It's good, but there are better ones. The quantity is small. It's sweet. It has many flavors and is light, not too fatty. It's enough for 3 people. As for the truffle pasta, it's very small in quantity and its price is high.

Located in the most touristy of places with great Italian food. Not cheap but still value for money.

We’ve been Harry’s a few times and had a good experience, today we were here for lunch and it was the opposite. When the receptionist was seating us down we asked for a different table since we were going to order a lot of food and we were surrounded by empty tables but the receptionist said no since the tables were “closed”. After we ordered our starters and the waiter was setting our table, she placed some sharing plates, right after placing one in front of me on the table she wiped something off the plate with her hand and left. Upon closer inspection we had to wipe the plates with our napkins. The starters were nice and hot, but when our mains came, after taking a few bites, my friend found a piece of solid wallpaper in her food. Two waiters came to inspect, apologised and asked if she liked another plate of pasta she said yes so they took the plate away. A few minutes later a manager called Bogdan came back with the plate that was taken away and insisted that it was the salt that she put on top. I’m sorry but we clearly know the difference between salt and a piece of paper/wallpaper. He insisted it was that and gave her plate back in a rude manner. Also who would give back a plate of food that was taken away to another room? And if the piece of paper was truly salt why did he take it away? The restaurant got a bit busy so we had to wait a while for someone to clear our table and take our dessert order. We asked for service charge off since our experience wasn’t great and they asked us why as if it wasn’t obvious.

Harry’s is one of my favourite places in London; however, I recently feel like they have started to unjustifiably increase prices, which sometimes doesn’t match the price-quality.

We made a last minute reservation at Harry’s and were not disappointed. The food was great, but the staff was even better. I had my parents and aunt in London for the first time, Dante and Ermal, were great - they made them feel very comfortable in the new city, they made great recommendations and were personable sharing personal insights. I am incredibly thankful for the experience that they provided and the time these guys took to make them feel special. Completely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Harry’s Bar Marylebone, thanks in large part to the incredible service from Dante and Mario. From the moment we arrived, both were attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Dante made sure every detail was just right, offering excellent recommendations with a great sense of professionalism and charm. Mario was equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and always one step ahead with impeccable timing. Their teamwork created a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that made the evening special. It’s rare to find staff who combine genuine hospitality with such a high level of service.

It has a lot of praise. We ordered truffle pasta, which was good, but not up to the praise. The quantity was very small. We also ordered burrata pizza, and we ordered salad, but as you can see 🙃 This is it. You must book.

We were excited to try Harry’s after seeing so many great reviews, but the experience felt a bit rushed. My husband’s steak arrived just 7 minutes after ordering, and my starter came together with the main course — which made it hard to enjoy the meal at a relaxed pace. The food was okay, but the atmosphere felt more fast-paced than we expected for a nice Italian dinner. We were hoping for a slower, more memorable experience.

The service at Harry’s is so so bad. I have been coming to this restaurant for years and I have seen the quality in service plummet. Do not come to this branch, all the workers are so moody and act like they just want you to leave. The way they serve you is not nice at all. Won’t be coming back to this branch.

I used to visit this restaurant regularly, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. We were seated outside, and despite the cold weather, the outdoor heaters weren’t working. We asked multiple times to be moved to a different table, but were repeatedly ignored and not prioritised. The waiter forgot our order and had to come back to ask again, and throughout the meal, continued to forget basic things like the bread basket and water. The food itself was incredibly average—honestly disappointing—and underwhelming for the price. Because I was with a guest, I didn’t want to cause a scene, but the whole experience was uncomfortable and frustrating. The manager’s attitude was rude and dismissive, which only made things worse. This place has gone downhill, and I can no longer recommend it. Save your time and money—there are far better options out there.

The price is high. The taste is acceptable. The portion of pasta is small. I ordered truffle pasta and a margherita pizza. The pizza was good. It has a good reputation here, but it's less than average. If you don't care about trends, don't go there.

The restaurant has an excellent design and a good level of service. The food is decent, but nothing exceptional. One thing to be cautious about is the bill — make sure to check it carefully. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn’t return.

Everything was amazing! I went with my friend and we were served by Mango, who was super attentive, friendly and always with a big smile. The food was delicious, specially the Easter dessert which was not only delicious but the presentation was a 20/10! Everything went even better thanks to Mango's service!

No he visitado en un par de años. Reservamos, llegamos a tiempo, pagamos £ 200 por 2 comidas y nos dijeron que desocupar la mesa antes de que hubiéramos terminado. Me dijeron que hay un límite de tiempo de 90 minutos en el sitio de reserva. Normalmente no escaneo a través de páginas de T&C's cuando voy a una comida y bebida 'relajada', pero de hecho los 3 platos tardaron más de 2 horas en llegar, así que la única manera de desalojar la mesa después de 90 minutos. El gerente dijo que la mesa que teníamos estaba reservada para otro grupo, pero como el lugar estaba 30% vacío con un montón de mesas de repuesto, era un domingo de Pascua tranquilo en el West End con las tiendas cerradas y eran las 8. 15 cuando nos fuimos y el lugar cierra a las 10 no me creí una palabra de ello! No volveré a visitar - salió con indigestión.

Been lots of times, usually just for cocktails at the bar. This time ate outside and despite it being almost completely enclosed with canopy and glass walls on all sides, they allow smoking. Fills the space with smoke, and they seem entirely happy with that. we won’t be back.

The only negative about this fine restaurant is the receptionist and the unwelcoming behavior. We had a booking after reaching there early we were not offered a table and we were seated even after our booking time! Surprisingly, many tables were empty during our dine-in which gave us that we were not welcomed. I will never come again and will not recommend to any one. We had heard bad things about the customer service but was really happy with it! Unfortunately the food for me was just ok. Not bad, it was tasty, but I’ve definitely had better authentic Italian food elsewhere. The pizza was slightly cold and hard and Harry’s tagliolini dish was somewhat ramen-y in texture but the truffle flavour was good. The veggies were yummy, could not fault it. I must say, the dessert was so pretty! Very aesthetic and tasted alright for those who like pistachios and ice cream. I think the atmosphere and vibes and customer service are what did it for me - 10/10. Would definitely come back here for a drink or dessert as the gatsby vibes are perfect for a chilled dinner date but will give the food a miss.

Recently went to Harry’s for a lunch with my friend and enjoyed it so much. Also, Alina the receptionist was absolutely amazing, and all of the staff too.

Great experience, food over the expectiond, flavours and quality of the food superb. Service very professional and helpful, super nice and smiling, felt like Italy, very good experiences. Large range of wines, great classic cocktails! Overall super satisfied, place to visit in Bond Street. Recommendations zucchini flower, steak, focaccia and DOVER SOLE, at the end the mushroom dessert! OmG! Love it!

The food at Harry’s is fantastic, especially the waffle and bacon, avocado toast and the sea bass. Part of the reason we keep coming back is because of the service - Guillermo in particular is very kind, patient and personable. He takes great care of our order week after week. We don’t event have to remember our order because he does it all!

I celebrated my 50th birthday at Harry's Bar and couldn't have been happier with the service and atmosphere. The food was amazing, I had the tonno alla griglia and even received a complimentary dessert for my birthday. The receptionist, Alina, was so kind to offer us a nice table and made the whole experience 10 times better. We will definitely return.

I went on a trip to London last week for the first time and decided to give Harry's Bar a try after seeing all of the amazing reviews. From the moment we arrived, the host Alina welcomed us and gave us a lovely table, ensuring that my partner and I have a perfect anniversary dinner. We had the viral truffle pasta and the toadstool dessert, which were even better than we expected. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience, I asked to set outside but for some reason got refused even though there were empty tables outside, the food compared to the price dose not worth it, very normal place and I would not come again even if the restaurant is the only one available to me.

Walked into Harry's Marylebone as I only go to the one opposite harrods lady who we asked for a table said she don't have 1 available we can sit at the bar she has reservations even though we can see many tables empty So we sat Orders starter's amazing gentleman Mike helped my friend choose a bottle of wine 🍷 After 35 mins we realised restaurents starting to get more empty so we were confused why we still don't have a table amazing mike from the bar got us a small table where 3 of us sat now we ordered some mind including sea food platter we were rushed to order as by the time we got the table kitchen was closing all because of the lady in charge of giving tables played games with us discriminated us made us feel intimidated and unwelcome so I spoke to the Turkish manager as she approached me while I was complaining and told her this is shocking behaviour and it's unacceptable And all they had to say that 4 to 6 tables cancelled last minute what a joke I'm shocked never going there again Food was horrible don't order the sea food platter local Italian can do better

Tucked away a short walk from Bond St station is this great Italian restaurant which offers a variety of dishes at decent prices for central London. The food is authentic, athletically pleasing and the service was good, slow at peak times but good overall. Highly recommend the broccoli pesto pasta dish and tiramisu. Host was very accommodating to our seating needs at peak times.

Came here for my birthday a few weeks ago. The interior of this place was gorgeous and so was our corner where our table was felt very private and not too close to other tables. We were a table of 5 so we ordered quite a few dishes and drinks ect. When we ordered our starters some one us had finished and some didn’t and the waitress was very fast on just taking our plates kind of like they were rushing us. We asked for water about 3 times because they kept forgetting and also our wine. Same thing happened with our mains when one person had finished they were so quick at grabbing the plate away without waiting for the others to finish eating first. Also the pasta was very soft wasn’t al dente and for £20 something per dish you expect at least the packet pasta they used to be cooked correctly. Then it was time to order dessert and we only ordered a few things as not everyone wanted dessert my friend told them it was my birthday so they brought out one scoop of ice cream with a piece a of chocolate that said happy birthday and just plonked it infront of me not singing no birthday atmosphere luckily my friends sang and made it great. The dessert was suppose to be a pistacchio millefoglie with chocolate sauce and caramel all you can taste is that super sweet chocolate can’t taste anything else in it we literally had to share this between 4 of us was super sickly. Lastly we asked the same waitress who was rushing us for the bill and she didn’t bring she was more attentive to brining the other tables their bills rather than us. We ended up spending 50-60 per head and weren’t that impressed.

Polo Milanese was tasteless and the staff were not friendly at all

Went for birthday brunch and was disappointed for a few reasons. Dishes were tiny and bland for the price you pay. My friend asked about a couple dishes and waiter was uninterested and rudely said “it’s pasta with cheese” when asked what a particular dish was. We wanted cheese for our pasta but waiter disappeared and couldn’t find anyone to ask for any. When plates were collected the waiter spilt oil over my friends cream dress. Didn’t apologised and got the hump when we asked for napkins to clean herself up. Took forever at the end to acknowledge we were finished and couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get the bill. Just left sitting there. Didn’t ask if we wanted any dessert or extra drinks etc. Then had the cheek to add a service charge and refuse to remove it. Kept saying we had to pay for it as we had a gift card. Eventually got it removed and paid the remainder of the bill. Do not recommend to go here. Food is rubbish and service was terrible.
