Amazing food, perfect service and nice overall atmosphere. The only thing is that ratatouille lacked tomato sauce but it didn’t spoil anything. Caesar salad with shrimps was one of the best in my life. Will be back and recommend 100% to everyone!

Had a voucher but they wouldn't accept it in store. Had to be booked through 'head office', only open during weekdays 9-5. How hard would it be to figure out some simple admin to allow in store redemption. Bizarre.

Not worth the amount of money I paid for it personally. The choco caramel cake did not have caramel and was mediocre at best. At least it looked small and cute but that's it and I'm just being honest here. I resonate with the low star reviews now that I've experienced it myself.

Terrible matcha. I don’t think matcha should be on the menu if you don’t even know how to make it. I ordered a strawberry matcha which came grey. And the strawberry “syrup” was more like jam which didn’t mix well with the milk. So they were like separating and a weird texture. Service was fine and the food was nothing special but overall it was an underwhelming experience. I wouldn’t recommend going. And won’t be going again.

Very wonderful and worth a try. The atmosphere was enjoyable. It is true that the price is high, but the atmosphere is worth it.

Good hotel, handy for a Buckingham Palace event. Not the largest rooms but very good quality, super comfy beds and clean. Good pub downstairs
