So glad that the cafe is open again. The GF/DF cakes are honestly legendary and my non GF/DF grandmother loved it! Such a lovely tranquil atmosphere and a real gem of Wymondham!

It’s closed in a permenant basis , the caravan park behind has been converted to holiday lodges . Sadly it a victim of Covid and possible over of Haddiscoe But the Bell in , about 3 miles away remains , that’s really nice

Absolutely amazing sausage rolls. Lovely cakes and delicious coffee. Would recommend to anyone, we happened to drop in once and have been back multiple times since.

A delightful, real, working bakery. By no means the cheapest but worth it for an occasional treat. Almond croissant is my favourite.

Made a mistake by having take away coffee. Black coffee very very hot and tasted metallic. Couldn't drink it but loved the cheese potato slice.

This was our first visit. Good selection on menu, service by the two younger members of staff was excellent, helpful and polite. Meal was tasty. Issues were with the older blonde lady who was one of the waitresses with in the pub, she was quite rude, the most annoying problem was whilst eating our meal she was continuedly aggressive when cleaning the coffee filter out, loud bagging was very off putting, we did notice other customers were not happy with this as well. We would possible visit again, however if this was to happen again then i would have to approach her and question her attitude. We would have placed a 5 star feedback because of the aggressive / unhappy lady. It would also be nice to see some replies from management on here, to show there interest.

Great country pub, community feel and some lovely cask ales!

Went to this pub on a few occasions whilst staying on a local campsite, pub is dog friendly lovely food and the staff and locals are super friendly, highly recommended.

A visit to the Village Inn is guaranteed to give you good food at a great price. Darin , along with his staff , is always friendly and welcoming and we always want to go back-a very positive experience!

Christmas Eve. We called in for a quick coffee before 10 in the morning. We were met with a frosty question "have you booked" I replied that we hadn't, we only want a quick coffee. Again a frosty reply,that all tables were fully booked. Well Broken Egg I hope you made a fantastic amount of money from your fully booked tables. Don't worry we'll NEVER call in for a coffee again.

Called in for a coffee having visited before, the coffee was lovely but the toilets were not great, just grubby and not well cared for not sure I would revisit which is a shame as the coffee was so good but the toilets let this place down
