The Breakfast Burrito is fantastic, the staff are amazing, attentive, friendly and caring. They seamlessly cater for my dairy intolerance and now even remember my order which makes me feel at home

We were excited to find an authentic Greek cafe and not disappointed with our find!! We had Gyros and a pie. The salad that accompanied them both was delicious. The tsatziki was yummy. We stocked up on some goodies to take home. Lovely staff

A great end to the night with my partner. The small plates and boards were absolutely delicious and just the right size for us both. We were checked in on and looked after incredibly well. My partner Ryan asked for recommendations based on the type of wine he enjoyed and was given three options that he loved. The general vibe was very cosy and relaxed and we were offered the chance to move from the high tables to the sofa area once any were free, although we were very happy where we were!

Small but beautifully formed. Eclectic playlist and friendly atmosphere for a chilled girls evening out. Good choice of drinks and delicious mocktail for the driver. Definitely be back.

I’m grateful I made the mental note to try this place while I’m still in Bury and the women who work there were so so so chatty and genuine nice people. I went in with no idea what to have, I’m often very picky but today I told them I was leaning towards their cajun chicken and that they could choose the rest! They offered up the best additions, even suggested I get it in a wrap and I was all for it. Totally inexpensive as well, so affordable and I think this is the true selling point for Hatters Sandwich Bar, other than their delicious fresh ingredients of course. Pop in for breakfast or lunch and you’ll be sorted right out :)) I WILL be back to try more variations!!!

Popped in here with a mate for a hot drink on a wet morning in BSE. Coffee was really good and a refreshing upgrade on the usual and overpriced Costa/Starbucks offer.

I started going to No5 about 3-4 months ago, and it has Now become my number one place togo, the food is Fantastic, and the staff and service is incredible there super nice ive never once had an issue they accommodate your ever need to the best they can, This the BEST spot in Bury St Edmunds , I couldn't recommend it or praise it More. Great place for Saturday brunch, Sunday roast, Burgers, Afternoon tea and Surf & turf. We have been eating here for years and have loved everything we have tried. One of the only places I have visited with a large group of family members where everyone unanimously agreed it was the best meal they have had & still talk about it years later. Service is great & staff a friendly, if you haven't eaten here you need to!

Went to hotel chocolat bury St Edmunds with my friends for a hot chocolate, my friend asked the man at the counter if you do white hot chocolate, to which he shortly replied 'look at the board' This to me is rude and poor customer service. To me a reply like 'yes we do, what size would you like' is more reasonable. Maybe hotel chocolat need to check that their employees are happy. I cannot understand why would said person work in the retail industry if he doesn't like being asked a simple question. If someone asks if you do white chocolate hot chocolate they are pretty much saying that's what they want if you have it

Brilliant tour today of the Greene King Brewery. Despite not minding a beer or two, I’d never been on a brewery tour before and my knowledge of the beer making process was virtually non existent, but not anymore! Paul, our guide, was very engaging and a walking encyclopaedia of beer, brewing and local knowledge. Rounded off with a very generous tasting paddle, I was able to sample beers I probably wouldn’t normally try. Great experience and highly recommended.

Probably one of the best fillet steaks i have ever had and the desert was definitely up there!

Visiting the town for the first time and very pleased, we chose to do so. Luch here was a pleasant experience, and the food was good. The waitress was very attentive when required. Excellent experience will visit again if ever back in the area.
