Terrible matcha. I don’t think matcha should be on the menu if you don’t even know how to make it. I ordered a strawberry matcha which came grey. And the strawberry “syrup” was more like jam which didn’t mix well with the milk. So they were like separating and a weird texture. Service was fine and the food was nothing special but overall it was an underwhelming experience. I wouldn’t recommend going. And won’t be going again.

Hello, Very disappointed with this place... Beautiful window display but truly awful SERVICE. (And I weigh my words carefully). The wait was interminable!!!!! Avoid if you're passing through Piccadilly Circus. None of the service... (except for the excellent waiter, NAWFEL!) Sincerely.

My favorite spot in town for everyday breakfast. Always the best service from Georgiana and Rashid that are super friendly and professional !

I loved this place...it was my first experience in London and I felt like I was at an English tea party. In addition to the Caffe Cocerto being beautiful, Wellington's service was perfect, cordial and kind. Very friendly. I will carry this beautiful memory with me forever.

For a place that clearly presents itself as a pastry spot, the quality of their baked goods is poor - institutional grade, mass-produced at best.

Husband & I had lunch there. He ordered the coronation chicken sandwich and cold beer. I had some scones with cream & strawberry spread. Both were okay, not amazing. Staff was very busy, so... not very attentive, but kind. Atmosphere was okay, felt a little over crowded. There was a fry on the floor next to me, where I almost put my purse! And, the women's restroom was so dirty (with a poop blowout) that the ladies were in line for the men's restroom. If the restrooms were larger (than a one person stall) and there were a few less tables on the floor (helping the crowded atmosphere & allowing the servers to be able to be more attentive with fewer tables)... it would elevate the experience to be 5 start worthy.

We walked in for breakfast early in the morning and were greeted by friendly servers. A bit pricey but expected for the location.

Everything was lovely, and we're so sorry we didn't tip but we couldn't - it wasn't possible when paying with card, and we hadn't gotten any cash yet (just arrived).

Caffe Concerto gave us a very pleasant experience. Hafiz our waiter served us well and our deserts came very quickly.The food was delicious from the bread on the side to the chocolate cake. The service was amazing.

I had a wonderful dinner experience at Café Concerto. The food was delicious—flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. What made the evening even more special was the exceptional service provided by Rejaul. He was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend Café Concerto not just for the food, but for the excellent service. A small budget all the same but the setting is magnificent, the servers are pleasant and the pastries are succulent. A little fun break before resuming your visits.

Unfortunately, my experience at Caffè Concerto Piccadilly was quite disappointing. The coffee tasted like colored water, completely lacking in flavor. The fruit was served warm, which made it very unpleasant to eat. Although the restaurant presents itself as Italian, there was little to no attention to the quality or basics of real Italian cuisine. Before claiming to represent Italian tradition, they should first learn how things are truly done. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.

This was a very good experience for me as a first timer to London. I now have been here 2x in less than 3 days. Service is fantastic. They are helpful without being overbearing. They also made me food off menu since I’m on a strict diet. Food, wow, it’s great. Tastes amazing and it’s very filling. Definitely worth the value. Regarding the atmosphere, it’s large but has a very cozy feel about it. I’ll be recommending this to anyone who visits London.

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous High Tea on Friday April 18, we were impressed by the quality of service and the food. I had hoped to have high tea and Fortnum and Mason forgetting that it was a holiday weekend. You came recommended by them and I am grateful to have found this gem!
