We had breakfast this morning when we saw the "economical" prices in the window, without knowing that not only were they going to charge us an extra 12.5% ​​for the service, but also that the prices were going to be inflated before applying that service, since that the prices in the window are for takeaway. Total: 38 euros for two lattes, a New York Roll and a tartlet (both sweet at least from the previous day, since they were not crispy).

We had tea and cake here and loved it. The cakes were incredible. They looked beautiful and tasted as good as they looked! Staff were lovely and very attentive. We loved it so much when we saw another Cafe Concerto in Covent Garden we went to that one too and it was just a good. Excellent food and a lovely atmosphere.

The staff were amazing.I was disappointed with the cheesecake. There was nothing wrong with it. For me it was the taste. I know not to expect MY cheesecake, but it wasn’t for my palette. The whisky coffee on the other hand was fantastic.

Don't come here at all. The food here is not tasty at all. The waiters and other staff are terribly rude and walk around with a displeased face. If it were possible, I would just pay for the water. Everything else sucks

I had a cappuccino and One croissant this morning, I have paid £9:23. It is extremely expensive offering frozen croissants that you find at any cheap coffe shp around and the cappuccino was nothing special. I would suggest that you go to a another chaîne coffeshop as you save for sure 4£. Very disappointed

Ale, our server was very attentive and ready to take care of our table. Small talk always the experience better and Ale was good at this. We had dinner and we are certainly going to try this place for breakfast.

Some friends and I went to eat some sweets this afternoon at this establishment. The sweets are good but the service is terrible. We were constantly rushed by the waitress to place our order. She came to talk to us to take our order the same minute we sat down at the table, I told her that I needed a few more minutes because we didn't know what we were going to order, a minute later there she was again asking about what we were going to drink (that was everything happened so quickly that I hadn't even gotten to the drinks menu). My friends and I were having a relax day, without rushing things and all of this made our experience horrible. What's worse than someone rushing you? Delicious cakes but we won't be back because of the service.

I been with my family in Caffè Concerto and it was a very bad experience… Just the coffee it was good but the waitress ..she was so rude… she ignored us for at list 15/20 minut and we been waiting at list another 10/15 minut before she come to took the order … .the place was very quiete so I can’t understand how a place like that with so much staff can make costumer wait so long for no reason ! And when i go inside ask where it was the toilet the barista answered if I have order … 😦I was like … of course and then in very rude way he show me the way for the toilet unbelievable.. I been working in hospitality for 15 years and I never see anywhere a place so unfriendly like that with costumers

Honestly very very bad cakes that we couldn’t even finish and they were very pricy! Not recommended at all for the deserts we ordered: honey cake, chocolate fondant that doesn’t melt, mille feuille made with butter not cream. All we bad.

The establishment is nice to look at. The meals were humdrum and the waiter acknowledged that my wife has a gluten allergy, yet he still served her meal with regular toast on the plate, touching her omelette. The service was so-so and they seem to have no issue with non-patrons using the bathroom. Breakfast for 2 with orange juice, a latte and an American was almost $100 US. We will not be returning to this or any of their locations.

Whole experience however soured by manager accusing us of not paying, on leaving, notwithstanding bill already being settled with our waiter. No apology or any acknowledgement from manager! Destroyed otherwise good experience!

The interior of this café is beautiful, straight out of a 1920s painting. Unfortunately the service was really bad, the receptionist was very rude and the waiter wasn’t that better. For a place like that in central London, peak tourist area, they need to welcome their customers with a finesse and elegance that matches the visual atmosphere of the “Caffè Concerto” branches. After ordering a sirupy sickly sweet strawberry lemonade that cost me 10£ (with service), I wasn’t too keen on trying any of their food and I’ll definitely not be coming back soon.

Very nicely decorated cafe near Piccadilly Circus. That's why almost all guests are tourists visiting London. Elsewhere in the area you will find the purest tourist rip-off. Had breakfast here which was very disappointing for what you pay. I ordered the salt beef breakfast which was the worst salt beef I’ve ever had. I’m not sure you could even call it salt beef, it was just some really cheap processed meat.

I ordered an oat latte and a plain croissant. The latte was delicious, with perfect temperature and delicate flavour of arabica coffee, I asked her to make my croissants warm, and she did it. The croissant was served with marmalade and butter, and it was exquisite fresh. I really recommend Cafe Concerto to those who are around the area and desire to enjoy a coffee in a beautiful place. 😍

The lemon meringue tarte was too sweet and i could not distinguish the flavours. The tiramisù was not a tiramisù. The service was also really bad. We asked three times if we could pay and they ignored us.
