Horrible service!!! Never waste your time here. Wife and I sat for 10 minutes for dinner just for the waiter who ignored us for 10 minutes that kitchen is closed. No greeting no nothing just no dinner. Ridiculous.

After a hot day, around London sites, we (2 adults, 3 teenage girls) collapsed on the chairs outside All Bar One. Our gorgeous server, Douglas, fed us, watered us and even plugged in my phone for a moment so I could redeem my All Bar One voucher from my dead phone! Their service was second to non and our 13 going on 30 year old girls even commented on how good Douglas was and how they made us feel nurtured. Douglas was joined by another server who's name I didn't catch but they were also fabulously patient with our desserts ordering. Great Cocktails for the mummies too 😉 5* all round

My husband and I stopped for a drink on our walk towards Tower Bridge to get to London Bridge Station and we're glad we did - staff very welcoming and friendly. We had to sit outside because we had our dog with us but that was nice to watch comings and goings and our dog was brought water.

This was the first place we ate on our trip to London. The ambience was cool and the drinks were really unique. Food choices were great too. Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Syrah was attentive too.

Bit noisy but everything else was fine. Pleasant server, good food and cocktails and reasonable prices - especially as we were able to enjoy Tapas Tuesday, so a real bargain.

A lovely location over looking The Thames close to Tower Bridge…. A good seat ( indoor requested) by the window too. However, very obvious short of staff and apart from being seated left unattended for over half hour!- we fetched our own menus and had to track down a member of staff - who after placing a soft drink order disappeared again!- left us another 20 minutes before drinks arrived. Then was told they were short staffed and that the meal would take half hour before it arrived! As it was it took more like 20 minutes. I had a veggie burger swapped for Italian bread not bun. Chips and side of slaw. The other dish was chicken and avacado bacon salad - thank goodness these were straight forward…. Or it might have been another hours wait! Toilets needed a sort out too! Won’t Rush back.

I had an amazing time, with my mum who is elderly, who was really cared for. Many thanks to all the staff. The food was excellent, many thanks to Tapha (head chef). Ben, Gokhan , Jan , Karolis, and Jordan made it very special lunch and drinks throughtout the day. All the team went out of their way to make this ocasion a very happy and relaxed one. I visited for a work informal social lunch on a Friday and the venue is good for this sort of gathering. I had the classic cheese burger which was not very good at all. You can find such fab burgers all over the place these days and this was distinctly below average - dry patty, pretty tasteless cheese and boring bun. Colleagues made better choices with the tapas and small sharing plates.

Visited here multiple times and the food is always nice. Only downside on this occasion was that the service was slow despite not many people being in the restaurant. Overall a good, reasonably priced meal.

Location gets top marks. We sat outside under the heaters and had a lovely view of Tower Bridge. Our friends went inside and bought the first round of drinks, paid and brought our drinks outside. On our 2nd round we noticed before paying that £6 had been put on our bill. When questioned we were told it was a service charge and so we asked for it to be taken off. What service were we given?!!! We walked to the bar and we carried our own drinks outside. Baffling and a charge that many won’t notice. We won’t be back.

This place is great, very welcoming and very tasty tapas. I came from Essex today just to come here and it was well worth the visit. My sister also loved it, we definately will visit again. The bar staff were wonderful and very attentive, well done.

Just stopped in for a drink and a quick lunch, they were very accommodating to my wife’s gluten allergy. It seemed to be a popular bar spot, as well.

We found allbarone to be well worth a visit. The food was very tasty and well presented. The staff were very pleasant and served our food with smile. Can recommend.

We were here on Saturday afternoon and the place was very quite, even though it was quite the level of service was slow and cumbersome. I think maybe the food was ready for some time before we got it as it wasn't that hot. I waited a good while at the bar trying to get a glass of wine with my meal, but the hostess was on the phone struggling with a customers card details, which were read back loud enough for anyone to hear the details, on a couple of occasions other staff walked by aimlessly, when they could have served me.

Average experience. Lacking staff. Forgot one of our food orders even though we ordered at the bar. It was very disappointing especially since the restaurant was quiet…maybe that’s why.

Went for a bottomless brunch, Gokhan was super helpful and made sure we had constant top up of drinks and helped us with any issues as we’d been transferred from another location due to a power outage. Very good trip, and very good service!

My Housemate and I had come in for a meal and some drinks on Monday 14th December for Brunch and had such a wonderful and unforgettable time. Victoria made the whole experience very comfortable and dealt with our dietary requirements with absolutely no trouble! All of our food was to an exceptional standard and the drinks were great too!!Cannot wait to come back as soon as you guys re-open! Hats off to the fabulous and attentive service provided by the lovely Victoria! :)

Visited 3/12/20. We were not offered the set menu when seated (despite posters on the window outside, advertising the set menu) so we had to ask for it.We were disappointed that despite it being the first day after one month's lockdown, that a number of options on the menu were not available.Most disappointing though, was the price of the bottle of wine we had, when we were presented with the bill. We noted the menu showed the Malbec at a lower price than we were charged for it. When I queried it, the waitress checked the menu, agreed with us that there an error had been made, but would not (and did not) change our bill, so we were charged the higher price. Suffice to say we left with a bitter taste at the unwillingness of the venue to rectify matters.

A wonderful place to have breakfast. Our server, Victoria, could not have been better. She was lovely. The food was lovely, it was super clean. Nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back.

I had a lovely meal for my birthday and my boyfriends birthday. Joanne was polite and attentive. We had a Tower Bridge view in the evening and it was magical. We ordered startes, halloumi cheese, pil pil prawns and bbq chicken wings and this dtuff was yum. For my main i had Prawn Pad Thai with crackers and this was a delicious dish. My bf had All Bar one dirty burger and he was pleased with it. We had pina colada and was really well made. We decided not to have dessert as mains filled us up but i would come back to try them. I had really lively time there, entourage of this place looks great and staff are lovely.

Visitamos este lugar (10/12/2020) para bebidas de celebración de cumpleaños. El bar / restaurante es super acogedor y limpio. Ambiente muy relajado. Los cócteles son deliciosos, nuestro favorito es el Watermelon Margarita, ¡definitivamente hay que probarlo! También tienen ofertas en los cócteles clásicos, ¡5 entre ciertas horas! ! ! ! Fuimos atendidos por Jo - Jo y Vicki que son super amables y agradables también muy atentos. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente All Bar One Tower of London!

Visité el sábado 10 de octubre alrededor de las 630 pm y buen ambiente. Servido por Victoria que fue excelente. Los pimientos de Padrón eran como una ruleta rusa con un par de picantes en la mezcla y eran excelentes como entrante junto con mini salchichas en una deliciosa salsa de mostaza. Tenía un pad thai de pollo y una hamburguesa sucia de All Bar, ambos muy sabrosos.Buena comida / buena cerveza y buen ambiente.

Vino a tomar una copa, se registró en la aplicación NHS, luego se le pidió que también se registre en la aplicación Mitchell and Butler, duplicando la misma información. instruido sobre mascarillas, permanecer sentado y todas las cosas habituales.Sorprendido de ver que el único miembro del personal que no se cubría la cara con la boca y la nariz era el barman, que mezclaba y preparaba cada bebida para cada cliente. Cuando le señalé esto al gerente de piso, ella dijo que no era necesario porque no estaba tratando cara a cara con ningún cliente. Our server Joanne was really lovely, very attentive nothing was too much for her overall it was a great visit,we will be coming back.

Served by Victoria, great food (breakfast and lunch) served really quickly. The place has great measures in place for covid and is just opposite Tower Bridge so the views are great!

Pero ellos no pretenden serlo, ofreciéndote un ambiente muy sincero durante estos Corona Times.Las bebidas son totalmente correctas, Ales y amado Guiness.La comida es buena comida de pub. Solo recuerde pedir su bistec crudo. Medio en Inglaterra es algo más allá del punto.SOBRE TODO disfrute del servicio, desde la amable anfitriona hasta la encantadora Jo - Jo. Hizo que la noche fuera particularmente agradable. Ella es ingeniosa y muy divertida.Estuve en Londres por 5 noches. Estuve allí 2 de esas noches.

Is amazing when you go out to see some friends that we haven't seen for a while and come across such an amazing service and care.Our waitress was just amazing, caring attentive and always offering us drinks according to our glasses level.When we arrive, she inform us that she could gives a table but only for 45min as the table was booked. We hadn't booked, but it was fairly quiet and we were served by a lady called JoJo, who was genuinely lovely. The food was really good (I had the salmon and giant cous cous) and it was just a really nice relaxing atmosphere. I know it's a chain, but it was lovely.

The staff here are a credit to All Bar One. They were very accommodating and friendly. We were a bit nervous about going out during the pandemic but we needn't have worried. We were put at ease and had excellent service from start to finish. I'll be back.

Good simple fare well priced for a tourist area. Very nice & helpful staff team. GF options rather limited but they were meticulous about checking everything before recommending what was GF.

The food was great we ordered Baked Salmon and Chicken Katsu. It was perfectly done how we wanted it. They also have rice so that's a plus! Jojo who served us was amazingly professional! She asked all that she can provide according to our liking. She was approachable, accomodating and funny! Definitely coming back here whenever were are in London

You must try the Pad Thai. Flavorful and comforting. If you stay for dessert the churro are fantastic! You'll tell yourself you'll take half of the order home, and then you'll eat the whole thing because...why wait!Be sure to ask for Jo-Jo's section. She's nice, friendly, responsive, Nd very passionate about the menu. Her recommendations are fabulous.

I had incorrectly assumed that chain restaurants share similar standards but was really disappointed by our visit to All Bar One Tower Hill.Service was poor - main courses arriving while we were still eating our starter. Plates were cleared while some of our party were still eating. Worse though was the quality of the food.‘Freshly handmade burgers’ tasted like they’d be sitting about for days and the half roast chicken really dry. It might have been helped by the curry sauce but despite being offered and charged for, it never appeared. My recommendation: AVOID.

This place has a great location just opposite All Hallows church and overlooking the Tower of London. Service is friendly and efficient and prices are good, especially when making use of the special offers on their handy app. The half roast chicken was pretty dry and I wouldn’t order this dish again. The salads going by looked nice and I’ll go for one of them next time.

Our waitress Jo-Jo was absolutely AMAZING! She was helpful and kind without being a “ salesman”. Very kind with a great personality! We will definitely be back to visit!! The food was the BEST that we had yesterday!!

We went to All Bar One Tower of London on our holidays. We were staying at a hotel nearby and were recommended to go there for breakfast. The bar has a stunning view of Tower Bridge, Tower of London and All Hallows by the Tower. Staff was warm and welcoming. Our waiter, John, provided excellent service and recommended some great breakfast dishes. Food and drinks were perfect and on time for our busy schedule. We'll definitely come back!

Fui al estúpido bar y le pregunté amablemente si la cocina está abierta. Dijeron que sí, es pedir una bebida y aquí está el menú de comida. Me hicieron pagar mi bebida y 3 minutos después me dijeron que la cocina ya estaba cerrada. Me gusta. . . ¿Por qué son menús en las mesas? ¿Por qué el personal dice "sí, hay comida"? ¿Es solo para que ordene y pague la bebida?

Formally an underground station this restaurant now occupies part of the building. We dropped in for a Gingerbread coffee, which was very good. The staff were welcoming and effective. The view from the restaurant overlooks the Tower of London and All Hallows church.

I wouldnt go back or recommend All bar one. Sad as it is to taint a whole chain based on one branch. Had to continually keep getting up to get a top up of prosecco which was annoying as hell! When the food came out it was cold. Complaints/ feedback was really taken on board. All in all not a great 2 hours. On top of that it cost me £60 for the pleasure!

One of the things I like least about travelling solo, for work or leisure, is eating alone. For that reason alone, the All Bar One got a tick because I didn’t feel uncomfortable and there were quite a few other solo diners.

My friends and I (9 of us in total) visited for the bottomless brunch last Sunday, November 3rd, 2019. We had a fantastic time, Lucia and the other waitresses were so attentive and the service was just amazing. We will definitely be returning and couldn't recommend this enough, anyone looking to experience bottomless brunch should give this a try. Thank you so much!!

Went in before we went to a Halloween party so we were all dressed as pirates and Jo Jo was so lovely and gave amazing customer service.

Myself and 2 friends visited on Saturday, early evening. From the moment we stepped in the door our server, Rebeka was incredible!! We got our drinks and ordered our food. One of our party is allergic to peanuts. Rebekah went above and beyond to make sure her menu choice did not contain peanuts and gave her a copy of the allergy information sheet. She also let the chef know so he could avoid cross contamination. This really put my friends mind at ease as it was taken as seriously as it should be.

Came to this ‘All Bar One’ for a drink and some dessert - was amazed to discover their vegan menu. I had a delicious vegan biscoff cheesecake. Whilst my friend had a pornstar martini made by the lovely Jo-Jo. Great service and great atmosphere.

We stopped in after a day at the Tower of London just to take a load off for a while. The place is very modern, with good light and big windows to the outside. It’s welcoming when you come in, and employees are very cordial.
