Brilliant, really friendly delivery driver

brilliant fresh and driver was clean .

Was half an hour late. On the map it showed the driver was stationary just outside the store for at least 10 minutes

Owners reduce portions to save money and lie that the menu has changed. Store is unclean and far too expensive for what you get. Very limited vegetarian options so I don't recommend it.

Delivery driver rude, called out to driver as he went to front door, then proceeded to ignore me and had to come round to front door as don't use front door and still ignored me when I announced myself.

Ordered via just eat at 12:05, just eat courier at restaurant at 12:20 delivery time ETA was 12:30-12:55, now 13:15 and still no movement!! Call the restaurant- doesn't work, only to answer phone! absolutely disgraceful service!! Looks like I’m having to rush around to find something else for lunch!!

Our sub came but it was covered way to much in sauce the roll is to soft and hard to hold , with that much sauce on

arrived pretty much cold, have received better, but was okay.

The arrival time kept increasing it went from 11:30/11:40 to 12:30 onwards… I had to call the restaurant to figure out what’s happening they said the driver wasn’t there yet but on the app it stated the courier had arrived… magically after I called the driver got here within 5 minutes. My order was also missing the eggs and bread very dry. Paid service charge and delivery charge for bad service…

Lovely food, well packed and delivered on time

Good was great, shame the delivery driver didn’t want to come to me and stay in his car was miserable that he had to come into the building.

The order was more than late, indeed, it was ordered at 5.45pm ish and we wanted a delivery for 6.30pm. On your app there was no movement at all apart from order accepted and at 7pm ish we had to call the restaurant to ask where our food was. They argued that they finished at 7pm and asked us to cancel the order before they agreed to cook and then send the order which arrived at about 7.30 pm. The order arrived cold and was completely unsatisfactory. My wife has stated that she will not be using

Driver was really rude. He'd rang my phone which doesn't work but hadn't rang the doorbell. When he actually did ring the doorbell I answered the door to the flats immediately but he complained that he'd been ringing and was really rude about it. Food was cold too.

Absolutely awful, I ordered my food Via just eat for my lunch bread at work, I ordered a salad, food arrived, no tuna in my tuna salad and no mayonnaise, for the food they did add they were extremely stingy, only had about 3 olives in the whole salad, I called them up to complain and they hung up on me, I then called back again 20 minutes later and the lady I spoke to was fine, she then however put me onto a man who I could barely understand and he was also extremely rude, he told me that he would call me back, almost 4 hours later and still no call back, they don’t care.

The order was late, the food was cold. One of the subs weren’t even toasted, it gave me a rubbish stomach

The sub was good, nachos small portion and soggy, no cheese and was cold. Hash browns were cooked fresh luckily! Won’t go back here anytime soon.

Difficult to understand the staff.

Two of the salads had been mixed up wrong sauce on the wrong salad so the one with Caesar sauce was wasted as it had pickles on and I can’t stand pickles ! But normally we have no issues so will put it down to a simple mistake.

Hash browns were cold other then that everything was ok

Was not happy for to not getting my order instead I received someone elses order instead, the restaurant for not resolve the issue and has done nothing about the fact that I have spent my money only to not receive my food, I am allergic to some of the things that was in the order I did receive.

Order was wrong and wasn't toasted so I had to give it to my neighbour so it wouldn't go to waste! Spent ages arguing my case back and forth for a refund! ... But despite having sufficient evidence Just Eat were absolutely S##T and refused to refund me so I was left starving and out of pocket!!! I haven't and will not ever order subway again after this ordeal!!! I'm disabled so when my conditions are at their worst I have to sometimes rely on take out but Just Eat is now my least favoured delivery option and I try to avoid using them unless I have no other choice! ... I hope your happy seeing a vulnerable person going hungry and out of pocket Just Eat!!!

Abysmal sums this up. 2 hours for a sandwich from a place 10 minutes away. Just Eat delivery driver blamed the restaurant...the restaurant blamed Just Eat delivery. Food was cold, incorrect and sloppy. Delivery was 2 hours over a lunch period. Spoke to the restaurant on two occasions, on one occasion I was hung up on and the other times I was lied to. The last conversation in particular my partner and I couldn't even understand the person. It makes it very difficult and a sad situation to think I can't even complain to a restaurant person because they simply couldn't care less. Overall shocking from both parties whilst the customer is left in complete limbo.

Poorly trained staff, they weren't aware of their own promotional survey, difficult to communicate with, overall really disappointing experience and poor customer service on this occasion

they got the order wrong - there was no cheese on any of our subs and none of them were toasted, very disappointed

It's a subway, you get what you expect...... If you haven't ever been that means nothing to you.... They seem to not now do the meatless meatballs..... Shame on them...

0 stars… half the food is missing. Apparently a meal deal consist of just a six inch sub and that’s it. Not the crisps, not the cookie and not the drink. Yet you have to pay for it! Amazing 👌🏼

I had to pay for it twice because the first time I ordered the drivercompletely went 6 miles the wrong way then told me he does not want to go back in this weather so I had to order a second time which means I had to pay twice for one order it’s very very ruined my weekend I would like a full refund on both my orders

The worst meal I have ever had from subway - who put these salads together?! I asked for lots of pickles - I got 4 small slices of pickle?! Hardly anything in the salad box and definitely not worth the money at all. Usually they are good value for money but I feel really let down this time.

Delivery driver has ignored instructions as to where to delivery my order and bow someone else has I prepaid free order! I would to know who the driver was and why he failed to deliver to the correct address when adequate instructions were given.

No cheese in my sandwich, when I called lady was very rude and insistent there was cheese. I didn’t taste any and I didn’t see any in my sandwich. She said she doesn’t even need to check the camera because she definitely put it in. I just wanted to make them aware but I was disappointed with the response I got.

Lacked substance! Specially the chicken sub lacked filling specially when paying for extra cheese and bacon. Disappointing and won't be ordering again.

Ordered double meat and spinach. Turned up with barely any meat and no spinach. Called the restaurant and the employee was so rude. She just said I needed to request a refund with no help at all. Disappointed

They didn’t send the right order. My sun had extra salad that I didn’t want or ask for, they sent me the wrong drink and my friend also got the wrong fillings. It was a joke. Never ordering from them again via just eat

Food was cold when it arrived, one order was missing the bacon (paid extra £1.59 for it) and other was not toasted or had cheese when this was requested. Nachos were cold and soggy and pepperoni slices were very poor. Contact with Subway was equally poor, called 5 times with no response. Abysmal is putting it lightly, would not use again.

Driver went the wrong way and so the order was cold whn we got it, one of the subs was on the wrong type of bread and had very little cheese despite asking for extra

Jalapeños was on the nachos even though my partner is allergic, I was on my way home and my disabled partner was home the driver refused to come upstairs
