Ordered a coconut hot chocolate, very sweet, and not hot at all. The place was relatively busy but more for the ‘who to be seen with’ than actually good products. The service was good, both ordering and the barista were friendly

We had a flat white from this branch of the chain and it was a little hot maybe but still a very good cup of coffee. Prices are a bit higher than some other places.

Great food and great customer service. Came to an event nearby and the place looked too good not to visit. Very satisfied with my experience.

This pub has a bit of everything. A huge display of beers and spirits from all over the places , a wide selection on their menu . Very spacious , 2 floors and a beer garden . No carpets on the floor , but wood instead and an amazing decoration . It used to be a printing business and a bank as well . On the basement there was the safe . Nice vibes , very friendly staff and easily spoiled by choice . I would recommend my friends Harrild and Sons for an alternative .

We had a great snack at Tom's Kitchen, brilliant deli. We had a cappuccino each and an Oreo biscuit cooked inside a white chocolate cookie, very unusual and very tasty. Very reasonably priced, would go again. Would recommend it to anyone. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My mum is in a wheelchair and staff helped me find the door to go in and hold it open for us. Wheelchair accessible entrance and toilets. Great atmosphere and view outside of Somerset House courtyard with fountains. Great location, just off The Strand and near Charing cross station.

Outstanding food amazing service and a menu made for bringing your group together. We went as a group of four and we picked a range of starters and mains to share. All the food was so good but … the bread WOW WOW WOW .. it’s 100% must try it’s incredible. We were looked after by a few team members but Maisey really stood out !! We all commented after the meal as much about the quality of the service as the food, highlighting that this place has the complete package. Highly recommended and will definitely return when I’m in London.

Always a pleasure to return to this friendly coffee shop opposite my office which features a superb range of food prepared fresh every day in their own group kitchen and bakery. Without doubt Peyton & Byrne offer the very best service and products of any coffee shop chain in London. Today for my late breakfast I had a delicious cup of Cappuccino (£4.00) and a wonderful Three Cheese and Tomato toastie (£7.80) which just oozed warm melting cheese between hot sourdough slices. Just the best start to the day for me. Much recommended.

We went in to Popina’s for a late breakfast. Having looked around for a nice place for a while, we were ready to have a sit down and were pretty hungry. The staff did not have much about them and sat us at a table without explaining to order online. When we asked, the waitress just pointed at the table. It was not a very straightforward order system but got there in the end. 2 avocado toast with scrambled egg and 1 flat white. Having looked at the menu on the wall, the avocado toast was £11.99 and then a side order of eggs we thought was £3 (this was per egg) the total bill came to £51.90. We had to get salt and pepper from another table and had to get up to ask for water, there was just no eye contact or friendliness. My husband placed the order and after seeing the price, didn’t tell me as I would’ve told him to leave it. I questioned the bill afterwards as there was £5 unaccounted for but this was a service charge which we had to pay. Well I would say avoid this place. Even tho the food was lovely, the experience and the price left me with a bad taste.

In France this company makes great sourdough bread and have done so for a long time. But I’m not sure the brown sourdough taste as well as that in Paris. It was also a little to dense for me. I also brought the ginger cake which is highly recommended by others but I didn’t like it. Half of the gingerbread liaf remained in the bag for weeks as my family weren’t keen on it. The croissants however are very good. I’ve not tried the butter often other groceries. There is no seating to eat in.

Found this as our accommodation was right next door. Nice open air area, lovely decor and great drinks. Thank you and a special shout out to Lena for looking after us and being a sweetheart!!
