Came here for a cocktail class and didn't know what to expect. Sometimes these things are what you make them or they depend on who is running the class. DHARMESH IS A LEDGE!! Our new friend Dharmesh dealt with us very well (we are a bit of a handful) and managed to get us to actually make some delicious cocktails and learn something whilst having fun. We all left wanting to buy all the kit so we can make then at home and if he didn't have to work we would have taken Dharmesh with us too! Lots of fun had by all. Highly recommend. Thank you. P.s we didn't eat whilst here but the food looked lovely too.

Anjana was so lovely and friendly. She was extremely attentive and made sure our glass was never empty. I personally feel that this is the best value for money brunch I have ever been to. I will definitely recommend and return. Tenyia was lovely also. Amazing service.

I work close by so have been many times for both food and drinks. It always has a nice vibe and staff are friendly (particularly the two ladies who were serving at the tables the other night) The prawns I had on my latest visit were so good, honestly the best I've had anywhere in ages, which is a pretty big compliment for this type of place and is the main reason for my review!! All Bar Ones tend not to be the place for a quiet meal but a catch up with friends, definitely!

Fab bar, brilliant service, lovely welcoming staff. My first visit to All Bar One in Charing Cross and it won't be the last. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long. Seated away from the noisy bar, we had a lovely little seat round the corner where we were able to chat, eat and soak up the atmosphere without feeling we were competing with the noise. Staff were attentive and most importantly, the toilets were clean! Will definitely go back.

Booked for a girly lunch. Nobody to greet us when we arrived so waited a few minutes. Young lady showed us to an odd table, with dirty seats. She walked off without explaining the ordering process ( I’ve never been to an All bar one before, so was not sure if we ordered online, whether a server would attend or if we went to the bar). We waited for 10 minutes, and I went to the bar to order drinks. My first choice was unavailable according to an older blonde lady behind the bar, even though she told the male server that “we have none cold”. I asked the male server about the ordering process, which he advised me on. Once we placed our order, (1 menu between 2) the same young lady bought plates with cutlery but no serviettes. I went and got these. When the food arrived our young lady server, plonked everything on the table, without saying a word. No condiments offered. No customer service at all. Once we finished our meal, our young lady server cleared half the plates. When she did not return, I cleared the rest. I noted that the table behind me did the same. It was hard to find somebody to ask anything as there was nobody around, unless you queued up at the bar area. The food was passable, apart from the fries, which would have made great darts for the local pub. I won’t be returning here. Total disappointment.

Very dark lighting. Colada was terrible. Tasted watery and it came half a drink as the rest was foam. I can understand wanting to chat to coworkers, I get it completely. They make it fun. But when a customer wants serving the chatter needs to stop. The quicker you serve them, the quicker they go away. But no the lady didn’t even come over as I was at the bar, I had to wait a while. Then she took so long to make my drinks, over ten minutes and she kept stopping and chatting, when she walked away to grab a purée she stopped again. This is wrong. Service is slow and rude. The toilets were absolutely filthy, with toilet paper all over the floor.
