Just back from an excellent lunch after a lovely 6 mile walk starting and ending at The Queen Vic. Wonderful hospitality and the food was really good - very generous portions too.

Took grandchildren for a meal. Food was lovely, staff attentive and friendly. We've been to the carvery a few times but this was our first midweek visit. Highly recommend.

Came here at the end of our country walk. On a beautiful sunny day, nothing is better than sitting on those chairs overlooking the field. Simple selection of food but was good, with a good selection of beers.

We have been to the Rose quite a few times now and love the atmosphere. It is a very welcoming pub and the staff are great. This visit was a cheese and wine night which was amazing with lots of variety and very appetising. Our previous visit had been afternoon tea which was equally as good. I wish we were nearer as we would visit a lot more often.

Amazing coffee as usual (very fond of the hazelnut cream). Friendly staff in a cozy environment. Good selection of pastries to have with your drink and they make it as-you-like-it.

Have been to St Lawrence Inn quite a few times over the last few years whenever I visit family on the site, and every time we come food or drink it doesn’t disappoint. Went for breakfast this morning and everything on the plate was cooked perfectly and all really tasty. The size of the captains breakfast that my husband had was impressive if you want a huge breakfast! When we have been for a roast in the past they have always been really lovely, meat cooked perfectly, generous portions and a proper home made roast. We have always been really happy with meals off the rest of the menu too! Staff are always chatty and welcoming, and makes it feel like a friendly local. Lastly, considering the rise in cost of everything, I think the prices of everything is really reasonable, especially if you’re having a few drinks the deals on shots are great 😊

I take my dog and family. It’s a beautiful spot to enjoy some real food. They try to cover allergies,too. The cooking is spot on and the customer care is great. I understand they can’t take cash for safety, which is understandable these days. Worth a ‘Punt’ 😀

Looked inviting from the outside so decided to give this establishment a try. Spotless interior , big menu with many tempting options. Our coffee was spot on , just how we like it "proper coffee." Wifey had bacon, brie and cranberry panini which she said was delicious. Myself chicken , bacon and pesto sandwich with granary bread. Thick slices of gorgeous bread with a well packed filling , it was very satisfying. Very good service and highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Wibblers - and hopefully not the last. Beer was excellent. Food very good and service also very good. A lovely Saturday afternoon! It was quite a cold day for September, and we found the restaurant a little cold for comfort, but that was the only negative.

Our breakfast was very good! The staff is very friendly and my friends and I enjoyed it very much. Also the food looks very good so we will come back again.

Staff haven't got a clue. Took ages to take order and still got it wrong. I had chicken and my brother had steak pie which he gave up on as pastry was like trying to eat a brick, chips pale as pale can be. Tea and coffee just about OK. Don't waste your money or time.
