Stopped by for a lunch whilst at work, service was great and the lamb jalfrezi was spectacular. Home made breads, rice was perfect texture and taste and good portions and easy parking

A spacious lovely pub that serves great Indian food at a reasonable price

Great Indian Food (Usual pub fare also available). Fast friendly service. Clean and comfortable venue. Cheaper than average beer and cider. Can't ask for much more.

Great tasting food, they make it the way you want when you tell them. The only reason they didn't get five stars for quality of food is because the naans are a bit chewy. I don't think these are made on site. Delivery was on time, very friendly driver and everything come piping hot.

Chicken dry & overcooked and all of the food in the order was quite cold. Flavour lovely but let down unfortunately.

The food was delivered early and was very hot on arrival. The quantity was more than i had expected and the taste was amazing! I would definitely order again.

The meat had a slight odd smell, but I thought nothing of it. Upon tasting it I could not decide whether it was undercooked, or a bit past its best. The fish and the onion bhaji were great as usual. However I'm disappointed to learn from the delivery packaging that the meat dishes are halal, when it does not state this in the details about the restaurant. Our household do not eat halal or kosher meat. I would ask the restaurant to state this for others who have.

10/10 absolutely the best Indian resturant in the area. Bit expensive so I don't order unless there's an offer, but honestly, superb cuisine. Good portion sizes. wish you could order direct as delivery drivers can deliver cold food. and the resturant can't refund you. Just eat, just won't.

Out of this world!!!! Had a stop-over in London for the night and was looking for a local pub and our host suggested The Bell on the Green. All I can say is WOW! They have a standard pub menu with burger and fish n chips but the Indian menu was off the chart!! So many tasty options I did the milder Butter Chicken curry and my husband got the Chilli Chicken curry with egg-fried rice and garlic butter naan (bread). When I say they mouth watering I’m not joking, the flavors brought warmth to your tastebuds and warmed you on a cold winter night. We stuffed ourselves with food, beer and enjoyed the cozy bar atmosphere. The pub was busy I assume with locals and regulars that were there watching football ⚽️ and playin pool. Our server and what appeared to be the manager on duty stopped at our table multiple times to check in on us and meet our every need. Can’t recommend enough, we return in 2 weeks and can’t wait to dine there again!!

Order mega mix grill , what a disappointment from a busy establishment. Lamb chops was hard as rock , kebab was dry ,tangdi and wings were taste less , didn’t even bother to try haryali chicken tikka full of green colour . To me it feels meat and chicken was cooked 2-3 days ago and microwaved. Popadom was the best part of the meal.will not order again .

I ordered my food and received an e-mail from yourselves at 18:43 with a delivery time of 7:30. The food arrived at 8:10ish. THis is really annoying as we ordered food quite a while ago.

Tikka masala was 90% sauce with only a few pieces of chicken. Ratio is ludicrous. The aloo gobi had soft potatoes and peas but cauliflower was fried but hard as if it was left from early in the day.

Was 95 minute delivery, but at least they called to tell me, and very apologetic at the door. Quality food, rice is large, one enough for two people. Don’t get the cheese nan, was about 5a% cheese the rest bread.

Food was very good. Garlic bread with cheese was perfect and really cheesy with lovely toasted bread. Chicken Stir Fry was spot on as I asked for not spicy. Lovely fresh ingredients and really flavourful. Driver was charming too. Have ordered a few times and will continue to do so. Top marks.

I always order the fish goan curry and it’s always 10/10 this time it was awful. It wasn’t the same recipe at all, the fish was stale and not fresh. It had a batter on it which it never usually does. Really bad

this place is a family favourite. Foods always decent and there's something for everyone. samosas are a firm fave. curry always tasty and well cooked and rice is gorgeous.

I ordered at 5pm for 6:30pm delivery was 25 minutes late Wrong rice delivered the onion bhaji was flat and greasy not a crispy bit on them the keema naan was cood. Rang them and to their credit they sent out correct rice more soggy fatty onion bhaj

Craving Curry Overnight stopover at Heathrow we googled “pub curry near me”. We picked The Bell on The Green. An easy uber ride from Heathrow, we had a feast of dishes from an extensive menu that has something for everyone. We ordered Chilli Chicken Curry, Dahl, Saag Paneer, chapati, saffron pilau, Tomato&Onion Salad, minted cucumber raita, pappadums. Everything was freshly cooked and tasty and generous. We pass through London about once a year so will definitely come again.

Wow! The response from this establishment to my review is insane. Instead of taking criticism, they have doubled down with some racism just to show how terrible they are? The racism in the reply is astonishing. My name means I must own an Indian restaurant or be a mindless clown? Their food is just as horrible as their attitude as evidenced by the egotistical, racist and rambling reply. Shocking that a business would behave like this in an open forum. Terrible. No idea why they have decent reviews. I had to bin all of the food. Masala chips were stale as if half cooked and then mixed around in some spices and left to sit there for a day. Butter naan was stale. Final straw for me before it all went in the bin and I had to concede I'm £36 down, I saw a hair floating on top of the Chicken Korma. Judging by my delivery and other reviews, it is clear that The Bell on The Green does not care about quality and more importantly, food safety. I have reported to Uber Eats and FSA. Please avoid!

Went in today to watch football, walked in and a bloke obviously local was kicking his phone about screaming and swearing staff just looked at him. I stayed to watch the game but I like rough pubs but this was horrific, toilets were a disgrace no lock on door and toilet paper all over floor and this is a so called restaurant

Great food and beer, both at a very reasonable price. Just be careful not to over-order as the portions are large. We had the Indian food so cannot comment on the British menu for taste, but the couple next to us had the burgers and they seemed very happy too.

There was was old hard chicken pieces in the tandoori wrap. And the chip tastested bad did not eat much of them. The large mixed grill was ok though.

I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday at The Bell on the Green, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had a lovely private space for the evening, which made the celebration feel intimate and special. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout the night. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. Everyone had a fantastic time, and I would highly recommend The Bell on the Green to anyone looking for a great venue for a special occasion.

from being told driver on way it took over 45 mins for my order to then arrive, I only live 15 minutes max from restaurant so when it arrived it was all cold, driver delivered to other locations before me.

Slightly disappointed with the place. The house grill was 100% sizzle, but unfortunately 0% taste -- in other words, a gimmick we fell for. Fish and chips was decent, but also rather tasteless. I recommend you visit Indian Palace 5 min away instead, if you want authentic, affordable and tasteful Indian

I ordered biryani, it was the worst one i have tasted in my life, no spices, sweet Raitha for biryani seriously? And the veg curry for the biryani it gave us the rotten smell how could I even eat it when I can't even smell it. Please don't sell biryani.

Delicious food every time we order!

I found that place by accident. And still visit it regularly. My puppy loves playing in the garden. Staff is very friendly. Food is tasty, wine is great. Tried chilli calamari - amazing!

Unfortunately felt a little let down tonight the food was extremely late even though time add already gone up so was over an hour late when it did arrive it was lukewarm and the kitchen had not taken any notice of the note left on the order tried phoning but they did not understand what I was saying but I did get a call back to apologise and asked if I wanted the problem sorted but it was a little late after all this normally I don’t have a problem with them but on a positive food tasted great

my second order from here, this time was very disappointing. a dish that is supposed to be mild was very hot. a fried side that tastes like the oils not been changed in months, the flavour you come to know and love just not there and a vegetarian dish with hardly any vegetables. a real shame

Party of 10-12. Server was a little annoyed it seemed. And misinformed us about a food order being non-dairy. So....one of our party members was sick the remaining of the eve after dinner. Other than the server not knowing how the food was prepped or what allergens it contained, the rest of the food was great! I'd definitely eat here again. But if you are allergic to anything or have intolerance, I recommend to stick with what you know.

Just purchased a takeaway from thos place, ordered a Chicken Tikka Massala with other things, the chicken tikka massala was basically tomatoes soup either chicken chunks, absolutely not a curry of any definition

If i could give the delivery rider a 10 star rating i would. He was absolutely wonderful and patient. Even though delivery was late, it was completely understandable. The restaurant was also very patient and kind in helping sort out any issues. The quality and portion was definitely worth the price
