Delicious food and drink, courteous and happy customer service. Especially welcomed and looked after by Suzie, making Jenny's a pleasure to visit. (Even the customer toilet is one of the cleanest I've seen in any cafe.)

Usually always get my order correct, unfortunately missing the egg from the sausage bacon and egg sandwich this time though.

rice overcooked, and the 'carne' not sure is beef, by the orange colouring - not tasty at all. ended up throwing most away.

It was ok but I’m not sure if you have changed the recipe for your chicken, you use to have just plain chicken but this was different and tasted a bit like chicken tikka, so sorry but I prefer the chicken you use to have. Salad was nice and fresh but the red cabbage was very vinegary, we prefer red cabbage that isn’t pickled. Thank you for following order notes we appreciate it. We will order again but not the chicken shish. Food was hot and we had the code ready to show the delivery driver

Clean cafe with small seating area. Nice to be able to sit inside and have a fresh grilled shish kebab after a long day at work. Lovely freah salad along with other menu items. Wide selection of soft drinks available, topped off with friendly table service.

I ordered from this restaurant often bit I've noticed the food is going down hill and the portion sizes used to be worth the money, it's 3 pound extra for chips with a meal that i order sometimes and that used to be a proper portion now it's just a handful. I've put notes on my orders for extra onions or sauce and this used to happen now they don't bother. I feel the service and food has changed alot recently

This is feedback to you from a customer. I asked you politely if you could add ham and egg into my potato - it was not a demand - if you did not want to add this or wanted to charge me a fee for extras - then you should have called me or gone through Uber to collect a charge for me or tell me directly it was not possible - if you wanted an additional fee - I was more than happy to pay. In the end the person cooking my food left me short - the potato was cold, the cheese that I paid an extra £1.60 for was not melted and the ham was soggy. There was no egg. So the only extra was the ham. Which in my view is deserved considering the lack of care in cooking the rest of my meal. I do not appreciate this passive indirect cultural approach. No customer likes this. It’s rude and patronising. Whoever wrote “next time would like to anything else free” on the package was firstly - odd, and, to me importantly; needs to learn good customer service skills. In the long run - having employees that can not communicate effectively with their customers their business views and resort to these inner personal manifested type of behaviours will only alienate them, and sadly make their own lives more unhappy and polluted. As for me - there will not be a next time. Once I leave I never go back!

Worst breakfast. The hash browns were full of oil & the potato was black inside. The chips were hard and tasted stale. The delivery was on time and none of the order was missing. Just a shame half of it was inedible

I recently tried a kebab that completely exceeded my expectations. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, bursting with flavor in every bite. Stopped over in Brentford for a few days to visit Kew gardens and Richmond. We stopped for breakfast at Jennys Kebab and received a lovely welcome from the friendly proprietors and staff. The cheesy omelette breakfast was amazing so good we returned the following day! The cafe was busy with locals picking up a wide array of both Turkish and British meals. Nothing was too much trouble. Our kind lady proprietor gave us a parting gift of baklava which was absolutely divine. Thank you from the four ladies from North wales

Food was cold and bread rock hard

Ordered the chicken shish with chips. As kebabs go, it was fine. I did ask for extra chillies and they only put one in the box. Chips weren't hot. Unfortunately wouldn't order again.

Sausages had a weird oil taste

Didn’t get what I ordered and what did arrive wasn’t presented well looked fit for the dogs dinner.

My personal experience was very unpleasant. The food wasn't fulfilling, and the service also took quite a lot of time. A bad experience altogether!!

Tasty chicken shish for £11.90. Good portion size. My only complaint is that the bread is a little bit too hard to eat.

One of my favorite place around. Loved the Kebabs, The Burgers, the Milkshakes. All succulent. Staff was all friendly and very welcoming too. Felt like home. Decent price for what you get. Would come back as much as I can.

Missing items I put the comment down and they didn’t read it at all and put things on that I can have on my food making it useless to me

Would have been 5* if they had given me the runny eggs that I asked for. No straw with the milkshake, not everyone has straws at home. Apart from that the food was lovely but I really dislike hard eggs and it was clear that they were cooked that way and not through the journey of delivery

We were walking by this restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best meal we ever had during this trip to London. The chicken shish were roasted perfectly. The chick was very juicy and tender inside. Very friendly staff. That's something we will always miss.

Lamb Doner was very greasy. It probably explains why the Pitta Bread was sent seperately. Was the meat freshly cut? I'm no so sure. They sent me 2 chilli sauces and 2 garlic sauces but I ordered 4 chilli sauces? I've had better from here. I will order again but one more sub-standard order sent to me and I won't be back. Unless Stevie Wonder works here there is no excuse.

Items missing, and the toping with a jacket potato is ridiculous for the money, meaning there is none and comes dry. My first few orders where amazing now there just poor.

Chips were undercooked. Bacon baguette was nice. However if you want to order side items make sure you clearly write separate boxes. They decided to put beans and tinned tomatoes in one box together it was a mess! Bean tomato soup was awful. Puts me off ordering again if you cannot package food properly and in separate secure containers not boxes that aren’t meant for liquids!!

Have really enjoyed take away from here in rhe past. UnforUnfortunately today the bun was stale and the chips were not fresh. Very disappointed so I will not be ordering from here again.

I’d like to make clear everything wrong with our order was the fault of Just Eat and not the restaurant! Our driver collected our order and then went offline for over half an hour. When I called Jenny Cafe to ask where it was they went outside and found the driver waiting for another order from KFC. My house is a 2 minute cycle from the high street. He could have delivered it 5 times over. The rider then told the guy on the phone that the order was cancelled. It wasn’t and he still had our food.
