Best cafe/kebab in Brentford they make you feel right at home

I ordered from this restaurant often bit I've noticed the food is going down hill and the portion sizes used to be worth the money, it's 3 pound extra for chips with a meal that i order sometimes and that used to be a proper portion now it's just a handful. I've put notes on my orders for extra onions or sauce and this used to happen now they don't bother. I feel the service and food has changed alot recently

This is feedback to you from a customer. I asked you politely if you could add ham and egg into my potato - it was not a demand - if you did not want to add this or wanted to charge me a fee for extras - then you should have called me or gone through Uber to collect a charge for me or tell me directly it was not possible - if you wanted an additional fee - I was more than happy to pay. In the end the person cooking my food left me short - the potato was cold, the cheese that I paid an extra £1.60 for was not melted and the ham was soggy. There was no egg. So the only extra was the ham. Which in my view is deserved considering the lack of care in cooking the rest of my meal. I do not appreciate this passive indirect cultural approach. No customer likes this. It’s rude and patronising. Whoever wrote “next time would like to anything else free” on the package was firstly - odd, and, to me importantly; needs to learn good customer service skills. In the long run - having employees that can not communicate effectively with their customers their business views and resort to these inner personal manifested type of behaviours will only alienate them, and sadly make their own lives more unhappy and polluted. As for me - there will not be a next time. Once I leave I never go back!

Worst breakfast. The hash browns were full of oil & the potato was black inside. The chips were hard and tasted stale. The delivery was on time and none of the order was missing. Just a shame half of it was inedible

I recently tried a kebab that completely exceeded my expectations. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, bursting with flavor in every bite. The grill marks added a delightful smokiness, and the accompanying sauces complemented the dish beautifully. Fresh vegetables added a nice crunch, while the warm, fluffy bread was the perfect vessel. Overall, it was a delicious, satisfying meal that I can’t wait to enjoy again. Highly recommend!

It was my First order with you was nice There's two things that could have done with being a little hotter as it was slightly on the cold side I could do with being a bit more generous on the Donna meet So let's chips war meet 😋 overall nice 👍

Stopped over in Brentford for a few days to visit Kew gardens and Richmond. We stopped for breakfast at Jennys Kebab and received a lovely welcome from the friendly proprietors and staff. The cheesy omelette breakfast was amazing so good we returned the following day! The cafe was busy with locals picking up a wide array of both Turkish and British meals. Nothing was too much trouble. Our kind lady proprietor gave us a parting gift of baklava which was absolutely divine. Thank you from the four ladies from North wales

Food was cold and bread rock hard

Ordered the chicken shish with chips. As kebabs go, it was fine. I did ask for extra chillies and they only put one in the box. Chips weren't hot. Unfortunately wouldn't order again.

the food was good as it always is from jennys but my problem was with the driver who wouldn’t give me the food without a code which i’ve never had to give before he was rude and by the time i got my food it was cold

Sausages had a weird oil taste

Didn’t get what I ordered and what did arrive wasn’t presented well looked fit for the dogs dinner.

My personal experience was very unpleasant. The food wasn't fulfilling, and the service also took quite a lot of time. A bad experience altogether!!

One of the staff member with beard is ruthless no sense to talking to customer

I went there to take dilivery and even I didn't asked anything the guy working there was rude said get out it's the worst first ever experience in life ..

Lovely doner wrap and chicken doner. Friendly, professional staff. Very clean, and nice chilled atmosphere. Will definitely visit again

Tasty chicken shish for £11.90. Good portion size. My only complaint is that the bread is a little bit too hard to eat.

One of my favorite place around. Loved the Kebabs, The Burgers, the Milkshakes. All succulent. Staff was all friendly and very welcoming too. Felt like home. Decent price for what you get. Would come back as much as I can.

Would have been 5* if they had given me the runny eggs that I asked for. No straw with the milkshake, not everyone has straws at home. Apart from that the food was lovely but I really dislike hard eggs and it was clear that they were cooked that way and not through the journey of delivery

We were walking by this restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best meal we ever had during this trip to London. The chicken shish were roasted perfectly. The chick was very juicy and tender inside. Very friendly staff. That's something we will always miss.

Lamb Doner was very greasy. It probably explains why the Pitta Bread was sent seperately. Was the meat freshly cut? I'm no so sure. They sent me 2 chilli sauces and 2 garlic sauces but I ordered 4 chilli sauces? I've had better from here. I will order again but one more sub-standard order sent to me and I won't be back. Unless Stevie Wonder works here there is no excuse.

Items missing, and the toping with a jacket potato is ridiculous for the money, meaning there is none and comes dry. My first few orders where amazing now there just poor.

Chips were undercooked. Bacon baguette was nice. However if you want to order side items make sure you clearly write separate boxes. They decided to put beans and tinned tomatoes in one box together it was a mess! Bean tomato soup was awful. Puts me off ordering again if you cannot package food properly and in separate secure containers not boxes that aren’t meant for liquids!!

Have really enjoyed take away from here in rhe past. UnforUnfortunately today the bun was stale and the chips were not fresh. Very disappointed so I will not be ordering from here again.

I’d like to make clear everything wrong with our order was the fault of Just Eat and not the restaurant! Our driver collected our order and then went offline for over half an hour. When I called Jenny Cafe to ask where it was they went outside and found the driver waiting for another order from KFC. My house is a 2 minute cycle from the high street. He could have delivered it 5 times over. The rider then told the guy on the phone that the order was cancelled. It wasn’t and he still had our food.

Hard working guys , deserve better location

Food was good and reasonable prices,excellent customer service along with good portions better than many Hounslow food outlets as i live in Hounslow and have tried it here but this place has much better portion size.Definitely recommend this place. 👌

Kebabs always great here. Although last mixed kebab disappointed as hardly any chicken, just a straight lamb doner. But usually a hidden gem of a kebab place

Jenny’s has a special place in ny heart. I’ve been going there since I was a kid. It’s a family run restaurant and you can bet your top dollar that family is what you’re gonna get. Lovely food, lovely atmosphere. Even has football on for local fans. Best kebab in town. Would recommend it to anyone. 10/10

Lovely kebab, lovely boys , the homemade chilli sauce hits the spot , try the chicken doner and chicken shish its a delicious combo will definetly recommend.

Really nice. But I didn’t get any chilli peppers again and I don’t feel as though I’ve had a proper kebab if I haven’t had any chilli peppers. I don’t have lettuce in my kebabs so would it be a problem for you to add chilli peppers instead? Or, better still, add them to your menu on the extras so I could buy them

XL lamb doner and chips. Fantastic doner meat, nicely cooked, not too fatty or salty. Pure meat flavour. Chips were perfect. Good salad and sauce selection. Will need to reconsider my rating system after eating here.

Quarter pounder with cheese tasty but disappointed - You resturant on just eat when ordering have a look as ordering a quarter pounder or half we don’t get a choice - ONE CHOICE ??? We want salad onions etc and a one sauce — NOT HAVE A SALAD NO SAUCE OR SAUCE NO SALAD MADNESS !! Anyway boring burger fantastic kebab - THANK YOU

Honestly, if I could I would’ve give zero stars but I can’t🙄 my friends got the same food as me but then when we received our meal mine was very different compared theirs. The food I received was underwhelming as I got half the proportion my friends got. Additionally, I had ordered to get pita bread but INSTEAD ended up getting a rotten tortilla. THIS PLACE RIPS U OFF (besides the fries), I payed £7.90 and now I have no money left for the rest of the week ‼️‼️. INFACT AS IM TYPING THIS IM EXPERIENCING STOMACH ACHES SINCE I JUST ATE THE DISAPPOINTING MEAL. I was a loyal customer before but this has made me furious. Never coming back here again😘🍑.

Good old Jenny's; still there, still has some guys working there who have been employed there for years. Jenny's is a Brentford High St Institution. Open early and closing late, Jenny's has served up kebabs, schwarmas, burgers, chips, chicken, bacon and egg brekkies/brunch etc for years now to the Brentford High St in a clean and hospitable environment. The loos are always clean if you need them as a customer, and the staff friendly, fast, and efficient. Many local people who live near Jenny's enjoy regular meals or snacks or just a coffee or tea there regularly, and the staff know them all and look after them well.

Highly recommended kebab shop - and café - directly on the High Street by the bus stop. It’s a cosy little restaurant to sit in very comfy to eat-in, plus they also have a couple of tables available outside. Enormous choice of kebabs and other dishes freshly prepared. Their prices are very reasonable and portions are big, excellent very tasty food! I had a lamb kebab with chips and salad - served on a full big plate! Fabulous for the hungry traveller! They’re not licensed, hence soft drinks only - which is no problem. Very nice friendly and efficient table service. I’ll be back!
