Nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms nice and comfortable. Service both in bar and restaurant slow .. Thought there might be more to see in Crawfordsburn but Bangor is near . Extremely expensive for food and drink especially when converting euro to sterling..

This has been, and will always be, one of my favorite restaurants. I love coming here for special events! The ambiance is so comfortable and cozy. The Golden Margarita is a highlight for me and I always enjoy whatever entree I decide to order. The cookies are always so tasty too. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a new place to try out!

As I write this, the pub is undergoing a change of ownership. As a result, there was no food available and no draft beers, only bottled. I received a warm welcome from the barman who is acting as a temporary manager who told me of the trials and tribulations of the past couple of years. It’s a shame that the pub has had a setback in fortunes. This place has the potential to be a great place and I hope the new owners can turn things around and make it successful once more.

We called in to ask if they were serving food. The landlady said they were new, only taking over in May, and the previous landlord had taken the kitchen with him when he left! So no food at the moment until a new kitchen is fitted. We stayed for a drink. The landlady was very pleasant and obviously frustrated with the situation. I wish her well.

Such a lovely place. After visiting the nearby Norris Museum, we stopped here. We had a Victoria Sponge cake, chocolate ice cream and a vanilla milkshake with cream. All were delicious. The whole cafe is clean and airy with an outdoor area at the front and also the back. Dog friendly is a bonus! We'll be back!

There were 3 of us guys all had our own room in a lodge, were mainly there for the golf. Stayed 3 nights with 3 rounds ,evening meal and breakfast. The fairways were pretty good condition, greens need a little work but really can't complain as been so dry. The evening meals are excellent, great value for money as were the lunches that we had. As with all buffet breakfasts get there early while food at its freshest. The staff were all excellent friendly and hard working and a special mention to Sarah who's hard work and enthusiasm was brilliant...great time had will see you all again..key gang.

I was really hoping for a good experience at The Tap Room, but sadly it fell short. From the outset, we were met with an unfriendly attitude from the staff. The person at the bar initially seemed put off by our presence—possibly because we weren’t dressed up. That’s no excuse for poor service. I ordered lemonade with no ice but received it with ice. We waited 45 minutes for our food, only to find out they had lost our order. Meanwhile, better-dressed customers who arrived later were served promptly. The place wasn’t busy, and our food should have been quick to prepare. While the decor is decent and the space fairly clean, the food was overpriced and average at best. Staff behind the bar appeared to be enjoying their own conversations more than attending to customers. This place has potential, but the lack of attention and professionalism really lets it down.

A lovely find in Huntington! We visited twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Food was delicious both times, lots to choose from and good value. Very nice cocktails too! The decor and atmosphere is nice and relaxing, tables aren't all too close together. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, even noticing we were in twice and asking us about our visit.

Curiously The River Terrace used to be one of the good reasons for visiting St Ives. Sadly gone down hill since apparent change of ownership? Odd opening times, and a limited and much less inviting menu, with a curious bias towards vegan, and gluten free. Nothing wrong with that but most lunch dishes appear to evolve around bacon and eggs.

Amazing food. Service was brilliant. They took care of my little girl with a selection of colouring bits and didn’t complain while she lolled on the floor in their way at times. Such a great space and vibe. Can’t wait to go back.

We arrived and asked for a Pimm’s the staff were unsure what this was. After receiving our drinks we waited in the garden for our food which was brought and incorrect. I sent back my sandwich and requested a new one. With that I was then asked to go in and refund my sandwich and pay again. Even though the new sandwich was cheaper that what I originally paid for. I was then charged extra. Wouldn’t recommend this place, slow service and rude staff/owner.
