Megan's at the Griffin Restaurant (Kingston) in Kingston upon Thames

Went on two separate occasions and both times not impressed with customer service! One occasion seated but no one arrived for over ten minutes to ask us for our order! We had to call someone then told someone will be coming soon. The restaurant was not busy. Second occasion told they don't have any croissants, whats the point of handing out discount cards when you can't actually use them. When given these cards you should be advised how they work, expiry date etc but no one does! Very poor customer won both occasions. Spoke to manager who was not helpful at all. Never going back or recommending this place.

I went with 4 friends for an early dinner before Adam Kay at the, Rose so ideal for us, friendly service and tasty food enjoyed my sharing platter, there was lots of tasty food to try! Slightly chaotic paying the bill but all fine

Manager is not competent. Got our drinks wrong the first time, spent ages waiting for food and drink. When our drinks finally came, the milk was out of date and curdled in my tea!!! Still charged us service charge with nothing but a dirty look from the manager.

Fantastic meal - we ordered a sharing platter for two - it was more than enough for two people and a nice way to sample lots of dishes. Enjoyed a fantastic cocktail too. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Beautiful calm ambience, lovely coffee and pastries. I will make this place my mental energy charging pit. Plenty of seating.

Lovely evening - exceptional service by Ellie and Tilly. They were so welcoming and helpful with making sure that both us and our dog, Fig were looked after. Delicious food, great drinks - well priced and a very relaxed atmosphere. Will be back, would highly recommend!

Great place for an early evening bite to eat. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and service was top notch from the moment we entered the place. Emily, our main server for the time we were there was chatty but not over doing it, very responsive to our little asks like ‘garlic yoghurt on the side as opposed to over the dish’.
