Have been meaning to come to this place for a while. The food and ambience is perfectly fine (the food quite tasty). It is a far more relaxed service than of ‘bygone era’. Then again the service industry had changed since Brexit. I would recommend as one of the better eateries around St. Christopher’s Place.

Seriously had the best meal here!! I highly recommended their Harry’s pasta (the anti pasta), it was unbelievably insane. The toad as a dessert, very light and yummy!! The service is very nice and the vibes of the place is pretty decent, loved the Marylebone branch!

The place is the perfect atmosphere for a date night. Services are premium, food is delicious, Ali the manager made our experience more enjoyable with his professional high standard customer service. He recommend the calamari stars pasta verde, the italian dessert affogato and harrys taglione and they were just perfect. It was our first walk in and we will definitely come back.

Great atmosphere and lovely food however the highlight of the night was the fantastic service by our waiter Diana - she is a credit to your team. She remained calm and kind all night despite being ran off her feet.

Best place to eat if you like good food, bad service, and horrible management! You also don’t need to book! We booked for 3 people and they gave us a table for 2, apparently walk ins take priority of better seating over bookings so don’t bother booking. Not sure if it was a racial issue, but seems very odd they put us in the corner of the restaurant on a small table with broken chairs. If you have the same issue, don’t bother asking for better seating because all of the staff, manager included, are ready to argue and speak to their customers like they’re wrong. Further, they take so long to bring out the food and take your order. Manager is not receptive to any feedback or complaints from customers as well, instead he argues and cuts you off. Compliments to the chef.

We had a lovely dinner here last night. The food was great quality and tasty and the service made it all the more special! WE had great service from everyone, but particularly the Manager, Ali! SO friendly and funny and really made our evening. Will be back!

Pathetic Manager Bogdan was exceptionally rude. They said no one is allowed to have only coffee you come here to dine. Between 11am and noon. The waitress took great offence as we had a coffee and Bogdn does not deserve to work in hospitality he was raising his volume and saying do not come here for coffee people come to a restaurant to dine. Disgraceful! Not everyone was dining there. Been so many times here but this will be the last.

We ordered a delicious pasta truffle, and the quantity is small enough for one person. A delicious pizza truffle and a sweet margherita pizza. We ordered a regular mushroom dessert, which is not as popular as it is. We ordered delicious cheese balls. The service was excellent at Harry's Marylebone branch.

I don’t recommend anyone to go to this branch specifically!! There are plenty of excellent options around the area which I highly recommend instead of Harry’s if you want to have a good day meal out in london! Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from the manager ( bogden ) bad and poor service not welcoming and not friendly like you’re going to court not a nice restaurant in a very friendly location ! I am a very old customer of Harry’s and always had a good experience it’s my first time going to the Marlybon branch and I was shocked .. it’s a shame for such a good restaurant to have unqualified staff !! I wish for someone from the management to contact me as I want to make this complaint official I’m sure the management will not approve the staffs action and they are not aware of their behavior..

The food was great but the service was terrible. There were two brown petite waitresses who were so rude and we had to ask couple times for service. Julio Ramon on the other hand had an amazing attitude and took over our service and made sure we were comfortable.

It was a very nice restaurant with good decoration. Our server whose nickname was mango was very and polite. Definitely recommend!!!

This is by far one of the best pastas I’ve had in my entire life. It was absolutely exquisite and refined. I had Vongole by the waiters suggestion and was not dispointed at all. The risotto was also wonderful. We really enjoyed our meal there. Service was warm and helpful. Highly recomended ✨

As a food blogger and YouTuber I am appalled at how my friend and I were treated. I went to Harry’s at st James street and received a rude and aggressive welcome. We asked if there was a table available the man standing at the entrance said no bye. There were plenty of tables available and we looked online and there were plenty of availability. I asked him again and said there is availability online and he started arguing with me and threatened to cancel my booking. He started shouting to me at the entrance infront of other customers. It was like he was discriminating against my friend and I. We travelled all the way from the other side of London to attend Harry’s and this is how wer were greeted. This event happened on 14th August at 21:50 and we made the booking for 10:15. He had brown hair and an accent and was wearing a suit. I recorded the whole ordeal so I will reach out to the head office or management of Harry’s. Absolutely disgusting service!!!

Poor experience - inattentive, indifferent, unfriendly. Food was mediocre and overpriced, especially for the portion size. For a ‘fine dining’ establishment, I’m very unimpressed.

Had a lovely meal here the other night - great food but what stood out was the service. Waiter Mango made great recommendations and the manager was also very attentive. Nice friendly vibe. Will definitely be going back.

If I could give no stars then I would, we came at around 10pm and we’re discriminated against. Asked if we could please book a table and was told there was no availability, when we checked online there was a table available. The way my friend and I were treated was absolutely horrible. When we confronted the door man about why he lied, he then proceeded to say that he would cancel our booking. This was our first time visiting Harry’s (James street) and what an utter disappointment.

The manager and staff were very rude during our visit, especially to my elderly mother. The manager told her to "be quiet" when she tried to give feedback on her order, which was very disrespectful and unprofessional. مطعم سيء و الستاف وقحين

It was the worst experience ever and worst restaurant we’ve ever been too it doesn’t even deserve a star. We arrived at the restaurant in time for our reservation and we choose a table near the terrace we sat on a table next to ours to wait for our table to get cleaned and then the waitress looked and approached us in a rude way and told us to get up the table ( not even in a respectful manner in front of everyone ) and told us to wait at the reception were space was too limited. Notice that the table we were waiting at wasn’t reserved for anyone because the terrace was out of service

The food was fine although the service was very bad and slow. None of the waiters had a smile on their face and it looked like they didn’t want to be there.

I celebrated my birthday with my husband at Harry’s Bar and the food was sublime! The interior decor is very pretty and the place has a nice buzz. Amberley our waitress was very sweet and incredible at taking care of us, brilliant customer service!

The host, David, was extremely rude, so we left without eating. We asked if our table for five could be increased to six, knowing it might not be possible. David’s response was harsh and dismissive. When I mentioned the table for five seemed small anyway, he snapped, “This is our table, and I know how we do our business.” His disrespectful attitude was unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

The waiter was rude and took our orders in an inappropriate manner, telling us that the kitchen will be closed soon also he told us that the menu had been changed and most of the orders are not available... knowing that the menu had not been changed

Have passed Harry's Bar and Restaurant many a time but decided to give it a go, so glad I did. I visited with my grand daughter and from the moment we sat down our waitress Tej served us with a smile, she was very attentive, she was always there when we needed her, a lovely girl who had a very pleasant manner. The food was impeccable and a wide variety of drinks, we will definitely be back.

Amazing experience and a wonderful waitress and beautiful vibes and well maintained serves aswell as our waitress, Ankita she has wonderful talking skills and was practically social with my table, i appreciate the work and i would absolutely come again.

I went to Harry's Bar for lunch with my family. The food was delicious and our server Ankita was welcoming and very patient with explaining the menu to us and gave us some great recommendations. I wanted to try the coffee after our meal and Ankita assured us that the coffee they served was good and recommended us to try it with oat milk rather than regular milk. To our surprise the Oat Cappuccino was really amazing! A very good experience altogether :)

The food was good, pizza was 8/10 , lobster ravioli 5/10 the vibes were good,but unfortunately some of the waiters were very rude, the service was a bit slow , you had to ask twice for everything. I would come back for the food but I wouldn’t come back due to the service..

My experience was terrible. The waiter wasn’t welcoming at all, when we wanted a dessert he refused and asked us to go to the bar not respecting the old lady who was with me and she couldn’t go there so we left. They should hire more flexible people and have more flexible policy at the end it’s just a restaurant

Matas what a fantastic waiter we had amazing service and the food was delicious. Couldn't recommend here enough.

Overall: fantastic Food was great, nice atmosphere, Matas provided excellent service. The calamari is very soft and tender. My favourite dish here is the pappardelle ragu. They use some sauce that gives is a nice, deep and pleasant taste - one of the best pasta I have ever had! Thanks a lot!

Delicious Italian food, nicely busy, great atmosphere and outstanding service. Just off Oxford Street, Harry’s really has something for everyone. Our party of six sampled pizza, pasta, seafood and the best chicken Milanese. The team are great and Ankita looked after us so well. For the quality of our meal, location and setting it is reasonably priced. We will be returning for sure

We experienced awful customer service from the manager, he was very patronising, rude and condescending when we were trying to convey how we felt during our time there!!! This place is NOT child friendly, some waitresses were giving us unwarranted looks if my child was making any kind of sound. 20 minutes into our meal and they were wanting the table back. We had different waiters and waitresses interrupting our meal and asking us every ten seconds if we were done eating even though I was only half way through my pizza!!! Awful awful awful experience, we won't be going back!!!

Upon my arrival the receptionist was just rude, blunt and very unfriendly! I should’ve just left then however because I used to have lunch there quite frequently I thought it was just her so I Ignored it. I ask for a table on the terrace for 2 and a baby and she said they were fully booked. I then saw a table leaving and said is that one booked? She sighed and said wait there. She came back and said you can have that one but wait while they prepare it so I did. They split the table in 2 (as it was a table for 4) As I sat down these two diners came to sit next to me and said “the receptionist is so rude and lied that there wasn’t a table so they booked a table for 2 right under her nose and got it. I also explained my story and we laughed it off and said she just has a nasty attitude. Fast forward my food came and I had to go and change the baby and feed her. My friend was trying to get a waiter’s attention for over 10mins for them to take my meal to the kitchen were it could be kept warm but nobody came. Ofcourse by this point my food was cold. I then asked if they can pack it to go and the waiter once we got his attention very rudely said no we don’t do take away so he can’t help me, mind you my food was untouched! He didn’t offer to warm it or anything just with a blank face said he cannot help. The receptionist came out and was talking and laughing with that same waiter which showed me they do know how to smile and be nice just not with paying customers! The terrace was pretty empty although she said they were fully booked and I was so annoyed with the service and situation that I didn’t even eat yet I paid £132 for horrible service which led to me not even being able to eat! Not one time did a waiter come to my table to pour my still water or ask if everything was going ok! Disgusting from start to finish and I am appalled at how the service has changed for the worse. Take a look at my plate just before I left just how they brought it out but freezing cold at this point

We had a terrible experience, the general attitude towards customers was bad, and dismissive. The staff were obviously not willing to look after anybody since it was towards the end of the day, 20 minutes before closing time the lights were almost closed and nobody was paying attention, we asked for a box to take leftovers and were told they dont allow take out!!

I visited Harry’s for lunch today after being in the area. The woman at the door was very welcoming and seated us even though we didn't have a reservation. Unfortunately, the waiter who attended to us was rude and condescending. His behavior was unprofessional and left us wondering if it was due to our perceived background. He didn’t introduce himself, and his attitude was unacceptable for someone in hospitality. We decided to leave and will not be returning. I will also be sharing this experience to highlight the establishment's discriminatory behavior.

I went for dinner with my friends and it was a complete disaster. First of all, when we were ordering the girl seem like she had never read the menu and kept leaning over us as we pointed want we wanted. We thought, ok she may be new, she could have read the menu in advance, but anyway. Secondly, when she brought our wine she smashed one of the glasses, again, poor thing she is new, but then they forgot to bring the glasses of water they had removed (glasses when inside). Third incident, after waiting for our mains for over an hour, we decided to ask, what a surprise it was that “there was a problem in the kitchen” and the order had never gone through. The mains came fairly quickly after that. However, as if all the other incidents were not enough, one of them was the wrong pasta. The food was bellow average, I am not sure if it was because they prepared them quickly trying to compensate their mistake or if it is their normal standard. And what it blew my mind is that after all of that they still put the service charge, although they were not surprise when we asked them to remove it. The deserts were nice and tasty.
