First class service from Zinash! She overheard my friend mentioning we were celebrating my birthday and came over to me with a dessert and happy birthday wish. I couldn't fault anything from the food to the service. I'll be back!

We had a private room for a family and friends event in memory of my late mother. Everything was excellent - the room was great, food delicious and the service was spot on. They had a microphone so we could do speeches and we used the screen to show a film. We didn't have to rush to leave at a particular time. A definite recommend.

Traveling from the states. Service was above and beyond. Food was also really good. We asked to move tables and they accommodated our request as soon possible. And even though we made a reservation for Brunch and service ended earlier than expected we were pleasantly surprised by the lunch menu and had a really nice experience.

First experience of afternoon tea, and honestly we were very disappointed. The bread was extremely dry and the scones were more like biscuits, you couldn't cut into them. It was a shame because it's a very nice and peaceful place

Some friends and I had our yearly get together at Browns in Covent Garden on Monday 28th October 2024 and the service we received from our waiter Kyle was really good. He was very friendly and welcoming, really attentive and prompt with his service despite being busy and was also very light-hearted and humorous which was great and made us feel very comfortable in our surroundings. Thank you Kyle for making our visit so pleasurable!

What a fantastic night at Browns! Our server Vida was so attentive and friendly, nothing was too much! The sourdough is to die for! Mozzarella starter creamy deliciousness. And the steak was the meaty goodness you could wish for! Absolutely a fantastic dining experience and can’t wait to return!

Browns St Martins Lane London. We experienced polite attentive and warm service from all the staff at Brown's on Saturday. Thoroughly enjoyed a prebooked afternoon tea for two. Liked being able to book for 1pm onwards. Tea of choice pear and elderflower was delicious and we were also given water. The tea tray was filled with wonderful scones, elegant sandwiches and delicious pastries. The team of servers worked very hard to ensure we had a lovely time. Good value, lovely upstairs setting in the old Court rooms, would happily recommend. Thank you Brown's.

Inattentive and unprofessional service spoiled afternoon tea. Waitress clearly uninterested in her job from start to finish. We were never offered water and over two hours never offered additial hot water for our tea. Had to flag down staff multiple times to move on to pastries while remaing sandwiches sat untouched for 15 mins.

Met for Friends reunion in Brown’s as we have always loved this Restaurant.Disappointing food this time. Service and ambience good. Starter of Mozzarella and Tomato included under ripe tomatoes and rock solid bread croutons. Most disappointing and nothing like the description was the Shepherds Pie - little filling floating in a watery tasteless liquid with tasteless potato topping. The Lemon Dessert and Salted Caramel Profiteroles were good. Think we might have to find somewhere else next time which is a shame as we have usually been very happy here.

This place is fabulous. The service was excellent and our waiter Kyle was very attentive. We all ate from the lunch menu and everything was delicious. Lovely spot for lunch with the girls whilst visiting Covent Garden. Would definately go back and highly recommend.

The dinner took place in a cozy family restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and felt right at home. The tantalizing aroma of the food made us anticipate what was to come. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The dishes were prepared with care and the flavors were exquisite, satisfying even the most discerning palates in the family. We truly felt pampered and enjoyed every moment of it.

The food here was incredible!! We had the pork belly and the prawn linguine, both were full of lovely flavours. The service topped it all off thank you Dharma and Jay! Both were very friendly and knowledgeable in their role! We will definitely come back.

We had a late Saturday lunch here today as a family of 5 and had a fantastic meal. All the courses were good & the service from Aditya was excellent - friendly & efficient. The restaurant was busy but we never felt rushed. Really enjoyable birthday meal.

We went in for an afternoon cocktail. They were not busy but we left after 30 minutes of being ignored. We could have jumped up and down to get someone’s attention but that is not what you expect to do at an establishment of this class. Disappointing.
