The food was very nice and decently priced for what you get. The famoly enjoyed a lovely Sunday carvery along with the option of free refills on drinks and veg. You can't really ask for better value than that.

me and my family come in for a meal, Sally greeted us at the door and continued to look after us throughout our meal. Sally is so polite and friendly, the food was amazing everything was cook amazing and come out really fast. we will definitely be in again soon 10/10

Drinks arrived after 30 minutes and having to ask where they were. Food took 50 minutes to arrive. Wegveeg the food arrived, the kitchen had mixed the orders up so the food had to be parceled out at the table (they scrambled the order up), but once that was sorted, it was ok. Not spectacular, not brilliant, but ok. Would I go there again, mmmm. Maybe.

The staff are super friendly and couldn't do enough for everyone. I went full British with the gammon steak. Possible one of the MOST tender pieces of gammon I've had in year's in the UK. The chef's do a brilliant job on the grill. I'll defo eat here every time I'm in the area.

Come here quite often the staff are friendly and dedicated. Kat is a credit to the place always happy and smiley.

Very nice dinner together with the family. We had our waitress Chloe service us. Lovely and polite. Very accomodating and friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere. Clean and accesible toilets. Other staff were very friendly.

Friendly and welcoming… nothing too much for our server today which was Katrina… the food was hot and tasteful too … will be coming back again and hopefully get the sane charming young lady as she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Katrina

Very surprised how good the food was,bought a food deal with Premier lodge room 2 course evening meal and drink, and all you can eat breakfast for £26. Upgraded to 3 course for extra £2. What a deal. So stuffed we could hardly move. Hot food delivered quickly, really friendly staff,who could ask for more,and only called in as on long journey.

The breakfasts are still the best of all the Premier Inn ones I have tried

We had an excellent time at Brampton Hut on the 2nd / 3rd June. The staff were very attentive and helpful. In particular Sally who looked after us in the restaurant. In the evening we both had scampi and chips, which although basic food was prepared to our taste, along with drinks. The following morning we went back for breakfast. Due to low numbers, the buffet service was not used and the chef cooked to order. This obviously was much better and the food was lovely and hot.

Absolutley love this place! The food is always amazing. It's cheap, kid friendly and the staff are always so lovely! Perfect for families or if your on a low budget.

Seemed to have only 2 members of staff meaning service was really slow, was charged wrong on the bill also. The place is old and tired too. Might go back but not first choice

We have been to quite a few of these and this was the best experience so far. All you can eat breakfast with a massive selection including veggie. Ample parking toilet and suitable for kids.

Visited with my 8 year old and was very busy when we arrived without a booking so had to sit in the bar area which was fine by us. The food came out very quickly and was delicious. All the staff were very friendly especially Chloe who was working the bar and looked after us.

Came here for breakfast on our way into Cambridge. As a vegan I can find it hard to find a good breakfast on the road, however, brewers fayre seem to have it on hand. They use garden gourmet sausages and this isn’t bacon. Along with the remaining food from the buffet it’s a great breakfast.

Service was poor and the tables were not cleaned after use. We wanted to stop on our travel route to get a bite to eat but were told that bookings are required. Staff are friendly but not engaging and the toilets were in need of a good service. Menu looks good but more advertising needed to partake of the services. Coffee was good.

Bit of a hidden gem, didn't realise it was actually there , hidden in the back of Brampton Hut services. Had a late lunch there to break up a weekend journey. Food was of a good standard and plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful Highly recommended

Friendly staff, loads of parking and seating. Seating is available inside and outside in the garden. Loads of room for children to play. They also give 25% off the main meal for blue light card holders. Did not wait long for the food to arrive.

Lovely staff but I'm afraid it was dirty the carpet was covered in crumbs and food. You need to clean up after every meal. It was empty until 12.45 so no excuse the hoover couldn't of been whizzed about.

Very limited vegetarian food. Waited about 20 minutes to be served, another 30 for the food. Wasn't a negative experience as the staff were lovely, but I don't think I'd visit again.

Been there alot recently, it's my go-to place on my way from dropping off my son in Nottingham.

So, I popped into Brewers Fayre Brampton Hut recently, expecting the usual chill vibes and good grub. But, man, it kinda went sideways from the get-go.First off, they were all, "Nope, can't park your motorcycle on the pavement," which was a bummer since all the other bikes were lined up there. Talk about feeling unwelcome before even stepping inside.Then, when it came time to settle up, we noticed they'd overcharged us. Yeah, just the once, but it's still a drag to have to double-check the bill, right?The food's another story. It used to be pretty decent here, but it looks like those days are gone. What we got this time was a bit of a letdown — not the tasty dishes I remembered.Service-wise, we were practically watching paint dry waiting for our order. It's a bit much when you're just after a simple, relaxing meal and end up clock-watching instead.And the coke? Flat as a pancake. Not exactly the refreshing sip I was looking forward to.But the real kicker? It felt like no one really cared about any of this. From the parking issue to the overcharging, the slow service, the meh food, and even the sad soda, it was like, "Whatever" was the mood of the day.In a nutshell, my trip to Brewers Fayre Brampton Hut was more miss than hit. I'm all for giving places a second chance, but they've gotta step up their game. Here's hoping things get better – everyone has an off day, right?

Went during the week, mid day, very quite, food was fine, good service. Hardly anyone in, so everything seemed pretty relaxed.

My husband and I took our mothers to celebrate Mothers Day. we haven't been here for such a long time, so we decided to. Staff were brilliant. We went with the carvery good decision by all of us and deserts were lovely will definitely not leave it so long next time. We had 3 courses

Average pub food, our wait was long at about 45 minutes though. Not bad for a pitstop though.

We stopped off on-route to Lincoln, we were keen to have something other than McDonalds and stumbled across this restaurant tucked away behind the petrol station. We had 2 kids with us and upon arriving were immediately offered the window seat so we could keep an eye on our dog who was in the car. We all had a main and a dessert and it was outstanding food, huge portions and all piping hot and delicious. The service was probably the best I’ve had in as long as I can remember, the staff were super attentive, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was lovely, lots of families and everything was super clean and comfortable. I had to leave a review because I was honestly so impressed by our experience. This will have to be a regular spot on our journey in future and I highly recommend you try it too!

The food is good when it eventually comes, but it’s so slow. We’ve been twice recently; first time food took over an hour, second time over 45 mins for a couple of simple kids meals. No update from servers. Then another big wait for pudding, the bill never came so had to go to the bar to pay. We won’t try again

We arrived to a small queue and had to wait a while for our table (which was pre-booked), only to be told there was a 45 min wait for food. Not ideal as we were only stopping for evening food to break up a journey to the airport and still had an hour drive... ended up being an hour wait too, so really not good! However, it was Valentines day - maybe they should have got more staff on?!

It's absolutely fantastic. The food is awesome, and my server joe was polite efficient all round an excellent experience couldn't recommend this place any more 5* keep up the hard work and friendly service

Really disappointed with this visit. We've been here numerous times but not this time. Thankfully we had booked for 1pm as loads of walk ins were being turned away for anither 90mins. When we went to go and get food there was minimal meat left (gammon on the last cut) and no beef for another half hour. The selection in veg left a lot to be desired, plenty had run out and wasn't being replenished and the veg that was there was really undercooked. The staff that came and cleared our table also seemed to want to get rid of us quite quickly so we didn't bother staying for any more drinks or pudding.

Firstly the service was absolutely spot on. The food however was a disgrace. The paté starter was quite literally a spoon full, roast potatoes were microwaved which meant they went cold very quickly and we left more than half because they were still raw in the middle, gravy was like dirty water, turkey was the same processed rubbish I'd expect in my pets food. Bacon in the burger was burnt as was the sausage and the bun was absolutely rock hard, clearly toasted from frozen. After a 10 hour drive we didn't have the will to even argue we just left. First and last time we visit a BF if that's the quality to be expected.

The food was good and serves took some time but it's tasted fresh.

Went for christmas dinner hardly any veg left on carvery and brussel sprouts were hard. Husband waited nearly a hour for his salmon and kids waiting 30 mins for hamburgers. The price we paid was not reflected in anything we got.

Worst Christmas dinner I’ve ever had…3 course meal started with prawn cocktail which wasn’t to bad followed by the main which was a shocking carvery,dry turkey,burnt parsnips and the gravy was just like water and when I complaint to the server about the gravy she ignored me,the only positive was the Yorkshire pudding.the only decent thing about the whole meal was the dessert which was a after eight sundae which was very nice..

We had the wings and ham/chicken pie, both were good.. Only next time I going ask them to fry the wing just about 2 mins extra only because I like them crispy, The Martini we ordered were delicious...

Never have I had such an awful meal in my life just couldn't eat it . Firstly the meat was tasteless , the Brussels that appeared to be frozen were overcooked and hadn't been drained. The pigs in blankets were just one cocktail sizes sausage with possibly less than hal a rather of bacon wrapped round it, the stuffing was a frozen stuffing ball that was soggy inside and the carrots tasteless. We had booked for a group of ten for the Christmas meal yet were charged on individual items so it made the bill nearly seventy pounds dearer than what it should have been . No atmosphere, no Christmas crackers or decorations. A person serving although very polite was clearly out of their depth and kept coming back to the table to question things , Also tables set out in a manor that mean I personally had my my back to two clients, When a member of staff brought some puddings that were not for our table she really seemed quite stressed and abrupt This was the same person who when we were trying to pay the bill was getting very flustered. These were clients who have learning difficulties , autism etc and we're looking forward to this meal and we're very upset about the whole experience. Myself I only ate my starter ,yes the pate and the chutney were ok but the toast was one slice of an extremely cheap value bread ,no presation ,no side salad or decoration etc. for £16.99 you don't expect to much but sorry this was awful . Definitely do not recommend and certainly would not visit again. To make matters worse we paid out £56 in taxi's getting there and back . .

Dinner on a busy Saturday evening on the weekend before Christmas whilst staying at the Premier Inn next door. Ideal for what we needed. Decent food & very good service with a smile from Vicki our waitress & the chance to both have a couple of drinks without having to drive anywhere!

I entered brewerys fayre with my family the food was rank i had spaghetti and u cant mess that up. The service i got a pancake and it took 2 hours and a half to get there and it was one of the pancakes u buy from asda with nothing on top and i asked for syrup. It didnt smell good at all and it wasnt busy at all. Overall i rate it 1 if there was a 0 i would but thats not an option. Please dont go tp brewerys fayre unless u want a bad experience because it was the worst experience i have ever had at a restraunt and the smell is unpleasent it smells like rotten samon. Unless it was just my luck DONT GO PLEASE 🙏🙏🙏 share this around to ur friends and family if they ever think of going(the napkins are so crusty)and so expensive for no reaosn

Great place for a good meal, however our food was cold and garlic bread burnt on one end. Plus points was not having to pay for your meal until you have eaten it, plenty of ketchup in bowls rather than sachets and they cooked my steak perfectly.

The food is good but the service isn’t great anymore.

Went here in a group of 4 at about 6.30pm on a Saturday and managed to sit in immediately, which was great. It wasn't busy. Our order was taken quite quickly but by 7.20pm, we had no sign of food. One of our party went up to the bar to be told it would be with us in 5 minutes. 10ish minutes later, went up again and was told it was being plated. Another 5 minutes later and our food started to come out. Two of us had ordered off the festive menu, and one of those was with the pate starter which didn't turn up. Once we finished eating and paid, we were able to get the pate taken off the bill but nothing in terms of an apology - spoken or goodwill gestured of an hour wait for food with no updates. With that aside, the food was good and the festive burger and loaded roasties that I had were delicious, but probably not worth the wait.

Most of the staff were really friendly, service speed was reasonable. Pleasant atmosphere. The only downside was that the guy serving the carvery was miserable.

We were very excited to have our first ever carvery, and while trying to figure out the system and process for it, Margaret seemed to have a very short temper with us seeming to expect us to be veterans of the carvery game. We had asked for diet cokes, but she upsold us and gave us refillable glasses, which we never got delivered by a waitress/waiter, my good friend, with a shaky hand, had to fill in for them and go to the bar to retrieve them. Even after we had located Margaret and enquired about the whereabouts of them, which she said they were on the way, but it was a lie. We had heard good things about this carvery, but we have agreed as a group, to take a step back and revaluate future decisions about going to carvery’s. The ol boy serving the meat was the best part of our experience. AVOID

Waited 45 minutes ( and still counting) for my mains. Could have died of hunger.

Dreadful service, pre booked but took over 10 minutes to get seated, took over half an hour to get food after it was ordered , even though it wasn’t busy. No tomatoes on the mixed grill( as stated) beer was flat , sausages were burnt, steak over cooked and chips were cold.. no offer of anything when the staff were told. Would never go there again.

Booked a table for 5 as a birthday meal for family members waitress was excellent , food was excellent well cooked and arrived to table in good time catered for everyone taste and was a friendly atmosphere very welcoming would recommend to others and will visit again

Badly organised with people queuing for the carvery and bar. The vegetables had clearly been out for some time and running out but no one was checking to ensure they were replenished.

Thankfully, we found Brampton Hut midway through a round trip of some 200 miles ...there was no other place to have a proper meal! We were not disappointed. Special mention to a particular member of the team there, Maggie, who was very friendly and efficient in welcoming us to our table, taking and serving the order then handling the payment. We're happy to recommend it!

Standard brewers fayre food really. Self serve buffet, compared to some that do have table service and cooked to order. Food was OK though. Seemed to be under staffed massively at the point of the visit as one member of staff seemed to be doing everything.
