Loved the Halloumi salad with sweet potato fries. Brilliant to get a change to the normal lunch choices. Lovely clean space. Really nice staff & super clean toilet.

We visited the Attleborough cafe which is easily accessed from the A11. Its a nicely decorated cafe with friendly staff. The full english breakfasts are probably the best we've had, and I wouldn't say that flippantly. Good quality food and good portions at a reasonable price.

Three of us have been coming for breakfast for sometime now, some times twice a week. Occasionally some of the food has been cold, but last Saturday was the last straw so I feel I have to write this complaint. The beans were cold , sausage was cold, order was wrong. Asked for sugar in teas and coffee’s but never got it. So we don’t think we will be coming again. The food should be hot when you get it not cold.

This has been my ‘go to’ cafe for breakfast for over a couple of years now. The staff are always friendly and the food consistently good! Unfortunately the owners have switched from the wonderful (and creative) homemade cakes and now only offer pre-made which is a great shame as the cakes used to be a real highlight!

The cafe has come under new managment recently and has a great atmosphere. Its more like a club than a cafe. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is excellent. Cakes are homemade and gorgeous.

Quality and choice as good as ever. Always recommend this place and its sister in Attleborough. Unusually gave us separate knife for marmalade without being asked which is great. It may be our preference and admittedly didn't say anything but would prefer toast and Marmalade served after or at least with the cooked breakfast, not first so cold by time eaten. However at least 3 of staff had false /painted nails and rings on which is not in line with food hygiene.

What a gem! We called in for a breakfast on Sunday with our dog. Staff were super friendly and efficient, a lovely welcome for us and the dog - he got a free sausage so was very happy! Breakfast was freshly cooked , big portions and great value. Amazing homemade cakes too, so just had to take some home for later. Super dog friendly, nice clean restaurant, staff are fantastic and very accommodating. Will definitely be returning!

We were recommended to visit here so on our way to Brundell we stopped off. They say they only serve hot food up to 4pm. We were there before 4pm but was told no sorry we’ve stopped serving. We would have happily settled for a sandwich but was told no, only tea, coffee & cake was on offer. Complete waste of time!

Very poor, very disappointing, and overcharged Ordered 2 breakfasts, with tea and latte. Had to pay extra for latte which is ok but the breakfast come with coffee which ordinarily costs £1-75, the latte is £3 so I should be charged an extra £1-25 as I didn’t have the standard coffee. I was charged £3……… both breakfasts had hard solid fried eggs that looked they were cooking for 30 mins and should have been binned. Poor cook. Toast looked like the cook had waved it over the toaster, not a touch of toasting. White white white. Both plates swimming in oil and juices. We have 2 breakfasts out every week. This is undoubtedly the worst every. The premises are nice, not a typical Greasy spoon. But a greasy spoon it is.

This is one of our ‘go tos’ for breakfast. A HUGE breakfast, which was top drawer, but always have to say no to the mushrooms (which is the only disappointment), because they appear to be tinned (never pleasant). The decor is really lovely too. Highly recommended and we will go back a gain and again.

It was a busy Sunday morning and unfortunately the card machine was not working nor the cash machine in the adjoining arcade. Food was fine though. Nice sausages. Good range of breakfast items.

This cafe is thee best cafe in Norwich and surrounding area, the breakfast is always fresh and never greasy. The staff are brilliant and friendly and I think it’s a very fair priced place. The home make cakes are amazing as well.

Used to be okay. Not sure what’s happened just becoming very greasy, tasteless and boring. Just don’t feel comfortable eating there anymore. One woman there who just makes us feel unwelcome and comes across so passive aggressive.

Stopping over in Diss for lunch on the way to the Suffolk coast, came across this cafe, looked inviting enough, with spaces inside. Coffee was very good - cappucchino and americano, and the New Yorker sandwich was wholesome tasty and very satisfying. Friendly service noted. Recommended!

I thought afternoon tea here would be something special to celebrate a birthday but unfortunately it wasn't. The table we were allocated was right next to the counter where people stood drinking, chatting and paying (I believe they might have been staff from the business centre). When I commented on this to a member of staff she said they would soon be gone, but then more came and stood there for some considerable time. The table was undecorated and the teapot and cups plain. One of the teaspoons was dirty and had to be replaced. There was nothing special about it whatsoever. It was just like being in a cafe which you go in for just a coffee. Not afternoon tea special at all. It was more expensive than many in the Norwich area so I thought the experience would be reflected in the price. But it clearly wasn't. The food was nice, nothing special, only 2 different filling in the sandwiches. The scones were good, the cakes ok, but again nothing special. The staff were busy but quite friendly. I would not recommend The Orangery for an afternoon tea experience. I came away feeling very let down and disappointed from what I thought was going to be an enjoyable afternoon.

I telephoned to check if dogs were welcome, and they were! We visited after a muddy trip to the woods. The staff were super accommodating and welcoming. The dog was provided with water and biscuits and we ordered the most delicious cakes, panini and hot chocolate. Unfortunately we did muddy up where we were sitting a bit but we were reassured this was absolutely not a problem. We will definitely be returning. Really lovely visit.

What a little gem this is, fantastic pastries, cakes etc Coffees and much more. I had a breakfast sourdough ciabatta with sausage and egg which I highly recommend. Staff very friendly and the there is a nice outside sitting area too. Reasonably priced for the quality food. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area. Added bonus the lovely rivers walks are a minute away so you can walk that lovely breakfast etc off. Oops nearly forgot dog friendly too. Thanks for a lovely breakfast see you again soon.
