Sickly tasting cesar salad with browned leaves, suspect yesterday’s left overs. Pita chips were stone hard and cold. The waitress was friendly and atmosphere nice but sadly won’t be returning.

We came here for a birthday bottomless brunch and we all left very happy. The food was delicious, I have the chicken and halloumi kebab, very filling and great companion to the unlimited mimosas. Zaki was our server and he was great! Very attentive

Anika and Imad were really good, polite and welcoming. The food was delicious. Had the ceaser salad and sticky toffee pudding. Loved the pudding and I wish to have it again with cappuccino! Love the ambience of the place.

It was a lovely dinner we had with Sabin wonderfully serving us. We were a group of 10 people and it was amazing how smoothly Sabin served us and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask for anything. Definitely a great place with great food and lovely people.

Had dinner there today and the meal was lovely. However we spotted a mouse crawling around on the floor. The servers never came back to give us a bill and when we went up to pay they didn’t give us an itemised bill. When it came to more than expected we were told it was due to service charge and a charge for tap water. Started to feel sick after seeing the mouse. Will not be returning to this branch of meghans. It was underwhelming for the price.

Amazing restaurant. I have been to several Megan’s but the Kingston restaurant was exceptional. This time around I ordered a mezze bowl , it was equally delicious and healthy which made my dining experience guilt free. I am a great fan of the dishes Megan offers and will definitely be back to explore more dishes in this fantastic ambience. Sabin , did a wonderful job with prompt response and played a vital role in elevating our experience. Good luck!

Had a lovely time this evening. Our waitress was lovely, I believe her name was Seline? Sorry if I misspelt her name! She was very welcoming, and gave us a glass of Prosecco as she noticed my partner and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. She noticed we were German and begun conversing with us which was a lovely touch! She definitely made this a memorable anniversary with her good humour and attentive service. Megan’s please give her a promotion. I’d love to have her work with me in my cafe in Chichester!

Went for dinner last week with 2 friends. The place was very quiet.We ordered our food, one friend and I sharing the calamari and halloumi fries. My other friend ordered a chicken thigh and halloumi open plate The calamari and halloumi arrived and no sign of the other meal. After waiting a while, we queried where the other meal was. Eventually we had to eat as our food had been sitting getting cold. My friends meal arrived once we had already eaten our cold food. Zero communication and disappointing to not be able to eat our food together. Good drinks though

Went for brunch. Waiter who took our order was very friendly and pleasant. Long wait for food but when it eventually arrived, although cooked very well, it was cold. Coffees arrived after food. Although the restaurant was quite busy the wait for the food and coffee was too long and very disappointing when the food was cold.

I went some many times with my friends. My expercience was always great in that restaurant I recommend to everyone to go there if you want to eat something different than usal. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Sabin was amazing, best service i have had in a long time. he was very welcoming and attentive to my table.

My waiter, Sabin was very professional and catered towards our every need with no reluction. He was very accommodating and welcoming, my water was consistently filled up whenever it went low, he was very polite and friendly, probably the best waiter I have ever had. The food was also very good and the set menu was a perfect amount of food for me.

I was there for brunch with my family. Food was good. But I expected more, shaksuka came in the cast iron, thought it would be pipping hot but just a tiny bit of warm. Very attentive service.

It is our second time here and i love this megans in Kingston. Nice, patient and kind staff in Richmond. I also like the one in Richmond and the one in Clapham common. Everybody are so relaxed and nice working at Megans. It is a joy to come to megans. Thank you so much for having good kind staff working for you. I love this spot in Kingston I am a regular and find it very cosy and the perfect place for a catch up. The ambience and food is immaculate and the staff are all very friendly. Sabin was extra attentive and really made my experience lovely!

Avoid this establishment at all costs!!!After spending nearly £300 we were told we are not serving you any more drinks as we want you to get home safely..throughout our booking we were not rude or offensive to anyone that was around us or to the staff. Never at the age of 50 has a restaurant refused to serve me. Two bottles of wine between 3 women over two hours with food & water for the table is not excessive. Our only crime it appears is to laugh within our group in a restaurant that was practically empty!!Horrendous experience in a mediocre restaurant at best! Megan’s get a new manager as the one you’ve got is highly insulting with zero people skills!!

It started off so well, out for a dear friends 52nd birthday, we had laughs and fun as you’d expect for a birthday celebration…when we asked for another drink we were refused by the manager - reason being, he was concerned for our journey home. Sorry, what?!? We do not need micromanaging As full grown adults, we had had 2 bottles of wine between 3 women and 9 beers between 3 men …over the course of 2 hours. We had spent in excess of £300 for our meal/drinks…the manager was rude and very offensive, I will never eat or recommend this restaurant ever again- feeling irritated beyond! Megan’s - get a better more experienced manager because he read this very very wrong!

More like microwave hasty prepared food and overrated for the price. This Turkish push by Private Equity owners , quite demeaning. Reflects poorly on the muddle Middle classes pull to be like sheep clientelle. Maybe why the excess lamb on the menue.
