We booked a table to watch the Benn versus Eubank boxing. Phil and the team looked after us brilliantly. Gave us nibbles on arrival the best seats in the house and superb service from start to finish. The pub and the atmosphere was brilliant with a real eclectic mix of lovely people. Had a fantastic evening will definitely be back soon.

We came here as tourists using a gift card pre booked meal, with some minor difficulties in sorting that out, again these things are usually needlessly complex so totally understandable. The manager was very clear in his communication and the service was first class. The food had a slight delay (our fault for coming on the day of a FA cup semi final and London Marathon), but we were made aware which I found to be very considerate. The food arrived hot and fresh, well seasoned and great flavour. I had the spicy bad lad burger, which for a chicken burger laced with hot sauce amping other condiments, the chicken itself maintained it's crispiness and succulence. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, albeit loud (again, football). But I would definitely come again to see if it is a bit quieter. Definitely needed for a second visit. I would recommend here for a good meal, with great service and food quality at an affordable price. Can't go wrong really!

Had some drinks and some food after work the other day and was pleasantly surprised at how good the service was especially from Ty he helped choose some really good small plates. Would come again for a quick stop over.

We popped in with the intention of “one for the road” and ended up staying for two hours!! Relaxed atmosphere, great music (at a decent level so that you can still talk). The staff are amazing and Ty handed us little cards that brightened our day…they said…”you are awesome, thank you for making a difference.” It’s little unexpected things like this that make The Fox on the Green memorable.

Nice pub. Have been here three times; will visit again soon. You could get a drink almost anywhere, but it is the behaviour of the staff that makes all the difference. This pub has a nice team, besides a good selection of beers.

I booked a table here for my birthday and went in there to check if they could accommodate to our needs 3 weeks before coming. I then booked a table and paid a 20£ deposit (which they said would come off out bill), when we got there the staff was incredibly rude and when I informed the guy that I had booked a table, he was very snarky with us because there was people sat at our table already. Then when it came to ordering we asked where we could order, they said through the app when my mother said we had somebody with an allergy at our table so therefore would feel safer ordering with a person, the guy said it wasn’t his problem and he continuously was quite mean to my mother. She said to him that she was asking nicely and that his response were rude and quite frankly mean he said “I know so what”. Save to say we got our drinks and didn’t even stay for a meal, my twenty pound deposit was not take off the bill as we had to order through the app. So would not recommend this place what so ever. I work in hospitality and quite frankly I was absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the staff.

Was alright. Server a bit too quick with clearing the plates, others were still eating. Rest was nice.

Need to update your website. I booked a table for a small group with a toddler because the website has a kids menu, and when I booked I was told there'd be a high chair. I got there and was told by the staff there was no highchair and that it's "not really a kids pub". I had to pull up the bloody kids menu from the website because they tried to make me feel like an idiot--how do you have kids menu and not be kid friendly? Apparently that's "the old menu" that the staff didn't know about. I cancelled my booking and went nextdoor for food and drinks. Update your website and keep your booking team informed.

Great pub! Really chilled and the manager (Ty) was so friendly! We felt really comfortable and welcomed. We were happy to stay longer than planned. Ty also introduced us to the Mixr app which we downloaded for a free welcome drink and points to spend at any Stonegate Pub.

Great pub, didn't try the food sadly. But Ty, our server, was absolutely lovely and introduced us to an app to get rewards which was really nice of him, big fan!!!

We came here for a bottomless brunch, during a six nations match. The drinks range was HUGE, food was delicious and Kira who served us was amazing. We never waited for a drink, the cocktails were delicious and she really looked after us. Thank you Kira - it was you who made the experience.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The lady with frizzy curly hair was extremely aggressive and had a horrendous attitude.

Ordered food 45 mins ago and looking at the tables around me I hope it doesn’t arrive. Just asked the staff how long it will be and was told to “ask the company”. Good to see proper service and home cooked food are a thing of the past. Country’s gone and so has the Fox on the Green

Have visited this pub under its different iterations over the years and did so again last night with some friends. The DJ is fantastic and evidently very passionate and the pub itself is looking brilliant. I will definitely make this a more regular haunt now and hopefully the DJ is a regular thing.

Some of the worst food I've ever had. A veggie burger with cold tomato sauce. I don't even know what to call the "tacos" that came. Everything, including the pizzas was just cooked from frozen. Honestly a disgrace to charge the money that they did for what we received

We went with my friends to get some fish and chips, we order, we pay, we wait an hour and the waitress arrives telling us that the fish and chips were finished. We decide to get a refund and change location. I don't recommend it to anyone!
