Super Singh's in Hounslow

I visted with the family after an airport of drop off at Heathrow. The food was okay and half decent but the hygiene of the place is a joke. Dirt built up on the back door leading to the outside area and saw a staff member picking up saice bottles from outside area and putting them on tables inside with the door open. Our table was by the door leading to outdoor area and saw rats 🐀 running around and the was concerned they could easily be on tables and bottles left on outside tables and with door open easily come inside the Restaurent. I will be surprised even if this place has a 1 Star Food Hygiene Rating and needs to be inspected by the council to shut down for a clean. It was certainly my first & last visit to this place and big let down to the SUPER SINGH name.

Cute little shop. The owner is super nice and talked to us for a while and told us a lot about his shop. A must for me when I'm back in London

Drove all the way to hatton cross for this pizza. It had no TASTE. The girl who served us was so rude, pandu, no manners & abnoxious when I complainted the pizza had no taste. No customer service at all. Won't be coming back

Olives seem stale and the pizza base doesn’t seem to be baked properly. Disappointing experience. I have ordered a meal deal and they forgot to send my can of drink.

We had a very good time at Super Singh’s pizza . Out side sitting is a very good option at this restaurant. We had starter with drinks really delicious. Starter was on time fresh and hot . We had 2 large pizzas in our main meal . Tastes great as it was expected. I do recommend this place for eating

Delivered the food nice and hot✅- food quality was questionable🤔- the Deluxe salad had minimal chicken topping for £5.49- which was disappointing and a rip off!- Pizza was made thin pan and nice✅- the masala chips were stale and the chicken tikka wrap had more tortilla than fillings- the satay chicken sticks were burnt - overall an poor experience- this place used to be excellent.

Pizza was amazing. Could improve the decor and service needs to be more responsive. They seem to be more concerned about orders than serving customers.

This place is in walking distance from hatton cross tube station, which you can reach from any heathrow terminal for free. Overall I can recommend it when you are in the area and are looking for vegan food!! Loads of options and it is clearly labelled

The driver was friendly and patient.

The time kept increasing, I called the restaurant, they said the food was ready but driver had not arrived. The food arrived lukewarm to cold. I tried to call just eat to see if we could pick it up, but could not get through. The driver did not follow instructions, we had to go up to a driver on a motorbike and ask if they were from just eat.

All of the food was cooked well and absolutely delicious.

The pizza was bad it was burned from the base with ash stuck on it topping was very stale never going to order it again

The staff member I spoke to over the phone was poorly trained. When I asked about the ingredients in the veggie burger patty, she said she did not know. Veggie burger was excessively oily.

Food was warm to cold, requested thin base pizza but didn't get it, the satay sticks are normally tasty and flavoursome but they were very very sweet this time, requested no cucumbers in the paneer wrap but got them anyway, paneer wrap had absolutely no flavour at all, all the food was a disappointment today

Was amazed to find vegan options and this good in the area! Should definitely be a go to for fast food, some of the best I ever had. Had the chicken style burger, Lemon & Herb Lollipop (which was sensational), and the World Famous Warrior Fries (which was such a good mixture of ingredients). Highly recommend this place, you’re missing out otherwise.

Pizzas veggie tasty but think they're frozen bases..if they made the fresh pizza bases they'd be amazing and maybe get more business. Premises a bit weird inside - looks like someone's house - sofas? But ok didn't feel very "clean" but kitchen was spotless. Good prices, service was quite quick about 15/20 mins

These guys are passionate about vegan and vegetarian food! That's why the food is so good.

Food is good but no parking space

Great place and very different food. Western cuisine with Asian tinge. If you want to try continental food in dhaba style them this is the place. And very much approachable on route to Heathrow airport.

We ordered masala fries and chilli cheese fries, these were great and kids really enjoyed it. The only downside is when we asked them for tap water they said no! Seeing there were kids in tow I found that quite odd. This is the first eating outlet I have come across that refused giving tap water so instead had to buy soft drinks! Further, we were using the garlic sauce bottle and very crudely the staff came and took it from the table without asking if we were done. Small positive gestures and politeness towards the customer do count. Service and customer service was average though food was good- this was the only plus!

Just amazing people. I do believe we got the service and really enjoyed our time there . Let put it this way we close the Restaurant down for the night and they told us we are welcome Back anytime.

Food is okay, but what let me down is that the chicken burger literally had 4 small pieces in the burger. Like how could you even cal that a burger.

The atmosphere felt like being back in Punjab. Don't know if that's the intentional style of decor but it felt like being back in the Punjab sitting in a dabba. Food was great!

Ordered a takeaway. Good prompt service. Pizzas are reasonably priced especially for those with dietary requirements. The non-meat substitutes are OK.

This use to be one of my favourite Pizza's, so good that I use to travel almost 2 hours each way, but recently it's just been terrible! Our average spend for 2 of us use to be around £30 and we ate good! Now our spend is almost £80, more than double, and the quality is gone horrific. I don't mind paying more but not for food that doesn't taste good. Recently my last 3 orders have all come out wrong, and to top it up, the STAFF think they are right and shout at you as if we did the wrong. I will not be coming back here again and you have lost a customer who has been coming here for 5+ years. What you don't realise is we recommend so many people here and we travel from far to eat good food but quality is just not the same.

Not what it used to be unfortunately. We always made this our 'go to' place when picking up or dropping relatives to the airport. I remember the owner and he always had wicked banter, explained the menu choices etc. Fast forward some years and customer service is not up to scratch, prices are on the high side (especially sides) and I don't believe that they cannot provide tap water (really?). They also make it seem like I'm insulting them for asking to pay by card. Come on guys? Uncle and aunty was nice, we took our 3yr old outside to feed their chickens which was a good experience.

For some reason the wraps were all of paneer rather than being 2 paneer and 1 veggie patty. It was a shame as they were called but unfortunately I was not beloved that a mistake has occurred. Nonetheless, all were very dry. The masala chips were fabulous but no sauce was given despite the amount spent. However the delivery was very much appreciated on time. Thank you

Not as much flavour as I expected - the vegan meat "loaded" pizza didn't have many vegan meat bits... essentially just a margarita pizza with decoration. The burgers were better, but still not exceptional - Indian food I expect to be more flavoursome than what I got. Very speedy delivery tho.

Flying in from America and getting to Heathrow at 9:00 pm leaves very little options for dinner...luckily Super Singh's came to the rescue! We were able to place an Uber Eats order and had it delivered to our hotel for when we arrived and I was way more impressed with the food than I thought I would be. The menu is fully vegetarian with vegan modifications for any items that are not fully vegan because of using dairy cheese. There are too many options to choose from, and prices are very reasonable. We had to try a little bit of everything: BBQ Chicken Lollipops, Masala Fish, Margarita Pizza, Doner Wrap, and of course the famous Warrior Fries (a must order!). Everything=chef's kiss. I couldn't believe it was all vegan, especially the fish: I had to do a double take! The Warrior Fries seem to be one of the big things here and I see why: I couldn't stop eating them! Super Singh's is true vegan comfort food. The customer service is also phenomenal: I found them on Instagram and, being the indecisive person I am, reached out asking for recommendations. I got prompt and kind responses for every question asked! The fact that they are responsive on social media is a huge deal for me, especially when there are questions that need answers. And the portions are pretty darn good for what you pay-just do yourself a favor and go order you some vegan junk food from Mr. Singh, you won't regret it!

I was so happy that there is a vegan/vegetarian-friendly restaurant on just eat. I like the food quality, but several things were missing on my Veggie Feast Pizza - the kidney beans, the tofu, kidney beans, spinach(instead there was a lot of coriander), and aubergine...

Restaurant prepared food in time but the delivery person wasn’t assigned for almost an hour and all items were cold by the time I received food.

The vegan milkshakes are unbelievable. I had a classic Oreo which was 10/10, also tried the lollipop chicken sticks which were tasty.

I was extremely disappointed with the service received at Super Singh’s. What was meant to be a casual meal turned into a very upsetting afternoon. The owner was extremely rude and spoke to us in an aggressive manner because we were not happy with a food item. Instead of fixing the issue at hand, he continued to yell at us which we were shocked by! Never have I ever seen this type of behaviour before. No way were we going to sit there and take this bashing and decided to leave. Although we got a full refund for our purchases, I thought it was unnecessary for his behaviour and will never be going back! None of the staff were wearing facemasks and the owner also told us to never go back. Just so disappointing, especially with everything going on in the world at the moment!

Really delicious food and variety for affordable prices. They have a range of options available from burgers to mock meat and it's a great place for someone who is vegetarian/vegan. They also cater for special dietary restrictions like no onion/garlic which is fantastic. It's small and parking is challenging (only a few spots next door) but food is amazing so I recommend it.

My son went vegan an we struggled to find the occasional takeaway for him. He discovered this and it was a bit of a life-saver. The two for one deal was excellent value but does not seem to be on offer anymore. Masala fries a pleasant change. We joined him late at night in the cafe a few times and there was always a constant stream of visitors. In the summer months there is an outside seating area at the back which was pretty busy. Not sure about during lockdown as my experience dates back to late 2019. Very limited parking next to cafe or in the street nr pub or car park

Had a couple of veggie pizza Tasted pretty good Could not make out if this is a pizza place it all-round veggie fast food place. Masala Fries are very good the pizza was tasty too With all the new competition it's going to be tough keeping up with the new innovaters in this market place
