He estado antes y era ridículamente lento, así que no lo ha sido, pero como estaba en el hotel solo por trabajo pensé que volvería a intentarlo, aún así el servicio espantoso, tardé 5 minutos para que alguien viniera e incluso me sentara. Esperé más de 40 minutos antes de pagar mi bebida y salir, no había más de 4 mesas en todo el pub. Al decirles que no tenían ni una palabra que decir al respecto. Mala gestión y personal deficiente. Necesito una revisión seria.

A member of our party dines here (with a group) fairy often and has positive feedback, but I think on this occasion it was not very good. The others will return but I won't because I didn't think it was good value for money. The food arrived 5 minutes after ordering, which gives the impression it wasn't cooked but rather, re-heated. The server(s) rushed it down and ran off (literally) and we had to ask them back to order a drink. The room they put us in was very loud, the children & toddlers didn't help but that's more to do with the parents than the restaurant. Food was a bit bland and the burger was not very good at all, but the chips were very nice. I think for the money, it would have been nice to have received a cooked to order meal rather than a re-heated ready meal. The lady server was kind enough to listen to our feedback and she did pass it on to the manager, who promptly charge full price, and we were not in the mood to discuss it further so no problem. Probably they could do better but with other places offering better quality, I would rather not give it a second go. Shame.

A good country pub for a meal, wide choice of menu, staff service a credit to management. Large off road parking available, and space to eat inside or outside in good weather

Vine a matar algún tiempo, traje un café y mi laptop. Leonardo es un tipo muy acogedor. Es italiano, hospitalario y muy acogedor. Volví hoy de nuevo esperando que estuviera aquí. Es bueno ver una cara sonriente sirviéndole café en lugar de una malhumorada y grosera. Gracias Leonardo por el ambiente encantador que crea aquí en Costa.

Paramos aquí durante nuestra caminata en Nene Park, ya habíamos llamado al otro café, así que esperaba que esto fuera la misma configuración. La ubicación de este era más agradable, con vistas a los lagos y en un edificio más bonito construido con fines, pero el servicio era impactante. Había 3 personas sirviendo, la cola era mínima, pero se mezclaron los pedidos y algunos tuvieron que esperar más que otros por edades de sus bebidas. No me importaría, pero también se acercaba el final del día, así que muchos menos clientes.

Entré en un oneills muy tranquilo como es soleado y todo el mundo disfrutando de él. Pedí comida sin alboroto, faltan un par de artículos pero me siento con una pinta. Dardos en y pidió comentarios para ser dicho No es jueves - los dardos es el jueves? Pregunté el nombre de la señora que alzó la vista de su teléfono para decirme Beth. Debió saber que iba a dejar una crítica negativa después de preguntar su nombre y escribir furiosamente, así que vino y se ofreció a ponerlo en una televisión diferente. De repente, los pubs observaban los dardos... sin s**t sherlock. Mala actitud. Soy el supervisor de 12 Geordies aquí abajo durante semanas, pero voy a buscar en otro lugar

Mientras mirábamos afuera la comida que Ricos ofrecía, el encantador joven gerente salió a hablar con mi esposo y conmigo, para darnos la bienvenida y explicarnos lo que tenía en el menú. Nos quedamos tan impresionados con este servicio personal que nos animó a entrar. Nos siguió con dos menús para que tomáramos asiento y luego nos explicó cómo funcionaba el café, subiendo a la orden. A veces cuando entras a un café, esto no siempre se explica, pero el hecho de que él hizo esto, fue muy útil. También nos dijo cuántos de cierto plato le quedaban, por si acaso nos decidimos por ese tema. Fui a pedir, le dije a la encantadora señora nuestro número de mesa y nuestra elección de comida y usted esperó por sus bebidas y las llevó de vuelta a su mesa. La comida fue entregada muy rápidamente considerando que estaban ocupados. La mayoría de las mesas estaban ocupadas. Tomé una patata al horno con queso y frijoles, y mi marido tomó el desayuno grande. Todo era precioso y caliente. El gerente siempre estaba a mano, limpiando platos de la gente y dando la bienvenida a los clientes. Así es como debe comportarse un verdadero gerente, estando presente y comprometiéndose con sus clientes. Incluso le dijo a mi marido al salir que antes de las 12 del mediodía, hay ofertas especiales con el desayuno completo y haciendo conversación sobre cuánto tiempo el café ha estado en este sitio (25 años) ! Sin duda volveremos a Ricos porque el gerente nos hizo muy bienvenidos. Se notó porque se involucró en la gestión del café y no dejó todo el trabajo a su personal. Y cuando salió a hablar con nosotros, ese fue un comportamiento de gestión excepcional. Más gerentes deben seguir este gran servicio al cliente. Bien hecho Ricos y 5 estrellas para el gerente y su personal.

When with my elderly mother we order jacket potato one with cheese and beans and sausage one with ham which bear in mind the last time we was there they put the ham as bacon but this time oh no we had to buy and extra meal to get the ham. This was a ham sandwich meal an extra £5.00 it was more but cannot remember the full price. I ask for one salad no tomatoes and one no cucumber. I don't realise till I got to my table and my mum said did you say no peppers so I went back and spoke to the man and he said it all came mixed in the bag which was bull. They couldn't even get it right with no cucumber or tomato so it had to go back. I then had to ask for the sausage I order which took another 10 mins this then came out white like it hadn't been cooked I asked for a brown sausage as it did look like it had been cooked he took it back, to my dismay they sent the girl whom had served me back out with the same sausage by this time I was getting pissed off she said we can't reheated it this is how they all come out again bull as the person behind us had brown sausage I said I not eating that I want my money back she said she would ask the man he said it was ok todo that wow. The potatoes were Luke warm we asked for butter in them there wasn't any. The person who was behind us commented as they left your not having a good time so I think this says it all. Mum couldn't eat hers after the messing around which up set her and she is diabetic what a waste of good money no apology either

Visité la tienda Peterborough para el desayuno que hemos hecho muchas veces durante el último año. Decepcionado de lo cuesta abajo que ha ido el desayuno. Normalmente hemos podido cambiar cualquier artículo por una alternativa, ya que estamos pagando el precio completo después de todo. La mujer que servía dijo que solo podía intercambiar 2. Cuando llegaron los desayunos se estaban perdiendo cosas que ni siquiera me había quitado. La comida es tibia en el mejor de los casos. Huevos no cocinados. Desayunos muy caros y mucho mejores en los alrededores por menos dinero también.
