The time kept getting pushed back, And stone cold

They forgot our straw, food arrived cold & they didnt bother to cut our sandwich

Great friendly place to chill and have coffee and cake, etc.

Not sure how you can miss a drink off the order completely but it was done!!

we enjoyed cold and hot drinks and sandwiches, been very quiet and tidy, stuff very friendly.

The Americano was exactly as ordered. But the frappe was all milk with such a tiny splash of coffee my brother could only taste the milk! It was so bad he couldn't drink it. The cinnamon buns were ok

I travel across the country and treat myself daily to a latte. I can officially say that this store is by far the worst at preparing drinks both in terms of quality and service. I stopped using this place when the new costa opened in bourges boulivard but thought I would try them again today. The experience was just as dismal as before. I'm not an expert barista, but I sure know what a good Costa tastes like. The latte and the chocolate both consist of a tangy, burnt out taste like sour off milk. The milk isn't prepared properly and has no velvety smooth texture. The coffee almost tastes like oranges and has the most hurendous after taste. I also have far more heart palpitations after drinking from here. The customer service is extremely moody, distant and no effort is ever made to interact with the customer. The costa in bourges boulevard is far superior and far better managed with a friendlier connection and better prepared coffee. I have no clue why coffee and hot chocolate from here tastes so different and I have complained several times to head office, maybe it's the cleaning of the machine or the storage of milk or simply bad preparation from staff. I do know that the management need to change what they do or look at a different profession because it isn't working and I definitely won't be back again, sorry.

Like this new Costa, staff exceptionally friendly and excellent service

Toasted sandwich was really only toasted on one side (the cheesy side) so the bread on the other side was soft and untoasted. The vegan 'cheese and ham' toastie wasn't that nice, the lady who had it said it was dry and unappetising. We all commented on how expensive it was now.

Too many singletons on 4 people tables to use wifi

Lovely hot chocolate tasted fresh and nice. Cakes were lovely, fresh and soft Bakewell tart, Kit Kat chocolate muffin was very tasty.

2 out of my 3 drinks was damaged, was in the bag more than in the cup. Supplied photo evidence but was not interested

Serendipitously stumbled upon this establishment, and what a fortuitous discovery it was. The coffee was exquisite, complemented by the congeniality of the staff, culminating in an altogether delightful ambiance. The service was impeccable, with the personnel exuding warmth and affability, frequently adorned with smiles. (I’m the one that comes in with the blue sunglasses!)

Ordered 2 coffees and food - 2 sandwiches, a cake and a pastry. Only received the coffees.

Bit busy. Maybe Sunday afternoon is a peak time? Otherwise, all good.

I've had to adjust this review due to the terrible service I had today, youngster's from hampton college consuming kfc at the tables inside and management refusing to do anything about it. This is not what I would expect from costa or their staff

friendly staff quick service unfortunately coffee was very bitter and undrinkable couldn't complain as we got a takeaway and we were miles away by the time we drank it

Stopped for a coffee and mince pie, which is my favourite at this time of year. Friendly staff, and they make the coffee hotter than usual on my request.

This Costa seems considerably better than other local Costas. Car park is a bit on the small side but it’s free.

We had been avoiding costa while back in the UK with long queues and the expense. Here we found it was neither - great drinking chocolate that is seriously like drinking the chocolate!

Love this costa. My local so use it regularly probably 2-3 times a week. Staff friendly. Drinks & food lovely. Mine a kids fav place to go. Looks lovely since the refit as well. But was still rather nice prior to that anway 👏🏻♥️

When I first walked in, I thought I was waiting to see the Doctor. Its nice to see that Costa bought the left over School desks and chairs, so they didn't go to waste.

Paid £14 a breakfast roll and coffee ，no coffee and roll was stail. So coffee refuded, but 9 pounds for stail roll a bit steep

Went to the wrong address. Texted address and then called driver to give him the correct address, couldnt speak a word of English and just hung up the phone on me. Never got my food

Great cafe with fantastic coffee, huge choice of cakes and snacks to enjoy with your drink too.

On several occasions I have asked for my coffee to be extra hot and in a China cup or mug as they call it but it hasn't and I have to take I back I go into many costa's and most are five stars but the staff in this particular branch needs better training the reason I still go there is they are near me and I keep my fingers crossed they will get it right first time.

Beautiful clean lovely Coffee house with toilet/baby & disabled facilities.

The drinks came in a reasonable time but because of there being a 20 minute distance the coffees were only warm and the smoothy was half melted but guessing that was more just eats over confidence at delivering coffees that far rather than a fault with the costa.

Favourite coffe shop friendly customer service. Coffee and snacks great but I really think the cake counter should be enclosed in glass case too many flies on cakes I don't choose the cakes unless covered. Can recommend the sausage sandwiches tho.

I understand that this location is new to Just-Eat but seriously you need to consider if you're genuinely capable of fulfilling your Drive-Thru, In-Store AND Just Eat orders together because the amount of times I've seen 'Costa Coffee Peterborough DT' flash to "not taking orders right now" is beyond crazy and just shows a place overwhelmed by orders. Please consider if you're able to do this as you just cancelled another order from me.

DO NOT USE this branch, unless you want to be disappointed. I have previously commented on and reviewed this branch of Costa due to several issues in the past, including poor service and incorrect drinks. Since then the service quality has continued to disappoint, the service is slow, customer service is poor, the orders are consistently incorrect and the final straw was the incorrect deduction of free drinks from my Costa App. The server refused to add the drinks back onto my card at the point of service and I got no resolution from Costa Customer Services when I contacted them. I will now no longer use this branch again. There is a very good Starbucks about half a mile away.

We tend to go thro the drive through as its near our home. They always make it extra hot if u ask for it and service is efficient and friendly. As its so near to us we do tend to go at least 3 times a week if not more. We have a costa card so sometimes we get free latte or cappuccino.

Good location, drive thru and sit down. Nice coffee, good food when in stock, unfortunately if you go there after breakfast and lunch times are over you are unlikely to get the food item/s you want as Costa's policy we have been told is to run stock down each day and not replace with fresh even though the drive thru is open until 10.30pm every evening apart from Sundays. Staff also are unfortunately too young to care much about these issues.
