Very good space to eat, simple, inexpensive and good quality cuisine. The staff is friendly. Perfect for a break on the road

Really enjoyed eating here they were very patient when we were ordering as we were slow due to kids the breakfast meal is decently priced got a nice amount I ordered the steak pie meal didn't get a chance to try the gravy but the pie was full to the brim with steak super tender would definitely come back here again

Coffee was ok but almond croissants were dreadful and £3.60 each. I would avoid

Jacket potato, two fillings , side salad and a lovely cup of tea. Version generous portions, delicious £22 for two. Good value and fresh

£5.95 for steak bake,chips and beans. For that price it wasn't worth me having my microwave meal and cleaning up after myself

Had the 8 item breakfast there a few times and it is still the nicest, best cooked breakfast in the area. Sausages to die for. Excellent value and excellent service.

Excellent half roast chicken. Better value and healthier than the other near fast food places. Enjoyed the mushrooms too that were without any oil and a good portion. Choices of herbal teas. Healthy option that's often overlooked by people turning right instead of left when entering. Nice friendly Asian looking young lady.

Terrible service, 2 miserable women serving, roast chicken was cold, told the woman behind the counter & she offered to reheat the chicken? I was disgusted, her attitude was terrible, she refused to look at me, as i didn't want food poisoning i had to ask several times for a refund, no probe in sight to check temperature of food, would definitely not come here again.

Have taken to having breakfast here every Friday morning after dropping my daughter off for work. Lovely sausages and egg, really like the chopped tomatoes. Yes the bacon is a bit hard, and the toast a bit cold, but this is fast food, has to be ready. I love it!

Loved this place! Service was so friendly. Food options were great and tasty. Food felt homely, a nice change from just grabbing fast food. Would definitely visit again 😊

Cheese and ham croissant was spot on, but the coffee was shoking. I'm not sure staff have had any barrista training!

Came in on Friday to have breakfast with a few of my friends. We were greeted by 2 professional young chaps who served us a meal fit for a king. Very kind and cheerful. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Will visit again!!

I went for a full english breakfast and received a meal fit for an emperor. Lovely customer service and truly A1 Fresh food. 10/10 would eat again.

Have often walked past this eatery and thought hmmm I wonder. Well today I took the plunge and decided to go for the 6 piece breakfast 2 eggs, hash brown, bacon, sausage and beans. It is what it is, lovely I wish it would have been hotter but other than that I have no complaints. And all washed down with a lovely fresh mug of tea. Give it a try, I’ll be back!! Ok I’ve been here a few times since, and unfortunately I’ve lost my appetite for the place, yes the eggs are freshly fried everything else stands around in the hot plate for hours on end. Had a roast chicken dinner a few weeks back , it was nothing more than glorified rubber, the outer coating was made to look like it was roasted, in fact it was painted on BBQ sauce, served with cold peas and fries, vile would be an understatement. Not worth £2 let alone the £10 plus they charged. If you sit opposite you’ll see how many of the pies they sell, they just sit there and sit there. The only decent thing out of this place is the tea, but charge extraordinary more for a little more hot water. I personally would never visit again

I ate a breakfast, the fires were cold, the mushrooms had a strange taste, the bacon was also cold and hard as tin. Sausage and beans are tasty. I tried to convey this to the seller, but her reaction left much to be desired. I will not come back.

I am a stammerer. I walked into this establishment, stammered on my order and was made fun of by a member of staff. Cancelled my order there and then. Disgusted and will not return.

i have no clue who runs this astablishment but its in complete shambles ive been in here a few times and have been presented with staff that are rude and poorly presented food, i also recieved severe food poisioning from the bacon the manager needs a new head as he clearly cannot run a restaurant. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Looking for Greggs and so pleased I didn’t find one as Fresh is far superior both in product, price and service. Very impressed

Asked for 2 breakfast baps one hash brown and one sausage and mushroom, She said sausage and what I replied mushroom please, She asked if we wanted sauce and I replied brown on the sausage and mushroom please she asked again if we wanted sauce so I said on the sausage and mushroom please, got back to the truck and we got bacon and mushroom 🙄

Fantastic hot food, great customer service even when there busy

I very very rarely review motorway services as they're all much of a muchness, but we stopped here for quick break and decided to try Fresh. Usually just grab a McDonald's but this time I'm glad we didn't! I had an egg and bacon breakfast bap and it was fantastic! Very friendly lady served us, polite and helpful. Very good!

3rd visit over a few months. Well, the food is seriously naughty, but lovely. 10 item breakfast, pastries, cakes, excellent cup of tea. But the best thing is the super friendly service. It's like visiting your sister when she's in a good mood, and wants to look after you.
