I had the most incredible experience! The service was outstanding, with a lovely waitress offering us to take our cocktail vessels home as souvenirs—how cool is that? The Dead Red Zombie was a highlight, especially with the dry ice; it felt magical! Plus, the atmosphere was lovely and everything was spotless. Honestly, I can't wait to return and try more from their menu!

I needed to kill time and was looking for a coffee when I stumbled upon this place. You can access it from outside the church. There's a shop with lots of London souvenirs to buy. The café/restaurant is located in the crypt, with its tombstones, exposed brick, and vaulted ceiling. Very pretty. I think they have jazz sessions. I only had a coffee with carrot cake, and the service is self-service. The prices are reasonable for London. The staff is very friendly. A very charming place.

I was at Pret in Chelsea and had the pleasure of being served by Tsetsi. In my 7 years living in the UK, I’ve never experienced service like his. I was feeling down, and without me even saying a word, he asked how I was doing. Then, he gave me a bar for free. I asked him why, and he simply said, “Sometimes a small act of kindness can change someone’s whole day.” It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched me. Thank you, Tsetsi — your kindness meant more than you know.

I was lucky enough to have visited The Express Tavern for lunch. Lovely pub but even better restaurant area. Was waited on by the manager who recommended my starter, duck gyoza, beautifully cooked steak and a naughty chocolate dessert to finish off. The house red was absolutely lovely and went so well with everything. It was a lovely sunny day too, with a gorgeous look over the garden area. Hope to go back soon. Highly recommended!!

If you get there for an early lunch, this place is an oasis from the heaving crowds at Borough Market. Chill at the cool dark ground floor tables or up above on the terrace overlooking the market. The wine list is good with nice options available by the glass. The food was charcuterie and sophisticated tapas-style plates of very high quality - I had two plates around £12-14 each and both were exceptional. There were also a few slightly more robust daily specials available. The staff were all very friendly and happy to discuss the menu in detail. This is the nicest place I have found in a while - I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.

We called and drove half an hour to have bingsoo, they said they would be able to serve us if we arrived by 8.30pm we arrived at 8.22pm and staff refused to serve bingsoo at 8.28pm. We mentioned that we called to ask availability and was turned away. Staff were very rude.
