Amazing place, I HIGHLY recommend the chocolate brownie and ice cream. It is literally to die for. Would go again if i was in Green Park.

I wasn't very lucky with the chocolates I chose, they weren't bad, but I expected more. They were average, but everything looked very nice, maybe it was worth giving them another chance.

One of the calmest and most beautiful cafes in Picadilly. The products are very nice and the prices are reasonable. The place is spacious and stylish. The staff is friendly and fast. The manager, Ms. Rahime, takes great care of her customers and is a very friendly lady. It's a place we visit a few times every time we visit London and enjoy it as a family. I definitely recommend it

Finally I found the best Turkish cafe in London. It has been exactly 2 years since I visited Istanbul. Been trying to find a decent Turkish cafe with great atmosphere and great range of deserts and coffee. I remembered the decadent desert shops selling Turkish delights and a range of deserts and sweet treats. This shop does not disappoint. Had 2 Turkish coffee and tried their cheese pastries. Both really good. 👍 They sell Turkish coffee and tea. Staff were friendly. Can’t wait to come back to try their pistachio ice cream. I loved the way they put a chocolate with their coffees. 🤩

The cafe is big, lots of seats. The staff are adorable! The pistachio latte is a real delight! With pieces of pistachio. The Americano is a real one! A big one! Everything is perfect

The prices are high but the place is quiet and friendly. The cappuccino is good. There are lots of servers and you don't feel left out or in a hurry to leave.

Decor is nice, but difficult to make ourselves understood to serving staff. For some reason they are only using disposable plates and cups, which considering the quite high prices is a bit of a disappointment. Cakes are almost £7 and coffee over £4?

This place when it first opened was amazing. I used to come here all the time with friends and family. The salep, the biscuit cake - it was all delicious. However, I went in for the first time since COVID at the weekend. This place has gone downhill. It was 7.30pm and they advised us drinks would be served in takeaway cups. Absolutely fine. However, the cakes were served on paper plates - do these guys not have crockery? Some of us asked for syrup for our iced coffees. It took three different members of staff to each respond with a different answer. Ultimately, we were told the iced coffees are not made with syrup. Syrup is only available if the customer requests it. The customer was requesting it but none was forthcoming. When we thought it couldn't get worse, when we requested tap water for the table, we were given two plastic cups of water and three takeaway espresso cups to decant into! I will say the hot chocolate was great, as was the truffle cake and apple and cinnamon. The carrot cake was stale. I am likely never coming back here again. I can now totally see why places like L'Eto (which I personally don't rate highly either) is doing so well.

Orders are not the same as pictures displayed on the menu or around the cafe, i ordered a winter hot chocolate and what i got was nothing like the picture displayed. Very dissapointed! Also the cream was extremely soft it melted instantly.

Insane prices; not value for money cakes, and where internet does not work (no matter wifi either). I ordered an apple cinnamon cake about £6:45 and what got was a thin slice with bigger than cake amount whipped cream which I was given without even asked! Upon requesting it to be removed it was done. Tryiny the thin apple cinnamon cake I found it dry, uninspiring and of average quality. My friend ordered borek and he also said the same about the quality. For a cake, borek and 2 coffees a total of £28 I found it bitter to swallow. I have in the past paid and do not shy of paying for expensive cakes but this is like a joke. Needless to say I won’t be returning and I do not recommend this overhyped and overpriced place!

We were very happy when we came across the world of coffee during our London tour, Ms. Serpil is very friendly and today we satisfied our longing for Turkish coffee 🙏 We are planning to go for breakfast tomorrow morning and try their pastries.

Dijo que era su manager así que caminé y le expliqué al manager que era una perra de servicio y está en su arnés y mostró su prueba... Querida, esto es comida que no podemos. En inglés roto. La detuve allí mismo y le expliqué el requisito legal de dar acceso sin discriminación. Fue a la vez humillante y embarazoso en igualdad de medidas. Nos fuimos sin servicio. No permitas que gente como esta haga esto. ENTRENE A SU PERSONAL. NUNCA volverá

Mi hija y yo visitamos aquí ayer mientras estábamos en Londres para el día de compras de Navidad. Qué hallazgo fue esta cafetería turca. Tan educado y acogedor, la próxima vez que estemos en Londres sin duda volveremos a visitar aquí. Mi hija tomó un latte de pistacho (tenían leche de avena así que estaba feliz) y yo tengo una taza de té encantadora. También nos dimos el capricho de un bollo descarado con mermelada y crema (estos eran para morir por caliente y directamente fuera del horno! ) 😋 El personal aquí era extremadamente agradable y educado. Es un buen lugar limpio para tomar una taza y relajarse. Dale una oportunidad a este lugar estoy segura que no te decepcionará. 👍 👏

We pop over to Kahve Dünyası,when visiting West End in the hope of getting a touch of Turkish Cuisine and Turkish Coffee. I asked for simit and Turkish tea it was not available. Then ordered Turkish Coffee and a panini. Unfortunately,on this occasion I wasn’t impressed with the menu and service. The Turkish coffee was no where near the one we make at home and was of very poor quality. The panini toast was also not impressive. Neither the salep was.It was pure sugar. I couldn’t drink it. Sorry Guys,you have some home to do to represent our beautiful,World Class our traditional foods. All the best.

The coffee we had was terrible and burnt(cappuccino)and the service had an uncaring attitude towards us. The only good thing about our experience was the strawberry tart.

Delectable Turkish baklava and other delights at relatively affordable prices.

This coffee shop is located in the center of London. Its location is very convenient, just above the shopping street, and there are also different restaurants and coffee shops nearby. This store has a lot of seats, so if it's not a busy time, you can definitely find a comfortable seat, and each seat is also far apart, so it gives people a casual feeling. They sell different products such as cakes and breads, as well as sandwiches, different drinks and ice cream. There are so many choices. We tried their chocolate cake and cheesecake. The chocolate is very delicious and worth trying, while the cheesecake is average and can be ignored. It provides restrooms, but there is only one disabled person using the restroom, so you need to queue up when there are many people. In addition, their food prices are relatively expensive.

In this cold weather we want something hot and refreshing thing to start a day, then we find this place called Kahve Dünyasi cafe. Here we tried white mocha with oat milk & strawberry milk shake, both are excellent taste and quality, the texture, sweetness & quantity everything is up to the mark. Definitely recommend to try here The service here was soo good and the person named Pavan was soo good in service with a good smile and so helpful in understanding the menu. The atmosphere here was soo warm and smooth music with this kind of food was great time to spend in here. Definitely coming back again to taste this feast once more.

Well, there are some positives but mostly a bad experience. On the positive side, the Turkish coffee was decent, and the same goes for the raspberry cheesecake. The atmosphere was good too. Other than that, the service was seemingly uncaring, and they also almost forgot to bring one of the items that we ordered (something like a mince pie). The good thing was that they noticed on their own and brought it much later. Despite that, it wasn't fresh, and it was noticeably too hot and dry due to being thrown into the microwave. The most outrageous detail is that the prices on the menu do not include VAT. As a result, the only way to know for a customer is if you read google reviews or when you pay, which leaves a bad taste when you eventually pay way way more than you think. On top of that, there is a service charge for that horrible experience with minimal real service. All that makes it way too expensive for what you get. I would not advise someone to go there. There are probably many more and better places to visit if you want something similar but better.

Went to this venue in the winter and requested a frozen lemon and mint drink, been told they don’t serve this drink during winter. Went there recently requested the same drink and been told their beverage machine needs repair. They have increased their prices by couple of pounds per item. It is not worth the hype of paying for a soufflé £12.50 when it no longer comes with any ice-cream and baked in cup cake paper. The venue is not clean and nothing to do with Turkish owners. I felt like the venue has changed ownership as it does not have the Turkish vibe anymore.

Best place to have a lovely coffee

It started with a bad experience as we entered the cafe, without being told that there was an additional fee, saying "you can go ahead and we'll serve it to the table". Then, even though I wanted a macchiato, espresso was delivered in a shot glass and I asked for a change. They said okay, they took the coffee away, nothing came, and they wrote it on the bill. Don't waste it, there are many better alternative places, and the prices on the menu do not include tax. It is not a suitable place for a Turkish business and it damages the brand.

We have been customers of the coffee world for many years. We prefer Dede Kahve Dünyası points for intercity travels. The personnel at your Nakkaş Güney sales point, instead of making sales, serve to tarnish your brand in order to drive away customers. We took a break at the facility around 18:00 on 18/07/2024 as it was the hottest day in Turkey. We ordered two freshly squeezed fruit juices, although they came out of the fridge and were said to be cold, the juice was at room temperature. When we wanted to add ice into it, we were told that the ice was too big and I could not put it in. (We wanted to pour it through the shaker but it was rejected) Then we asked for two iced glasses and they said it was forbidden. We said we could pay whatever the price was, unfortunately we did not get a positive response to that either. We left by taking fruit juices like imam's ablution water. By the way, the reason we didn't buy a cake was because flies were flying around in your cupboard where you displayed cakes, sandwiches and croissants. Our ice needs were supplied free of charge from another reputable and professional foreign chain store at the next stopover, whose name I do not wish to disclose. We hope you will take our comments into consideration and respond back.

The employees in the cafe are very friendly and polite. We were also very pleased with their service. The air conditioning and ventilation inside are very good for the hot London weather. There are sandwich and breakfast snack options. There are also plenty of ice cream and dessert options. If you want to drink classic Turkish tea, you may not be able to find it; tea bags are offered instead. Thanks again for the service.

First of all, the person at the till did not understand English proficiently enough to serve customers. I asked her if they had sweetener and she told me about the vegan milk options, I explained what sweetener was politely and she proceeded to tell me about the syrups; when I finally managed to make her understand what I was asking she said they didn't have any but as I walked out I saw some on the tables outside. I walked back in and ordered a small turmeric late with almond milk, she entered cappuccino with hazelnut syrup, I corrected her and finally went to wait for my coffee. The gentleman making it was about to use cow's milk so again, I had to tell him it's almond milk, then he asked if I was hoping to get a shot of coffee in it as their turmeric latte didn't have coffee, it was just the milk and turmeric at £4.20, ludicrous!. Honestly, I should have just left in the first instance so I have no one to blame but myself in that regard. The latte wasn't anything special either, needless to say I won't be going back.

I came for afternoon tea two days in a row because I found my favorite carrot cake here, which has a rustic taste that I love. Today I also ordered baked apple cake, which was also very delicious with soft cream.

Remodeled in 2024, too bright, less enjoyable. I have been coming here for nearly 10 years. It has been one of my favourite coffee shops in London, until today. I've been away a few months and came back to a newly remodeled interior. Changed seating, OK. Changed wall decor, boring and not so beautiful anymore, OK although disappointing. However, the worst is the lighting. It is simply too bright and now it is uncomfortable to be here. My eyes hurt. I can't relax and enjoy my time here, as I've done for nearly 10 years. There are 75 lamps over the staff counter. 20 on their back wall. And another 50 lamps over the front corridor of the customer seating area. Why? It's too much. Unnecessary. Wasteful. Bad for the environment and waste of your electricity bills. Unpleasant. I don't think I will be coming back unless they reduce the seating area lighting. If they want to light up the product area near the door, fine. But what customers want to drink coffee under nearly the brightness of medical office level lighting? Please change this. You will lose customers and I heard the staff complained about it too. Love your food and drinks. Good staff. Poor atmosphere as of just recently. Please change this, thank you.

Hot chocolate always good. Asked if they do afternoon tea for 2, completely discouraging, I asked if they did vegetarian sandwiches as sandwiches are part of the afternoon tea. I couldn’t get a coherent response from either waiting staff. Very frustrating. Couldn’t understand this was for a future possible booking. Sort yourselves out please.

Lovely café! The turkish coffee was divine and I want to come back for the pastries and date ice cream! The man at the cashier was very nice and explained to me how to make salep, only negative was that the waiter that served us seemed very lost and kept messing up our orders so we had to ask someone else.

Date 27/04/2024. Most of the desserts on the menu are not available. The friendly Turkish service staff has changed, the decor has changed, there are no coffees we can buy. I am really sad.

It is a place where you can drink real Turkish coffee in London. The only problem is that there is only one toilet in such a large area.

Delicious hot chocolate! The carrot cake was so good. They are friendly here. One of the waiters, Mr. Pavan (I hope I remember his name correctly) was very accommodating and polite. Toilet was clean and well maintained. The dining area was actually cleaned well despite being crowded and in the center of a very crowded tourist place.

I have been a regular at this franchise in Turkey and unfortunately the quality hasn’t reflected to London, sadly. Coming from AUSTRALIA I was ecstatic when I stumbled across it in London. I really wanted a Baklava a nice pistachio one would have hit the right spot Staff were very friendly and attentive. The Turkish coffee was on point and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The borekitis ( Turkish minik poaca) with potato was small and one mouthful but it was warmed in microwave so it was chewy.

Awful service! they were almost empty and we had to wait for 45 min since we placed our order. In the end we had to leave! We waited 45 min for 3 icecreams that we never got them at the end!!! The managers behaviour and staff unacceptable. Staff luck of training, we had to confirm the order 3 times with the waitress then when we kept asking her where the order was she was saying it is coming we are preparing now... And only when they saw as leaving they took the glasses to put the ice cream in.

Amazing place amazing staff and amazing food We went there for my son’s birthday day and had a great time Ahmed and Ozgar and Vidayana were really wonderful and looked after us so well. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Recommend this place highly good value for money. We had club sandwiches and there amazing cappuccino’s. Wish they did Turkish tea and Kunife . Location is good but they either out of something or food looks quite poor.

I have been coming to this cafe for years but have noticed that the last few times the service was extremely poor. It took them 20 min to clean the table where I was siting after previous people (I had to ask them to do it 4 times). Turkish delight and decaf turkish coffee were not available. Employees just standing and chatting. Avoid. Cafe definitely went downhill.

After a while, I came back to edit this review because I'm utterly shocked by what I have experienced after being a customer here since 2012. In 2012, my review would have 5 starts, but not anymore. It was one of our favourite places to have pistachio or vanilla ice cream along with real turkish coffee and any other food or drink. We went back after a while recently, and we were shocked by the state of the caffe. Soooo different to what it used to be. It's dirty, not looked after at all. Lamps covered in dust, including the shelves, floor not cleaned properly, furniture stained, walls scratched and not painted since probably opening, the paper placemats are being used several times, not onceike before. Literally falling apart looking place ( look at the picture of the cupboard. The glass shelves with food behind not wiped properly, you can see smages which putting you off to order anything. I was shocked when I sat to order my drink. This coffee is not the same Caffè we used to go to and definitely lost its spirit :-( . I would be embarrassed to invite or recommend this place to anyone.
