There is a bathroom and shower... I don't know if you can take a break, but there should be no stress when you start... whoever is unloading has to go to the back... first there will be a small gate where you will ring the bell and they will open it, then you will go to the scales and they will tell you where to put the truck, then empty you leave the company and go back in to put it on the weighbridge, get papers and leave.

Tables not cleared or cleaned, staff too busy chatting instead of serving and toilets are disgusting. Poor attitude from the manager. I asked if he could clear the table, but he just ignored me and I ended up doing it myself. This us totally unacceptable as there we 3 staff on and it was not at all busy

This looked promising when viewed on the internet. Firstly I would call it a sports centre bar, serving food, not a cafe ! The staff are friendly and the toilets are clean. Unfortunately the food was extremely dry and over cooked. I have not had a crispy fried egg since visiting a transport cafe in the 1970's. I am guessing the cook is young and inexperienced, as I would be embarrassed to serve food that had been re heated more than once. This appears to be a local place for local people ! so they will not be bothered that we will not be returning. Second cup of tea was asked for and never came. The coffee was lukewarm. What a disappointment

Lovely cafe but can get very busy with table blockers. Good value pot of tea and earn stamps on your loyalty card. Friendly staff who carry teay for customers that need help. Really nice touch. Thankyou

Second year visit for flower show and of course another two visits to Deli. Food absolutely delicious. Unfortunately seemed to be short on staff again. Long wait in queue, then another wait for food. Lovely to sit in the courtyard, with good food and coffee. Shortage of forks and spoons and serviettes. Will be back next for certain.

Good place to watch football and a great selection of beers. Definitely one on the nicest and friendliest pubs around!

This cafe bakery is a true find! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread and brewing coffee. And let me tell you, those aromas don't lie! But what really sets this place apart is the staff. They are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

Stopped here at about 1210 so early for lunch. There was only one sandwich and two tuna melt panini rolls to choose from very poor at this time of day. One panini chosen and toasted this I was told very nice it also had cheese and a light onion filling along with the tuna. I had a tomato and basil soup which was served with two lightly toasted sour dough bread slices. The was also nice. It appeared lots of tables being used by people on laptops who look like they have been there ages. Well this is Cambridge with lots of students.

Booked a weekend break with the caravan and motorhome club that had a bar and restaurant. Our normal MO is to eat out on the Friday and cook for ourselves the rest of the break, but the food was so good, we ate both nights of the trip and had breakfast to boot. Staff were fantastic and friendly, and our two greyhounds spread out in the bar area. Would recommend if you are in the area to pop in.

Puccino's is on the London bound platform of Hitchin railway station. I am a regular customer at the Stevenage cafe and as I was in Hitchin and in need of some refreshment I decided to check it out. There is a good variety of hot and cold drinks available as well as snacks. The chap who served me was polite and my drink was just how I wanted it. There is a small seating area or you can wait outside on the platform. It was clean and tidy.

Just ate with my wife and her dad and his wife. The food was absolutely fantastic, we came for breakfast which is reasonably priced uses good quality ingredients and wasn’t greasy at all. One of the best cooked breakfasts I’ve had and certainly the best in the area.

I came here on Monday for lunch with my daughter and her friend. The food was delicious very well presented very freshly cooked. We all had different dishes and we loved it so much. The lady who served us. She was so good so professional and she was working so hard as it was only her working as a waitress, but she was lovely. The chef would come out sometimes to bring the food out to the customers,,and he was so nice as well and he was making sure everyone was happy. Overall I would definitely recommend this place hundred percent, my favourite one to go from now on when I need to go for a lunch in town
