My choice of pasta was not good, but the pizza was good

Came to celebrate a friends birthday . Lovely interior and had lovely interaction with waitress, Soda was very helpful throughout the night and very attentive

Overpriced mediocre food, bad service by wait staff who seem to only have one job. Terrible value for money. Like a terrible cafe rouge with Italian pretensions. Cafe Murano far far better for Italian food

The food was ok But the service so bad and we asked for the manager and he did not say anything just ok I will take off the service charge! And we don’t care about the service charge we came from Manchester and my mom from Kuwait to meet together to this dinner with my family.. the pizza came with no plates for sharing and we waited for a plates we were 4 ppl and the drinks that we ordered not came.. we waited for water not came!! Nothing at all… it was a bad bad dinner and my mom said she will never came back and not suggested to anyone… Service is ZERO ZERO

It’s so bad I want to give them a zero, but I can’t so I give them a one. Imagine a restaurant who doesn’t give you plates? Forget two of our orders, gives you the wrong food and then takes it off? The heating outside is broken and food is cold and they didn’t even serve us our drinks! Horrible manager who thought when we told him of the issue that we wanted to eat for free, it’s an insult! We raised the issue as the service is embarrassing not because I can’t pay! Avoid, do your self a favor and eat next doors, the other restaurant food and service is good. Your money and value as a person is more expensive then this trashy restaurant who’s manger thinks rising an issue means you can’t pay.

the food was very mediocre. the truffle pasta tasted like over cooked indoomie, the toppings on the mushroom pizza were too hard and was mostly bread, the fried calamari seemed like it was under cooked and the only good dish was the seafood spaghetti but it mostly had empty mussles and most importantly the service was absolutely terrible. servers had a poor attitude and it took a long time for the bill to arrive after we requested it.

The shift manager was extremely rude. I asked him if the food contains a specific ingredient because I medically cannot eat it and his response was im not your doctor so i dont know what you can eat or not, in a rude way . Extremely unprofessional. When I confronted him that his response was rude because i’m not asking him for medical advice but for a specific ingredient, he did not even offer any gesture to fix the situation. 0/10 never coming back! Name of manager is Borkat.

A really nice place with a beautiful ambiance and very friendly staff. The manager personally came over and was excellent, making sure we felt looked after. However, the food was just okay—not amazing, but enjoyable enough. I did find myself needing to repeat a few requests, likely due to language barriers with some of the team. There are a couple of standout staff members who were fantastic, but overall, it's a pleasant spot with good drinks and a warm atmosphere. Thank you for the experience!

Probably one of the worst experiences ive had in London, it took too long for us to order and for us to be seated despite having a booking, it seemed like non of the staff wanted to do their job as they were talking with each other rather than taking orders + the food was not the best

This is one of my favorite restaurants in London, but the last time i went there the staff was so rude. The rudest waitress and waiters ever. (Outdoor seatings area) The waiter with black hair , sleek bun/ponytail needs some professional skills to be a waiter. Doesnt deserve this job. When i asked him if my table was ready he replied in a rude way as if he’s going to beat me up 🫤 and the other waitress when we call them the dont even look or come to us, we were literally ignored. When the food arrived there was no cutlery and plates which it was supposed to be on the table already…... they got the plates after when we were done. These kind of staff ruins Harry’s reputation, they really gave me a bad vibe… And last but not least i would ONLY Thank Ramazan for his professionalism. He is the only person deserves to be there. Good person with good manners. This was on 12 october 2024

Horrible food and ridiculous prices! Was served what I can only assume to have been a frozen pizza and charged £16 for the privilege. Avoid at all costs- go to a local Italian instead

Place is lively but food was sub par. Couldn't finish the dish i ordered (pasta Verde) despite going there hungry. Dessert (sundae) wasn't great either - had two bites only. Not recommended at all.

They took a long time to serve the food, even the coffee.

extremely rude staff. the food was devastatingly terrible. the zucchini fritters were GOD AWFUL, so was their arabiatta and tarfuto pizza. had high expectations for the dessert but the tiramisu??? TASTELESS and the mushroom dessert was so average. only the vibes r good, rest don’t even think abt it. 100 pounds for what.

Felt like a 9yr old made the food we ate. The pasta tasted of ketchup. I wish I had taken a picture of the zucchini fritters to prove how lifeless and tasteless they were. The mushroom dessert looked cute enough to post on Instagram and absolutely nothing more. OH and they had run out of plates.

An excellent dinner…. On the other hand, the service is CATASTROPHIC: To begin with, 20 minutes to receive our cocktails (but let's move on), on a Sunday evening when the restaurant is not full. We receive our anti pasti before the cocktails (still waiting afterwards...) where is the logic? Following this, we receive our dishes, excellent thank goodness. Finally, after 3 requests from a waitress to have a dessert, and clear the table. We had to wait 40 minutes for someone to give us the bill without offering us dessert or anything else..... So what's the problem? If you don't want any more tourists, keep it up! This is simply incomprehensible!

Disgusting accusation by the manager Bogdan accusing us of previously coming to the restaurant and not paying the bill. We were not even in the country at the time Of the incident which, according to him took place. It was horrible as we were with friends and insulting as he kept asking my wife if she had a twin who came and ran away without paying the bill asked for some kind of proof, but he could not give us any and went on and on insulting my wife. We were so disgusted and we were in a group so we Could not do much, but if we We were alone we would have called the police. We have never ever been so insulted, and we have traveled the world in the best of restaurants. The management should look into this man And make sure he is in no position to talk to guess in such a nasty, rude and obnoxious manner without proof.

Good restaurant and food after a day of shopping. But the hostess Jenan was uptight and moody seating us, even though we came in with a reservation. She kept picking on us and eyeing us during lunch. Very unpleasant person I would’nt hire her in the kitchen. 👎🏻

Honestly the worst pasta i have ever tasted in my life, it tasted like mushroom water and pasta on a really ugly plate, the servers were barely friendly and busy chatting to each other

The menu needs improvement. Lots of Italian dishes are not available! The steak is overcooked, despite requesting it medium. The pasta is average. The service was also disappointing from most of them. We finished food and didn’t get the drinks. Quite overrated, couldn’t find anything special.

Service is so bad and they are raciest

Food is decent, akin to The Ivy (menu identical font and layout) but the service was slow; drinks order taken wrongly and they left half our table with uncleared plates for 15 minutes. Oddest moment was asking for them to close the door as it was freezing (October!) only to be told that ‘we are not allowed to close the door during opening hours’ so they had instead apparently turned up the heating for us. What?! Just nonsense.

We arrived at the restaurant and stopped for more than 5 minutes before entering, knowing that we were booked. The atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful. I ordered pasta, pizza, and arancini. The pasta was delicious, to be honest, but the quantity was small. The pizza was ordinary. The arancini was very ordinary. The service was very bad. The orders took too long. The employees were arguing with each other in front of us. The order arrived. I received it. It took him about 3 minutes to hold the order and wait for someone to come and drop it off. In the end, the food was normal and crowded, and it wouldn't be worth it if he didn't. You tried it, you tried it, but you won't go again

Outstanding service and food! Brilliant menu - courgette flowers and nduja prawns were superb. Credit to service by Diane and Roberto, I couldn’t ask for better.

food was decent but not super memorable. was frustrating that they didn't allow takeaway, felt very wasteful. they had a bowl of sea salt on the table for you to take a pinch of salt out of which in concept is nice but it felt very unsanitary. the water pitcher did not seem well washed at the top and there was also sea salt on the wall (see photo). will say hosts were very nice so my 3 star service doesn't apply to them

Delicious food and great Italian service

Food was amazing staff were great especially our waitress Viorica she was nice and helped us with our questions. I had to change my review today 30 sep 2024 the shift manger was rude as he'll when we just asked for a bigger table for the three of us he came with an awful attitude and his tone was loud and unprofessional, although I am a regular customer never had this experince before.

I was very surprised by the guy at the door when he said the phrase “we send people home madame” when we asked if we can sit outside instead of our standard reservation. Very rude, I really dont know who hired him . People should know how to speak and treat customers around Mayfair

The reservation guy is soooo rude we had a reservation on 10 and we came 9:50 and he told us to wait outside so we did and came back on 9:57 so he told us again to wait outside 3 minutes then when we came back at 10 he told us to wait so he would check a table for us and we asked him if we can sit in the outside tables even there were some tables free on the outside he said if you will pay 20000£ as a fair that I will get when I do that for you because the outside tables close at 9 he could have just given us the info he is so rude and bring a really bad reputation to the restaurant He didn’t have a tag name on his uniform or I would have mentioned it hopefully an action will be taken in this regard

The treatment we received from the reservation guy was extremely unprofessional and poor. We had a reservation at 10:00 PM, and when we arrived at 9:58 PM, he told us to wait outside for two minutes. When we came back at 10:00 PM, he said, ‘Okay, your table will be ready. Can you wait outside again?’ I then asked him about the outdoor tables, and he responded, ‘I already told you they close at 9:00 PM! If you’re willing to pay me £2000 for the fine from my manager, I’ll let you sit outside.’ When I asked for his name, he replied, ‘I will not give you my name!, I don’t know are you gonna do with it!’” I couldn’t bear it. I’m never coming back to this place!

The worst service I’ve ever had, imagine saying to a costumer to stay outside because he has 10 minutes left for his reservation and we came back he said stay outside as 2 minutes left till our reservation :) before entering the place we asked POLITELY if it’s possible to have an outdoor table , he said if you are ready to pay my salary and 20K fine yes you can! While he can easily say it’s not available. We left before order as we don’t want to pay for such bad experience.

Excellent food and atmosphere. However, at the end I asked for the check and a double espresso. Got the check but no espresso. After spending 20 minutes and after reminding the straff several times about the espresso, we had to leave in order to catch our ride. So we left without enjoying the espresso I had paid for.

5 of us visited 11 September. The first thing that struck me was the lovely decor and atmosphere. Old school with a modern twist with lovely lighting, wall art and no music that you have to shout over, just the sound of clinking of glasses and chatter. Food is good and arrives quickly. Prices reasonable. And lovely hard working staff. I admire anyone in hospitality and Im very grateful to them. Its a great place for date nights, groups of friends and family. I will be back. Thank you.

The mushroom dessert is very tasty, we liked the Bolognese pasta less. Beyond the food which is ok all the other things are shocking. Horrible service, it takes them a long time to respond and even then they do a favor. The restaurant also does not have take-away services, so if there is food left over that you want to pack, there is no option. do not recommend And also very expensive.

The star of this restaurant was our waiter Abdul, we have been sending our friends there and asking them to ask for him. The ambiance is great, tge food is superbe and with offer £20 that's cherry on the cake. But the most important is Abdul is a real gem, he knows every detail of every dish and as a Mideastern Muslim this is very important, he knows what suitable for our dietary and what's not and he advised us of some dish and he was top notch, I will recommend this restaurant highly, the location, ambiance, sraff, food, price.

I was a guest so could not say much but I had ordered the 'Pollo Milanese' which looked dry and very thin when it arrived so it proved to be when i struggled to cut into it.tThe meat had been thinly sliced coated in breadcrumbs and had had the life fried out of it, leaving a piece of chicken the size and thinness of a shoe sole and equally tough.It was hard to cut into with the table knife and hard ,dry and difficult to chew.The piece of lemon was tiny about16th of a lemon and the rocket sprinkled with parmesan offered no lubrication.Eventually I caught the waitress eye and asked if I might have some hollandaise or any sauce to try and moisten the fibres.She came back ,no apology no referral to a manager and had found out that I could have some sauce for £2 76..on the way out I saw another plate exactly the same left by a younger person.She agreed with me it was inedible.I didnt think to take a photo.

Limited gluten free/ dairy free options. They have 2 gf options- pizza and pasta. They did take care to ask about allergies. On a Saturday night it was packed and very loud, hard to have a conversation without raised voices even though we were seated close to each other. This is a heavy tourist area hence packed for dinner. The regular (with gluten) pizzas are very good. Tortellini and spaghetti were flavourful but nothing out of the ordinary. The Seabass was cooked nicely and moist but boring taste wise…had a bunch of argula on top and lemon to squeeze . A sauce on the side would have been nice. The toadstool dessert was lovely to look at with beautiful presentation, taste was underwhelming with just whipped cream and ice cream inside. Service was good and the staff were friendly.

Have been meaning to come to this place for a while. The food and ambience is perfectly fine (the food quite tasty). It is a far more relaxed service than of ‘bygone era’. Then again the service industry had changed since Brexit. I would recommend as one of the better eateries around St. Christopher’s Place.

Seriously had the best meal here!! I highly recommended their Harry’s pasta (the anti pasta), it was unbelievably insane. The toad as a dessert, very light and yummy!! The service is very nice and the vibes of the place is pretty decent, loved the Marylebone branch!

The place is the perfect atmosphere for a date night. Services are premium, food is delicious, Ali the manager made our experience more enjoyable with his professional high standard customer service. He recommend the calamari stars pasta verde, the italian dessert affogato and harrys taglione and they were just perfect. It was our first walk in and we will definitely come back.

Best place to eat if you like good food, bad service, and horrible management! You also don’t need to book! We booked for 3 people and they gave us a table for 2, apparently walk ins take priority of better seating over bookings so don’t bother booking. Not sure if it was a racial issue, but seems very odd they put us in the corner of the restaurant on a small table with broken chairs. If you have the same issue, don’t bother asking for better seating because all of the staff, manager included, are ready to argue and speak to their customers like they’re wrong. Further, they take so long to bring out the food and take your order. Manager is not receptive to any feedback or complaints from customers as well, instead he argues and cuts you off. Compliments to the chef.

Great atmosphere and lovely food however the highlight of the night was the fantastic service by our waiter Diana - she is a credit to your team. She remained calm and kind all night despite being ran off her feet.

Pathetic Manager Bogdan was exceptionally rude. They said no one is allowed to have only coffee you come here to dine. Between 11am and noon. The waitress took great offence as we had a coffee and Bogdn does not deserve to work in hospitality he was raising his volume and saying do not come here for coffee people come to a restaurant to dine. Disgraceful! Not everyone was dining there. Been so many times here but this will be the last.

We ordered a delicious pasta truffle, and the quantity is small enough for one person. A delicious pizza truffle and a sweet margherita pizza. We ordered a regular mushroom dessert, which is not as popular as it is. We ordered delicious cheese balls. The service was excellent at Harry's Marylebone branch.

I don’t recommend anyone to go to this branch specifically!! There are plenty of excellent options around the area which I highly recommend instead of Harry’s if you want to have a good day meal out in london! Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from the manager ( bogden ) bad and poor service not welcoming and not friendly like you’re going to court not a nice restaurant in a very friendly location ! I am a very old customer of Harry’s and always had a good experience it’s my first time going to the Marlybon branch and I was shocked .. it’s a shame for such a good restaurant to have unqualified staff !! I wish for someone from the management to contact me as I want to make this complaint official I’m sure the management will not approve the staffs action and they are not aware of their behavior..

The food was great but the service was terrible. There were two brown petite waitresses who were so rude and we had to ask couple times for service. Julio Ramon on the other hand had an amazing attitude and took over our service and made sure we were comfortable.
