, had a tuna melt with cheese, with a muffin and tea, was quite tasty, London prices, but hey, we were on London!! Would use again without a doubt.

This shop is always busy, so you might have issue finding seating arrangements however, food is always fresh, drinks are always made in prompt manner . Staff members are friendly and kind.

We all expect great service wherever we go and often are left disappointed when that doesn’t happen. Today at Pret I was pleasantly impressed by the server who was so friendly and asked every customer if they were having a lovely day. What a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I did get the name of a young man named Rashid who was clearing the tables. His smile made my day and what a friendly personality. These staff members are a credit to the management and I hope they get recognition for just being friendly and having that customer service flair that is lacking nowadays.

Food as good As any other pret However the place at south terminal Gatwick is always dirty Tables not in order and not a great atmosphere to eat in ; ( especially when they are charging to eat in )

Rubbish service, lady had an attitude and didn't care that 6 people who had come after me got served their before me. Essentially had to queue up again and remind her of the order. Never going back due to the awful service. There's a berosa few shops away, much better service and coffee.

Love the ethics of the brand, the cheerful hard working staff and the coffee - while at the mercy of the barista - is usually excellent but the sandwiches include too much greenery / rabbit food. Always busy and crowded.

I asked one of the baristas where I could fill up my water bottle she told me bluntly that I had to buy bottled water and gestured to me to go over to the cold drinks selection. I repeated that no, I wanted to just fill up my own bottle with tap water to which she frowned at me and then ignored me even though I was stood right in front of her. I had to wait for 5 minutes trying to get her attention until I was able to ask one of her colleagues who quickly filled up my bottle for me. It is a norm that coffee shops offer free tap water, and many other Prets that I have been to even have a tap which customers can use so I was shocked by this worker’s rude behavior. Clearly training measures need to be improved upon in the store as customer service differed greatly between these two employees.

What can I say it's a pret! They are absolutely everywhere. The food is getting pricier due to inflation. Favourite food here is the tuna sandwich, always super tasty
